JARS West Detroit

I used to *love* coming here; the staff is friendly and helpful, the prices are right, the location close to the area I frequently, and the product Fire. But since they’re med only, they only do curbside. So, since the process was so involved and quite frankly not easy at all, I probably won’t return.

It’s crazy that you have one person behind the counter to check ids and help the customer in the back. Wow. I have to wait longer now because store is under staffed. Very professional

According to their app their Westside location is open until 9 pm today. I placed a online order around 7:40 pm and got a text shortly after saying my order was ready. I drove all the way here just to find out that they’re closed already, before 9 pm. What a waste of time and gas especially since their WEBSITE told me they were open and the neon “OPEN” sign outside of the building is clearly illuminated. Please update your app with the most recent hours of operation as to save potential new clients the hassle of finding out the hard way like I did.

This was my first time at Jars, it will be far from my last. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Clean, modern, easy parking, friendly security. My budtender was Sterling and he couldn’t have been better! Personable and knowledgeable, Sterling made sure I knew about all the daily deals and had some great recommendations. His energy is contagious and you can tell he really loves what he does and interacting with patients. Thanks for an easy and pleasant experience! See y’all soon

The grand opening was lit and they had amazing deals. Bud tenders were super nice and helpful. Angel & Sterling was super knowledgeable.

Grabbed a 5 gram 8th of lemon cherry gelato, amazing strain and effects, but I’m really writing about Chris, my bud tender, who gave me 2 free carts just because it was for my mother and it was her birthday, my point is, go with the same people everytime and show your loyalty, Jars rewards it.

I haven't been seeing many infused pre rolls recently which is my favorite type of smoke. Thank you to the budtender who recommended this Hyman pre roll.
