Human Collective is a Portland Recreational Marijuana Dispensary
Human Collective is proud to serve the Portland cannabis community with top-quality marijuana goods and a positive, satisfying customer experience. The dispensary team welcomes visitors far and wide to explore their professional, discreet facility and array of excellent cannabis.
Human Collective initially began as a real collective of patients in Northern Oregon before transitioning into one of the OMMP’s first medical marijuana dispensaries in 2010. Human Collective’s owners began their involvement in medicinal cannabis to offer a natural source of medicine to their loved ones. As they grew and Oregon updated their regulations to include recreational marijuana, the Human Collective team has stayed true to their core values of compassion, integrity, and high-quality care. They’re proud to serve on the Oregon Cannabis Business Council and fight for their patients through lobbying and regulatory movements.
Whether a medical patient or recreational user who values discretion, Human Collective’s team offers each visitor a varied cannabis selection and one-on-one attention. The dispensary staff studies every new product that arrives at their store so they can pass on their knowledge to their Portland guests. Human Collective’s staff cares about their visitors and will spend as much time as someone needs to answer questions, explain product differences or make informed recommendations. Human Collective’s mission is to make every customer happy. Whether a visitor is pleased or otherwise with their cannabis experience, the Human Collective budtenders want to know to make everything right.
Human Collective carries hundreds of cannabis products on its Portland shelves. Flower cultivars, concentrates, edibles, topicals, tinctures, capsules, and medicinal products abound, sourced from Select Strains, Hush, Dab Society and other top Oregon brands. The dispensary team also won a Dope Industry Award for Best Edible Selection in Oregon in 2016. To round out its selection of cannabis products, Human Collective features plenty of glass accessories, rolling trays, cleaning supplies and vaporizers.
Human Collective accepts cash only with an ATM onsite. Every day, the Human Collective team offers a 10% veteran discount. They offer 10% off for seniors on Saturdays and often will provide a discount for honest online reviews. Human Collective is active on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Weedmaps and quickly responds to questions or concerns by phone and email.
The Human Collective storefront stands in the southwest corner of Portland at the border of Tigard. The store is easily accessible for residents of Metzger, Raleigh Hills, Garden Home-Whiteford, and Multnomah. The dispensary team welcomes Hillsdale, Southwest Portland, Dunthorpe and Riverwood visitors to their facility. Cannabis connoisseurs from Englewood, Lake Oswego, Beaverton, and King City will find the finest selection at Human Collective.
Southwest Portland encompasses the suburban neighborhoods surrounding Oregon’s largest metropolis. The area’s largest park is the Tryon Creek State Natural Area, which offers nearly 700 acres of forested trails and a winding ravine. The Oaks Amusement Park features 1905-style rides and picnic attractions for visitors across southern Portland. To the west, the Washington Square mall is one of the top-grossing shopping complexes in the United States. The Willamette River offers scenic views along its banks that rival those of southwest Portland’s many lush golf courses.

My favorite place
I have shopped at this place for over 3 years. I bought two cartridges in there 16 days ago. When I went to use the second cartridge, it didn't work. When I would place it on a battery, the battery light would just flash and it wouldn't work. I tried several different batteries all with the same result. On my next trip out there, (I was driving 25 minutes each way for years as a loyal customer), I took the cartridge in with me. It was still in the original packaging with their patient sticker on it. I told the guy the problem and asked if I could just get an exchange. He called for someone to come and take a look at it. That is when I met Marty.... she took the cartridge into the back room and came back a couple minutes later and said "yep it is defective". She asked when I bought it and I told her that I bought it on my last trip in. She looked in the computer and said "you haven't been here for a long time. February 22nd was your last time in" (16 days ago). She continued to tell me that they have a 7 day return policy and I was out of luck. I explained to her that it costed $60 and being disabled and drawing Social Security it was a lot of $$. I told her that I didn't get a receipt or a privacy bag, they just handed it to me over the counter and how would I know about a 7 day return policy? She continued to tell me "sorry!" I asked to speak to the manager and she threw her hand across the counter to shake my hand and said " I am the manager and would be happy to help you with anything I can". She said it in the most condescending tone. I told her I had been a customer for many years and spend a lot of $$ in here. She stated that "it didn't matter". I asked her if she was willing to lose a good customer over this and she said "yep!" I am appalled.... what happened to customer service? I buy a $60 item that is defective and you won't exchange it for me 16 days later? That is just unacceptable to me. It is really sad how they choose to treat a medical patient on a fixed income...😡😪 DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE THAT COULD POSSIBLY BE DEFECTIVE OR YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN AND OUT THE $$.
We are sorry about your negative experience. We are under new management and we would love to see you again. We have also re-written our exchange/return policy. We would like to extend a 10% discount on your next visit. We hope to see you soon so we can make it up to you!
