The employee in the front check in, didn’t catch her name, but she’s super cool peeps. The budtender, didn’t catch her name either, was alright. Felt like something was off lol. The 3 1/8ths I got were all shorted, not by much, but still.. Flower is decent 👍🏼 Hopefully it gets better as you guys settle in. Blessings ~

Ever since I found Oz it has become my favorite dispensary, great weed, great prices. I have some issues with the staff tho. How can a bud tender forget one of the items purchased by the customer and have the audacity to have an attitude afterwards. And your website isn’t up-to-date. I’ve spent over $2000 at your store and still get treated like a stranger. Maybe hire people who actually want and need the job. UPDATE: Your shorter budtender with the glasses all the time, I believe his name is Ted or Tim. Seriously consider replacing him. He makes me not want to come back and shop with you guys. He forgets items out of orders, and when he messes up, he’ll catch an attitude with the customer instead of fixing the situation in a professional manner and also he seems to NEVER smile or even give good service. Lume and Jars will drown you if your business isn’t fixed

feel I was ripped off
I come there every Friday 100s of doller iv spent there came in for the 2 oz.s 1 free deal for new years first said needed the flyer to get deal drove all the way back to perry then when I get back told it is only for the 99 doller oz.s so drop 230.00 just to find out my friend went in and got 50 doller oz.s 3 for 100 and she didn't give my my free pre roll and got a 5 doller tip for ripping me off hate to say yall lost me to lumes

Their delivery driver is a weirdo. 4 times now I've gotten things delivered from the same guy, & he's always trying to put his hands all over me, or be asks for a hug. I might have COVID my guy, 6 ft please. It's highly inappropriate. & Their loyalty system is terrible, they can't seem to fix it, so in the long run, you're being screwed over. I will definitely not be shopping this dispensary any longer.
