It is hard to use the online menu and social media advertisements. Often the menu is incomplete, not updated and prices are not what they are in the shop. Often they are advertised cheaper than what is in the store. I would prefer clear and honest pricing that is reflected in your advertising. Been a patient for three years and have had multiple occasions where the menu is not updated or has a price that is much cheaper than what available in the store. Makes for a frustrating experience. Also the quality of flowers is okay, but 100% of my purchases have been smashed into the packaging.
Thank you for your feedback and the years of support. We take your concern very seriously. The transition with new taxes and pricing has been frustrating for our staff and customers. To clarify why prices are different at times on menus, items purchased in 2017 have a different tax structure than items purchases in 2018. Even if these items are the same company and the same title, their out the door prices would vary base on when the batch was purchased. We are almost sold out of our 2017 stock which has a higher out the door price than 2018 items that have excise tax incorporated into them. This will all balance out soon, but we apologize for any undue frustration. If you ever feel overcharged on any item please do not hesitate to contact our management team and we will resolve that issue immediately. In regards to packaging we take great pride in providing our patients with the highest quality medicine possible which also includes the integrity and structure of the package. If you could let us know what item you felt was smashed we would be happy to look into our packaging log and identify which employee put that item together to ensure we can coach that employee and give them your feedback. I’ve been going to HPRC before it became legal for recreational.. I’ve always said you want the best just come here, and now it’s even better than before. I appreciate you guys still providing medical options for patients. The staff is always super attentive and knowledgeable about the products they offer. I just wish they didn’t close at 6pm!

I had an okay experience. The only thing I hated was how small it is. My bathroom is bigger than that place. It seems like the back area, which you can see, is way bigger than the front. They only let a couple ppl in at a time, of course, but honestly no more than 6 ppl can fit with out someone breathing down your neck! I would go back for repurchase but if somewhere is available I will go there. He staff is okay. I tried talking to someone and they barely could keep eye contact with me and ask me the same thing over and over again. Like I said, not my first choice but I will go again.

If you did visit our shop please know that our new retail lobby has expanded to 4 new stations and will have 6 stations once construction is complete in a couple of weeks! I love this dispensary and the people that work there. The staff is always friendly and answers any questions I have.Their selection is really nice (I prefer hybrids with sativa dominate) They have great specials (I also follow them on Instagram) and when I became a patient they offered me a free edible or joint. I can't recommend them enough.

I recently bought a cartridge from them. i figured i would try something new than the original ABX ones i get and always work amazingly. however this time my new choice literally lost it's seal within the first day. i was very upset especially since it was $10 more. however I called and talked to the owner and he assured me my next visit i could return my cartridge and get one of equal price. Outstanding customer service and know how to take care of their patients. also love how they lowered shelf prices to incorporate taxes now. great people in my book.

HPRC is an amazing shop. Friendly and knowledgeable budtenders and a safe, nice environment. Prices are on the higher side, but you definitely get what you pay for (great bud). HPRC makes up for the cost with deals if you're a medical patient (most of the time), but I believe that they recently lowered their prices a bit. Def does not disappoint. Will be back very soon.

I rarely go to dispensaries anymore after Prop. 64 passed since I can get myself the finest indoor hydroponic flower for $100 an ounce(28 grams), but I must say HPRC will always have a place in my heart and will be the ONLY business I go through from now on; the fact that they have small buds and trim only for patients makes me really appreciate the fact that they watched what many dispensaries did in Oregon when Recreational Cannabis was passed. There ALWAYS needs to be a fine line between medicinal patients and recreational adults, no patient should EVER have to pay the same price as someone who only uses cannabis to get "fucked up" and even though the small buds, trim and possibly duff are the only things for "patients only" at this dispensary that is WAY MORE than anyone else has done(just spiked their prices) and I am confident HPRC already has ideas to offer "patients only" medicine for a compassionate price. I respect HPRC because since my very first visit over 5 years ago and even up to this very day; they constantly showed how they care about their patients, how they care about their community, and that they truly just want to always go above and beyond in any way, shape, or form. Each level of the supply chain now has increased costs, and we have really been working to create an efficient operation that will keep final out the door prices low. At HPRC we truly understand that without the sacrifices, efforts, and support of our medical cannabis patients we would not have the success we have today. We have written to the State multiple times about prioritizing medical cannabis patients through the regulation process, and to remove excise taxes from medical cannabis sales. My favorite Humboldt dispensary! Not only do they have mostly better prices than other dispos within the area, but they are soooo friendly. Seriously the best service I have ever had. Everyone greets you, makes you feel welcomed and good about being there, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is very knowledgable. I would suggest other new dispensaries in the area take note of their wonderful service and follow suit...

This a great place and my #1 go to for my medical needs, but today it appears that i was overcharged even after I questioned the price. I bought an 8th of Royal Kush and an 8th of Pineapple both priced at 27.73$ on weedmaps. I was charged a total of 68.48$. That seemed a little high to me, when accounting for the 15% tax, I should’ve only been charged about $63.78. After mentioning the high price the bud tender instead just shows me the layout of how the new taxes affects price, yet the price I was charged was still higher than what it should’ve been. Its possible i may have just not have accounted for a possible local tax? I notice others have concerns with the new tax and being overcharged, it may just be easier to include the final price with tax on WM, since it’s pretty frustrating getting there with the right amount of cash, thinking the tax was included with the 27.73$ 8th, only to have an additional tax still to account for.
We are sorry the new taxes are so confusing. To clarify, you are correct when you mentioned the local tax. The local sales tax is 8.5%, which is added to each purchase. The 15% excise tax, and the excise tax, create an effective tax rate of 23.5%. We are working diligently to make these prices more standardized for our menu listings and we are trying to incorporate the excise tax into the prices so that only 8.5% will be added, just like it has been for the past several years. In doing a quick calculation, with the sales and excise tax it does seem that you were charged the correct amount, but our management would be happy to take some more time to review your specific transaction and remedy any overcharging that may have occurred. It is our job to figure out the intricacies of these new taxes and make your experience easier, and your feedback is very helpful to us.
