      Very inconsistent product

      Bought multiple “high grade” got some good stuff and bad. Sadly the expensive stuff was only half the time satisfactory. Not going back

      They don’t pick up their phones

      I drove 45 mins to high tea because I seen reviews and the 5 stars. When I put the address in Google maps it takes me to a intersection. Where’s the store?!?!? And on top of that I called to find where the store was. They didn’t pick up. I called multiple times. This was such a inconvenience. These reviews are fake. I will be letting all my friends and anyone else to never come here. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. The address they have send you to a intersection !! Isn’t that insane?
