staff is great and friendly great prices and they make you feel welcomed nice and quiet makes it feel more like they are actually attending to your personal needs LOVE this place
This has been by far my favorite dispensary I've been to. The experience you get w you walk in will keep you coming back! Mud bay offers an extremely knowledgable group of staff that definitely know what they're doing. Cannabis aficionados, to say the least. You always are greeted by every staff member that is on duty, and a plus is that they seem to be very personable! The mudbay staff will always go out of they're ways for patients! If you want to talk about #forthepatients then this is the place for you! Thanks for being who you guys are! 👍🏼😎👌🏼
in short Mudbay Meds is the best of the best in every aspect. Amazing quality, a smorgasbord to choose from and knowledgeable friendly budtenders ... Keep on Keepin' on :)
I have been coming here ever since I became a patient. I had many questions and all were answered and I never was made to feel stupid for asking any question. The variety and quality of the products available to me and to everyone is amazing. The fact I can come in and say .... this is whats up today and this is how I'm feeling ... they always know just what I need to feel better. Never, in my experience, will you find a better place. High Quality from staff to all their medication products. Thank you for never letting me down.
The staff are friendly and knoweldgeable and answered any and all questions I asked. Clean environment and the they carry a variety of quality products. Definately going to be the only medicine shop I will use from now on. Thank you for everything ... you guys are amazing.
The bud seems to be ok. There are sanitation issues that are bothersome to me on my last visit. First, I noticed there was a porto potty in the parking lot. I watched an employee come out of there after a good 10 minute stay, and then proceed to the back area and weigh out medication for patients. Unless the porto jon had running water, he didn't wash his hands. The entire shop was dirty and I think I even saw black mold growing out of the ceiling. Like I said, the bud seemed ok. However, the employees not washing their hands before handling my medication, when I have an immune deficiency is not cool. Clean the place up and wash your hands if you want to call it medicine!!! I bought a gram just to be nice and not make a scene. I won't be returning. This was a while ago. Maybe they have fixed the issues. If that porto jon is still out front, I assure you they aren't washing their hands after using it and handling their meds. Yikes...
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your bad experience. We do in fact have running water and a sink in the back that we use to wash our hands throughout the day. The staff member not washing his hands that day is inexcusable as we require all staff to wash their hands after using the restroom. We are not making any excuses and understand the importance of cleanliness when it comes to providing medical cannabis to patients. We are working on improvements to our building and appreciate the criticism.
To me this is the best spot I've visited in the area. The quality is always great and there are options in several donation levels so you don't have to settle. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and each time I've taken their recommendation on a selection I've been glad that I did!! I think the average star rating of nearly 5 stars is well deserved.
I love visiting this place the staff is very friendly, even their cute dog. I like the quality, never left disappointed. Mud Bay is really neat to look at through the windows, it changes daily. All around a really nice place to go. Definitely my dad's and I favorite.

This collective is pretty far out of my way but I decided to check it out and see what kind of meds they had. Unfortunately the flower I was recommended had 3 seeds in a 1 gram bag. I can see why it was recommended now, most likely to get it off the shelf. Also their concentrate selection just isn't up to par.If I wanted $60 grams, I'd get it at a recreational store :P Realistically I don't see myself coming back, the few things they do have that aren't at other collectives just didn't seem to be quality for me.
Thank you for taking the time to visit and for your review. We apologize for the gram you received with seeds, that is not acceptable. We also apologize for the miscommunication about oil. We never offer our oil for over $40/gram although rosin and 6 Star Hash are in fact $60. We hope to be able to make up for your bad experience in the future.

I've stopped going to other places, I know these guys always have the fire. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I don't think I've ever left disappointed.

Here at Mud Bay Meds our goal is to provide each patient with a wide variety of affordable and quality medical cannabis options for the treatment of their unique condition. All donations made at our collective contribute to our Rick Simpson Oil cancer treatment program. We give away over 150 grams of Rick Simpson Oil each month to patients battling cancer. We promise to never ask above $10/gram for our dry medicine or $40/gram for our hydrocarbon extractions. We absorb our taxes, meaning we do not ask our patients for tax. We are dedicated to constantly improving upon our selection of medicine and hold ourselves to very high standards. Our greatest joy is taking the time to explain and have conversations about the various options patients have for treating their conditions. Stop by and say hi!
