Wait was insanely long. Product was 1/2 gone. Not a pleasant experience. They were extremely inefficient and disorganized. Only had one person checking people in. Once inside the shop, there were 5 registers with employees, but only 2 taking customers while the other 3 were chatting with each other - meanwhile, customers were waiting 4+ hours to come in and buy product. Once inside they informed us that we could not buy our full allocated amount, even though there were 4 hours beforehand for them to informe us on this. They asked for us to have our full order ready, we choose what we wanted from their “active menu” but was told that the “available menu” was half gone. I’d skip this place for now, until they are ready for customers.

Wait 2 hours in line, 75$ for a half gram cart is total bs, they don’t even have flower or concentrates, what a joke, Don’t waste your money. Weed pens are wack... sell flower for a decent price or people gunna go back to the street dealers. Legal weed sucks in the state of IL.

So this place updates the Rec menu sometime in the evening. For the past few days, there’s been the Wedding Crasher strain on the Rec menu, but I haven’t even able to reserve before it sells out. I finally catch it at 6am and make my reservation. I drive all the way from the south suburbs to get there and be told they’ve sold out and would I like to try something else or just cancel all together. That was my 1st frustrating moment, especially after driving so far. I ask about the other strains and their THC content. I’m told one is 20%. Mind you, wedding crasher is listed as 26%. I buy it, for a whopping $80....look at the content and it’s 1% THC, 19% THCA!!!! I’ll never go back!!! Shop Windy City and Mission instead!!!

Purchased verano gelato concentrate. Was packaged upsidedown and spilled. After numerous emails w/ pics, like nuera asked, they did NOTHING.

Bought 4 carts 2 were half full if not under halfway . If you can’t see the oil thru the pack don’t buy . Both carts that were packaged where you can’t see them were half full while the other 2 that were visible were completly full. Read down the reviews they rip off all carts that people buy multiple complaints ❗️❗️❗️

I purchased a faulty vape pen from NuMed. They were extremely unhelpful. If you are a patient, there are many better options.
