I used to shop at kind love back when it was herbal connections and the the early kind love days. I hadn't shopped at KL in several years because I let my card expire, but I visited a couple weeks ago and I have to say, it seems to be a shell of the dispensary it once was. On the plus side, the concentrate selection was on point, pricey, but a really good selection. Back in the day when you would pop a jar of golden goat or alien rock candy it stunk up the whole bud bar, now, every jar I checked out was mediocre smelling at best. I dont know what changed in the garden, but the level of quality of everything i smelled made me very sad. My budtender also seemed like he wanted to be doing anything other than helping a patient at the time. He was very short with all of his answers when I asked him questions, and seemed like he was in a very grumpy mood. Look, I get it, we all have bad days, but at one point and time Kind Love was known for their almost overly friendly, above and beyond customer service, and I definitely didn't feel it that day. I felt uncomfortable even asking to see more jars, because after the second one I asked to look at, my budtender would sigh under his breath like he was annoyed, so I just bought a few grams of oil and left. I don't know the name of the guy who helped me, but he was a really large man with a big beard, a bunch of tattoos, and a really bad attitude. I was really hoping for a great experience like was the standard every visit back when the old owners were still at Kind Love and I definitely didn't feel the love on my return visit. I will say the highlight of my visit was seeing Ron still works there. I really wish he'd had helped me that day. Maybe someday Kind Love will fall back into the hands of people who care about quality and customer service.
Thank you for your patronage all of these years, we really appreciate customers like you and are very sorry you had such an unsatisfactory customer experience with us. It is important that our staff make everyone who steps in our door feel at home, welcomed, and attended to so we appreciate your bringing this to our awareness. It is true that we have gone through several transitions over the years, but we have always tried to maintain the quality of our product and customer service despite our growing pains at times. We hope that you will consider giving us another try in the near future and that we can present a quality batch that is worthy of your loyalty once again. We would also love to learn more about your experience and find a way to make it right, please give us a call at 303.565.3600 and ask to speak to Matt who will be happy to remediate the situation in any way we can. Thank you Blanche!
Much Love, Kind Love
Even with computers down the service here was impeccable and the products equally amazing. Thanks to ask the great staff there. Mikey is a very knowledgeable budtender, a definite asset to the team there. Also please let Tyron know we appreciated his help as well. Airways to see the gang
I'll start by saying I've been a loyal member at kind love for over 2 years now. Their concentrate selection is hard to beat, the flower is better than most in Colorado, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. However...having some of the better flower in Colorado doesn't hold much weight when most of it is trash. Kind love also has some of the highest prices in Colorado marketed to capture the connoisseur minded consumer. In order to justify the price for "connoisseur" products, the quality & and care put into the product SHOULD be evident. The flower should not be bone dry, crumbling to dust - as true connoisseurs know, bud that is not cured, bone dry, has no taste is something to avoid. I understand we are in Colorado and have low humidity, but that is no excuse to throw proper drying/curing methods out the window. The flavorless, horribly cured, bone dry flower is what is being ran into concentrates...which will obviously also be reflected in the lack of flavor. In order to justify your absurd prices, the quality you preach about, MUST be reflected in your products. Otherwise, the only fact separating you from the rest of the horrible dispensaries in Denver is your high price, and nice comfortable waiting room. Please read this for what it is, constructive criticism from someone who cares. Ditch the ego, and be willing to improve and learn new techniques that are always surfacing. If you're not willing to learn or improve, you won't...
First off, we sincerely appreciate your constructive feedback, and your perception accurately reflects some transitions that we have been going through with the intent of emerging a better dispensary for customers like you. We hope that we can win you back with our quality once we have been able to cross these hurdles because ultimately that is that is comes down to for us. We are originally and will continue to be a flower-first dispensary because quality flower is the foundation of a good dispensary. We hope you will be patient with us as we strengthen our foundation and that we can wow you again soon with a truly connoisseur selection. The next time you stop in please see a manager who will be more than happy to offer you an incentive for supporting us through our growing pains. We are very hopeful and excited about our new direction and appreciate the candid conversation your review has inspired. Truly, thank you!
Yes..you'll read the prices are too high...
But I'll gladly pay a few bucks extra for quality..I'll even drive the extra mile to obtain it...
That's Kind Love
The bud quality, although on the dry side (this is Colorado after all), is a force to be matched. From their Kush's to their concentrates, they have a fine selection. Their staff has always been kind and respectful.
