March and Ash Chula Vista - H St.

I stop by about once a month to stock up and it's always a great, smooth experience. The staff are always knowledgeable and point me in the right direction. I've only had one bad experience and they went well above to rectify it. This is now the only place I will go to for my meds.

The Chula Vista location is so well kept! The whole process from ID check to checking out at a register is very smooth. I have never walked in there without an employee asking me if they could help with anything, and they have always been able to find or recommend me what I was looking for. I’m in that store almost twice a week since I moved, and I use the delivery service in between! Keep up the good work!

I have been to some of their other locations, and it always felt like they were rushing you, not making you feel comfortable while buying there. A friend and I, who felt the same way about this, were about to give up on March and Ash, but we decided to visit this new location for it being so close to my place. It did not disappoint, the people in there were super relaxed, they gave us time, and we both felt in good hands with their great costumer service while buying there.

I must have visited at the worst time today because there was extremely loud construction going on while I was there. Some workers were using deafeningly loud drills, I commented to the budtender that it was very loud but the poor guy also seemed to be suffering through it on his own. I couldn't even hear myself speaking, I had some questions I couldn't ask because I just wanted to get out of there. I understand it was just people fixing up the store, but I have some hearing issues and it was not very appreciated that I had to deal with that. I was almost about to ask if they could stop drilling, it was that intense. It's just disappointing, because the first time I visited this store last month I had an amazing experience, everyone was very nice and the environment was very relaxed. I wish it was like that every time. Maybe they had to do the drilling right at that moment but I'm sure that could have been done after hours and not during business hours.

I'll continue to drive 15 minutes to La Mesa to pick up. None of your locations ever have the exclusive brands or new stuff that comes out. Same old shitty weed. Put some marathon cultivation, blueprint, COTC blue labels, heavy hitter diamond pre-rolls. Something NEW!

Feels so awkward walking in every time

Staff seems to only care about what’s going on amongst each other. Rather flirt than help the paying customer. Products are ok but lack of professionalism

Five stars for the location, zero stars for M&A ending no-tax Tuesday storewide; now it's only on the brands that are ALWAYS on sale. Customer chat promised to pass on the message, but as nothing ever changes I doubt that occurs.
