Great prices, quality product.

I enjoyed the knowledgeable staff and friendly and diverse atmosphere. I love how they have the buds on display to see! Great idea! They offer price matching and have good deals! I will be back! The only reason why I gave 4 stars outta 5 is because they don't offer a huge selection of quality pre-roll packs quite yet.

Very good products , prices need to be better.

Anyone who sells Humboldt Terp council knows what's up when it comes to quality terps for a decent price, although prices need to get better they're not as high as some other places around town. Daily specials do help with costs and I do appreciate that. Herbnjoy is a great place to get your 4:20 goods, and I highly recommend them.

Good but lacking lately

love this shop but customer service has felt a bit rushed lately and sometimes I feel like online ordering is a little misleading... I ordered a high 90s disposable vape recently and I was willing to pay a little extra knowing it was a high "92.2% THC" but when looking at the box after purchase it read "Total Cannabinoids 92% and 88% THC" I was very disappointed. If I wanted to order a lower percentage like that I would of got a cheaper cart but just sucks I spent a premium price for a basic cart experience.

Not bad but not great

It’s a pretty cool layout inside, however as a first time customer there was no percentage off, free product or gift or anything. Pricing was a little heavy with no receipt. Friendly staff but probably wouldn’t bring my money back and just hit up a diff delivery service I’m the future.

Don’t bother wasting your time

No two people are on the same page. I called and told them I was going to be driving an hour to get there and wanted to check their inventory. I was told yeah we have lots of what you’re asking for. When I show up the Bud Tender tells me they have been out of those for a day or two. Then proceeds to tell me Yeah this happens a lot. Definitely get the persons name who you talked to. Despite all that I made my choice in dabs and tell him I’m going to grab cash from their ATM meanwhile he rings up something totally different and 2x as much as the one I picked.. Forget about WM, they never update their inventory and then blame WM.. Used to be great and knowledgeable, now they’re just winging it from day to day.. Better options around the corner, much faster service and they have Specials..

Hi we are so sorry for the confusion. We have a lot of customers and our inventory moves fast. Hence if you want us to hold something for you - you need to place an order either through Weedmaps or our website. We hold all order till the end of the day. So that way you can be sure you will get your order. Weedmaps updates automatically and hence will only show inventory that is available. However, as mentioned earlier - stuff sells out quick and sometimes our backend suppliers are not able to restock us as fast as we need. In future when you call, get the name of he budtender and for follow-up calls - ask for the same person. That will make it easier for you. We do have specials, the best prices and a wide range of products. We are proud to serve the entire Central Valley including: Hanford, Lemoore, Visalia, Clovis, Fresno, Tulare, Farmersville, Woodlake, Porterville, Bakersfield, Madera, Coalinga, Lindsay and many other cities.

Worst staff

Originally rated this place 5 stars when it opened. But they just started to hire a bunch of people who have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Don't even bother with their curbside ordering because they'll keep you waiting in your car for half an hour every time . On top of that when you arrive, they will suddenly tell you that your order that you were notified was ready, is actually out of stock, so you'll have to go inside regardless. Worst staff I've ever encountered in any industry

Over charged

I went in a few weeks ago bought some goodies and was over charged called the manager and was told it would be taken care of and that I would get a credit….. WRONG when I went in they were totally clueless even after I explained it 2 times and showed them charges they agreed to give me the same product WRONG again got totally different stuff and they still had me pay for it… bottom line they still owe me a refund I will never shop there again please ppl if you go there keep an eye on your purchases they will try to get over on you

Faulty Product

Occasionally I would have a plugged cart that wouldn’t draw or a leaky cart upon opening my packaging. I have always been made aware that this is fixable by returning the cart with original packaging and was even suggested to switch brands which I did do. Upon my next purchase one stizzy was perfect the other however was frustrated to find the 2nd pod leaked all inside the package. I did return to the dispensary and explained my situation to a worker who told me he would take care of the issue. He then comes back out from the back with the manager who states he refuses to refund or exchange me since distillate was missing from the pod and indirectly implied that I was returning damaged products to get new free ones in front of the whole store and customers. Very frustrated and embarrassed I exclaimed to the manager that I have 0 reason to steal & them selling faulty products was not my fault and whether it’s an issue with the dispensary or the vendors whom they receive their products from; it was not fair for him to come out and embarrass me of something so bizarre. 2 years of a loyal customer out the door.