Buds to try: ARC, Cookies and Cream, Triangle Kush, Gorilla Glue, Ghost OG....those are my go-to's!! And after being a cannabis user for over 20 years, Kind Love kicks my ass...
Finding the place can be a little hard on the first time..So, give yourself a little time!
Very mediocre 'top shelf' flower. I rarely buy flower because I've been let down so many times by "the best dispensaries" that only know how to grow fools gold (looks good/smells good but is really worthless garbage that will hurt your throat and give you a headache) and I purchase on the medical side, what a farse. I just want my money back, I only smoked a few bowls of the Gorilla Glue and one bowl of the White Fire OG. This was a medical purchase from a 'reputable' company, people need to step their game up and stop buying from these types of companies, I will never be back. They do carry CRx concentrate, their live sugar is absolutely amazing but Kind Love has nothing to do with the manufacturing process, Kind Love just sells CRx product they don't make it. So get your CRx somewhere else, and f this place.
Hi Jake, thank you for your feedback as we are always trying to improve. We are very sorry that you purchased a less than optimal batch, if you are ever in the area please communicate your experience to a manager and we would be happy to offer you an incentive for your trouble. We hope you will consider shopping with us again! Much Love, Kind Love
is 2017 some dispensaries just need to get with the times and this is one of them pricing is way too high its been like this for nearly 4 years don't get me wrong the weed is excellent but $240 for an ounce I could get two ounces and still have $80 left over at Cannbotica 2nd and Vallejo the THC average over there is 28%
Hi joel1973, Our prices are a reflection of the quality of our inputs, our overhead, and the value we offer our customers, however, we will take it into account when evaluating our pricing strategy. Thank you for your feedback as it always helps us to improve! Much Love, Kind Love
Every time I go here everyone is very friendly and efficient
The product is very nice
Prices are a little bit high
Can't say anything bad about this place at all quality product
Decent quality but pricing is insane for medicinal pricing. 240 oz member pricing?? 80 dollar grams of live resin? I understand quality stuff but some of this "fire shit" doesn't get me as medicated for how much I pay. Staff is nice though
Hi FreeHobbes, thank you very much for your feedback. We do feel our prices are reflective of the quality and value we offer our customers and always like to offer discounts to appeal to our more price sensitive shoppers, but will nonetheless take your comments into consideration when reviewing our pricing strategy :) Much Love, Kind Love

Only reason I'm writing this review is because this guy the wrote this last review is speaking exactly what has been going through my head. It takes a lot for a dispensary to earn my loyalty and you did that after CAM shut down. I realized how great your product was. Not only that but the experience I was getting walking into kind love was exceptional. Over the past couple months that welcoming feeling has kind of went away and it reflects in the bud. Your bud is still some of the best in the state(indica and hybrid-wise at least cause it seems like you grow no sativas anymore) I once thought it was #1 but I've checked out another place lately and loved them the bud was perfectly cured. The vibe was on point and the flower was smelling unreal. Quality over quantity. I want to get back to shopping with you everytime I step foot into a dispensary. Bring that feeling back!
Hi CO_Connoisseur, thank you very much for your honest and kindly stated feedback. We are very sorry you feel the culture has changed at KInd Love, we are still very much committed to bringing our customers the best flower and vibes in the state. We would love for you to expand on how we can best improve to get you back on board with us. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a manager will be happy to speak with you and offer you an incentive simply for taking the time to share your perspective. :) Much Love, Kind Love

Writing this negative review makes me very sad because Kind Love used to be so great. There seems to be a change in attitude towards doing what's right. They're more focused on making money. Their biggest offense is selling 15% THC weed as connoisseur level, when, their other strains are twice as potent. I feel ripped off by them.
They also implemented a new reward system which is is a real rip off. If you get anything on sale, you don't get point credits for them. When they used the punch card, they gave you credit for every sale. It's also very tacky, considering that some of their sales are based on customers donating things - like I donated a bag of clothes to their clothing drive and they gave a discount for that - but, no points.
They are having serious issues keeping their shelves stocked with their best products and their standards (you can get weed with 15% THC anywhere in the city for $100 with a med card).
I've spoken to them about it and they are not receptive to hearing constructive criticism. I was told that they're tired of hearing the same complaints. I spoke to the manager who promised me that he'd get back to me today. It never happened. I was unfriended on FB by someone who works there, so, I guess, in Kind Love's eyes, I'm now a villain because I dared to complain about how they keep lowering the bar on service and product.
It's like they're in a bubble and don't realize what they're doing to their patients. Instead, they will vilify the patient for being disappointed in how they've declined in quality of product and quality of service.
