So it was my first time coming here never been here before and I expected to get 15% off my purchase but did not and also I signed up for the the savers card the site said I could come in and get a card so when I got there I asked about it and the guy said that they don't actually give you a savers card and that he would enter my information in the back soon as I left and that has yet to happen

No doubt the bud is good, but other dispensaries grow strains that are comparable for a much better price. If you like giving your money away shop here. No wonder why they have one shop.

Their selection of fse carts is awesome, their actual storefront is pretty cool, and their bud tenders have been pleasant and helpful both times I was there. However I just got home after buying two Green Dot FSE carts, opened the packages, I noticed one of them looked a bit low. So I popped it out, only to find it was leaking out all over the the sides. So a bit disappointing in the end, I'll be going back to hopefully exchange it for another one.

The first time I went in the guy that helped me was fantastic. He turned me on to some cookies and cream which ended up being a big hit. The second time I went in two days later was a totally different experience. The weed was still on a another level but the girl helping me was on her phone the whole time and not offering me any assistance at all. I asked her for a suggestion because she was obviously not interested in up selling me. I eventually got what I needed but I had to do a lot more work than I should have considering what her boss is probably paying her to do her job. Bottom line...weed is freaking great, customer service could use some work for sure!!!

I'm a regular @ Kind Love (I've spent ALOT of $ in there!) , & up untill recently I was happy to hav a decent place to shop. I frequently go out of my way to travel and buy here , but probably not anymore, as I was told I'm SOL on pricing (after I was questioning prices that were different than I've paid before .. Not Happy !! I've left many positive reviews for Kind Love , however this is my first negative one .. treat loyal members better as we spend a lot !!! .. Thanks

this place sells warehouse weed at exorbitant prices. most of the herb sold here can be had for cheaper at other dispensaries.

60-70 dollars for a gram of standard shatter or wax is incredibly out of place and I have no idea how this depot gets away with it. 45$ for an 8th, regardless of shelf status, is inappropriate and plain greedy as well. As a comparison, my primary rec dispensary sells 20$ grams of low grade concentrate, 25 mid, and 35 for live resin. Flower is 14 an 8th low shelf, 16 an 8th mid, 18 top, and 20-25 primo. The edibles here are the same price as anywhere else if not maybe a little more reasonable, so that’s all this place has going in my eyes. Seriously; 60$ grams?!? That’s robbery.

love KL, only place I get clones or got clones I should say. I've ordered 100 plus clones wholesale and for personal use. the buds good too but way too high like 10 years ago prices I remember paying when I was 16. But still some of the best in CO. today the guy who served me was rude, zero customer service along with a condescending attitude. My family from tx who I brought sadly had rude service as they were yelled at "next" like they'd been calling us and were not aloud to browse or something lol just ridiculous. Still I spent 200 on a quarter of skunkberry and qtr of sherbet. sadly this will be my last time spending money with you guys. it seems the better dispenses do on flower the more douchebag the budtenders become. you guys aren't smoking enough you have dream jobs it shouldn't be hard to act like it seriously. So I'll say so long to you guys and save my thousands for someone else.

I would only go here after store in Denver have closed. It's very hard to find and the prices are higher than most other places. Bud quality looks good if you want to pay extra for top shelf but even the bottom shelf was more expensive than what I normally pay

It's nice to see some honest reviews on here when it comes to the pricing and wait times ..As it seems there's a lot of good reviews posted on here just for the discounts or whatever , I've given good and critical reviews, and this last year they've gotten more critical ! ..They say prices were cut by creating different "tiers" / a connoisseur shelf , however what they did was put the least popular products on the bottom shelf , also feels like no real quality control / standards and it seems like the grow process changed last year !! ..Also when they offer deals & ONLY have one or two buDtenders at a time (when one seems to be mindlessly working in standing room only (you'd think they would have someone call considering they call themselves a high-end dispensary , and you WILL pay high VERY HIGH end prices /. I shop here because they DO have good products ..If KinD L0VE was more professional (and the quality was better controlled & products/shopping wasn't so hit and miss), then I wouldn't be so critical and would not mind the prices , but it's seems to be more miss than hit recently in bein happy. So If you're going to shop here look for the deals & avoid busy hrs & closing time (like midday is best) !!!! ..

Save your time and go somewhere else! WAY over priced, did NOT receive the "daily deal" nor one for first time customer. Had a guy selling vape pens as you walked out that was harassing every person who passed him......if I wanted I vape pen cartridge I would have bought one PRIOR to passing his table!

Was excited to come in and try some flower from California! I have been here many times in the past. Was disappointed to pay 97 dollars for bone dry flower with a schwaggy smell and crumbled into dust with a light pinch...as a grower this is unacceptable. How many years have you guys been open and STILL have an awful / incorrect harvest/dry process and claim to have connoisseur quality weed.

Went in last night at about 11 30/2 hour before closing, place was packed so after waiting in line for a half hour We got to see a bartender who was rude inconsiderate And had no intentions on helping with any questions that we had. Now I can understand the end of the night thing but there’s no reason to have that kind of attitude. We scooped up some Mendo breath and Ecto cooler x cookies and cream pheno .. 90$ for a popcorn quarter of dry ass Mendo breathe but The ecto cooler cross was pretty decent..But there’s a dozen if not a couple dozen places with better prices And with way better service don’t plan on going back

Small selection of decent flower, used to be a lot better. Felt rushed and pressured to make more purchases by the budtender; I hate that. Got a G of Incredibles Chem D which was sitting at room temp and was made on 6/6/18, making it 10 months old when I purchased it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Rudest budtenders I’ve experienced yet, nothing but girls with mustaches giving attitude.

Drove two hours to visit for my first time to get turned away instantly because I had a paper temporary license. The people were extremely rude. They shoo'ed me away with their hands and said "state law" as they pointed to the door. When I asked why they just shrugged at me, and pointed again to the door. Not a single apology for my inconvenience or anything. They simply chuckled as I walked away. I have never encountered such rude behavior at any type of store in my life.

They told me they just got it in today. So i hopped in the car and drove an hour.... For there to be no small bud and they actually didn’t get a new batch. Not the first time this has happened to me. But there has to be a better way to manage your clients and employees. If your employees never know what you have. How can your customers?

In a nutshell... Dont buy their clones. First off most of them are not choice clippings but rather tiny frail little things. Second, a 50$ clone should NOT be throwing only 3 leaves all over. Every leay has only 3 on it. And third they gave me a 50$ clone with powdery mildew. I used to drop cash here all the time and considering most dispensaries sell absolute garbage kind loves bud is not bad. I would never recommend or buy a clone from them again. . Dont buy their low quality clones.
