Awesome service

Really nice people who don't push you to buy anything which is nice. They are super helpful and friendly. 10/10 would keep coming back. Never had anyone even the slightest bit mean there.

Worst customer service experience ever!

This review is in regard to an incident at Fresh cannabis regarding an employee named Danielle who was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude to a coustermer.
My Husband went to Freash Cannabis on 12/08/2016. While he was there the badtender sold my Husband their "Select Line" of oil cartridges that come with a case, battery and battery charger. Cost in tottol ended up coming to $70.00. He was then told, "If there's any issues at all with the product to return it within 3 days of purchase and to bring the receipt.

My husband gets home with the Select Line oil pen. We read the instructions follow them. Charge the batterie, twist the oil cartridge on, we both are able to pull two hits where the oil tastes normal. After that there was an extremely strong burning taste. You could tell by the taste that there was a problem with the coil and wick. We then repackaged everything back up and decided to return the product the next day as the store was closed by then.

My Husband asked me to return the product because he had had a long day at work. I say, sure! then head over to Freash Cannabis. When I arrive I check in and and am able to head strate back. I'm greated by two employees, male and female. The male says, "how can help you!". I say "my husband was here yesterday and we're having issues with this product and would like to return it. He asks me what's wrong with it, I tell him and he said okay, with returns the manager has to be here and she left earlier in the day. I say, my husband was told that we shouldn't have a problem with any returns. I then say, "so are you telling me that I won't be able to return this product tonight? That's a lot of money, and I was wanting to pick something else out. He started to say that the manager would be in tomorrow. I said that that won't work for me. Is there any way to contact her? He looked kinda iffy, like he didn't want to bother her after hours. I then say, look after I leave here I plan to write a review and I would really prefer to write a good one. Is there anyway you can contact her? At that point the female budtender (Danielle) states, "reviews don't matter" I say "they do to me!" At that time the male budtender is on the phone and starts to ask me a couple questions about the oil pin, he then starts to relay the information to the manager. At that point I finish what I was saying to Danielle. I look at Danielle, "Mis, reviews matter greatly to me, I check reviews of places before I go to them and if there's bad reviews I don't take my business to them. She then says "the manger on the phone does not care about any reviews" "that it would not change her mind about anything" at that point the male budtender is off of the phone. I was then told by the male budtender that I could exchange the product but that my husband would have to be the one to return it. I said really? That's inconvenient. They both say at the same time that that is 'store policy.' I then say, okay, I will let him know and he'll be up here in a minute. I then look at Danielle and say "coustermer reviews matter greatly for small business and I hope your manager would care about what your coustermers think" Danielle must not have liked that and said, I'm not going to let you intimidate us with a bad review. I say. You should care that's- Danielle than says DO YOU WANT BE 86'ed!?! (I wanted to say) "at this point I don't give a F*** because I'm never coming back! If this is how Freash Cannabis feels about their costumers opinions then I'm not bringing my business here again!) But because my husband still had to go back to return the Select Line oil pin, I said, look, I'm sorry. I'm Not trying to be 86'ed but reviwes do matter.. she then says I would have already been 86'ed if it was any of the other female budtenders. I was like, okay what's your name? She says, Danielle and I don't care if you know my name! My boss is right there! (pointing to the male budtender) And he hasn't said anything about what I've said. The hole time this is going on he is saying shhh, its okay, its not that big of a problem. I look at him and say, he's been trying to colm the whole situation down after you started yelling at me about kicking me out of the store. I then say. Whatever, my husband will be in here in a little bit.

After my husband gets back from Fresh Cannabis he told me that when he went to return the product he was explaining to the two employees that one of the budtenders that was on shift the night before had told him to hold the cartridge in his hand to warm the product up. At that point Danielle interrupts and says, well that's where you went wrong! you're not supposed to do that! my husband then says well that's what your other employee told me to do and the male budtender was shaking his head in compliance with what my husband was saying. At that time Daniela is shaking her head, as if my husband is still wrong. So my husband says, don't shake your f***ing head at me! your employee information has conflict of interest. I did what the other budtender advised me to do with the cartridge! after that Danielle said that she was going to go take her break and left the area. After she left, the male budtender starts apologizing for the whole situation, saying that all of this should have never happened.

I was really in Ahhh of the hole thing. And in disbelief of her customer service skills. If you can't handle someone talking about giving a review of the business you work for then you shouldn't be working a job in customer service. If Danielle would have stayed out of the whole transaction I would have written a positive review, but because she chose to input herself in into the transaction/conversation she has ruined all credibility with this company for me. I will never recommend anyone go there again and in fact, I will tell them my Horror Story of the unprofessional employee that I had the displuser of interacting with.

If I could give Fresh Cannabis zero Stars I would. I have NEVER been treated in such a immature manner for this employee to resort to yelling was a little much. Phresh Cannabis maybe the cheapest around but I will spend more money for better customer service. I will be taking all of my business to Shanego from now on.

I'm extremely sorry if this is your account of the situation, but after reviewing the footage of the incident, I am confused as to why you went to this extent to misrepresent and exaggerate your account of the situation. My employees know they can call me at all hours, and have never hesitated. You were yelling at my employees and threatening bad reviews if they didn't ignore store policy and do what you wanted. Danielle never told you that we don't care about reviews nor were you threatened to be 86'd, as I am the only one with that authority. Had my business not been required by OHA / OLCC to keep 24 HR recorded surveillance, I would have had taken disciplinary action against an innocent employee because of this lengthy, detailed review. Your husband came back in that same night and told my employees (after they explained the policy and completed the exchange) that he was wasn't sure what happened or what the misunderstanding was but that he liked our store and products and even sent his friends to us.
