Very easy to sign up for new patients they give you a great first time gift also very helpful in explaining new products very clean inside and they have a drive threw which is very convenient
You know I can tell you honestly care about your business, I just wish your employees had been on the same page. I would have just sat in my car waiting for my friend to finish instead I was probed in with false advertisement. None the less I hope you the best in your business endeavors!

Clones had Brown old roots, hard stems, burnt leaves, they pick them for you, only 3 of 7 clones look like they are going to make progress the other 4 are garbage, if I were less experienced id say only 1 would have made it.
Sorry you were disappointed, however we don't force people to purchase clones, so I am curious why you would purchase clones you did not want? We don't hide the roots from our patients. We also don't force you to purchase unless you pre ordered, and if you pre-ordered and you did not come pick them up that is on you buddy. I have multiple orders right now that have been sitting here for 2 weeks, multiple messages have been left. Seems super rude to buy something you did not want and than make a post about it.

Me and my friend went together, I sat outside. My friend comes back from inside and says "I'll get 20% off if you come sign up" well I did and the front desk guy said he would get 20% off of his purchase. We make it to the back and explain what happened up front expecting it to be cool, 2 ladies behind the desk ( taking care of plants specifically ) turned around and looked at us like we were demons spewing hatred filth. It was actually hilarious because I told my friend I won't buy from these rip off artists when we can get better quality product, for a cheaper price, delivered straight to my door, taxes paid for you. Basically I will never return, they shouldn't have signed me up because they fuckingn lied, and all of your staff need to work together and please the customer.
Short end - this place is pricey and sketchy, just because they have a nice building doesn't make them a nice business. End rant.
lorinleesgottree, your vulgar language pretty much says it all, that being said my name is Stacy Lidie and I will always defend my amazing staff, they are the most friendly in town, and educated as well. Clearly you just wanted to leave and make a nasty post. I would have loved for you to man up and talk to me about your experience. We are here for the patients next time hopefully you will have the courage to speak to us, please ask for me the owner. We always please the patient.

being a seasoned patient from the bay area i have been to ever club there is in sf Berkeley Oakland Los Angeles i have been to every club and by far am most dissapointed with this one for the past months i moved to redding in December and have found myself buying the top shelf meds from this despencerie just to take it home to find out i was shorted on the ounce i donated too this has not happen once this has happen about 10 times now and recently i have began to speak out to the business when someone is donating as much as 390 dollars for an ounce i believe they should at least get the 28g there asking for not 25 not 24 not 27 the number is 28 grams im sorry to say that this is the most unprofessional club i have ever been too tired of getting ripped off so i will find myself a new club one that appreciates my business as it should yours and scales need to be calibrated regularly just dont understand how this can get messed up its very simple process other problem is top shelf has look but not the quality i have smoked some of the best bud from the best growers in cali and i just keep getting disappointing every time only reason i kept going back was i was hopping they would get there shit together and get some good quality bud sry i will not be returning
Dear Patient I am sorry you are unhappy. You may bring back anything you get from us and if you feel you were shorted, I would more than encourage you to bring it in. Our scales have been verified by Shasta County Dept of weights and measures, so I question your statement about being shorted, not to mention that we are always willing to take back or check out anything you claim. Seems to me that if you were truly unhappy you would have spoken to us about it, as this is where the patient comes first. We always welcome returns because we are hear to serve the patient. They need to start sourcing better growers because half of their product is super low grade. The indoor wifi smells like hay. Their selection is small and is mediocre. I feel like they either dont know any good caregivers or are just happy with who they have.
The one who once was. Thank you for the feedback. All our flower is reviewed by our patients before we put it on our shelves, as we are a cooperative and are here to provide what the patient wants. We understand that it is not possible to please all, but we do our very best to have a large selection to chose from. If you purchased something that you are unhappy with please return it, as again we are here to provide you with what you need. There are 100's of growers out there and we have taken in 100's of samples. If you would like to leave a sample we will review it and let you know what the patient says. In your words if you know caregivers that would like to provide samples we are happy to have it reviewed. Again thanks for the feedback, truly appreciate it.
I ordered a 1/4 of sunset sherbet and it harsh to smoke, has the look but burns rough definitely not worth what I paid, I'm not happy with it. Ordered a gram of chemberry went home and weighed it and it wasn't Even a gram. Not to happy with this place anymore.

As for your claim on the Chemberry not weighing correctly, we have had Shasta County out to verify that our scales are in compliance and in good condition, perhaps your scale is not accurate, however if you ever feel you did not get the proper weight please come back and we will check it for you.
