This review is way overdue. Been coming here for a bit and this is by far the best collective in the area. For starters the selection is the best. The staff is always on point with their recommendations and always polite. They open early and close late. They have deals almost every day and their patient appreciation day is the best deal in town. I wouldn't pay too much attention to the few negative reviews. If you know what's up this place will become your new favorite spot.
My girlfriend who suffers from CHONIC pain went to Herbal Cruz. She has zero tolerance. She asked specifically for a CBD only product. She was given a syringe with MOSTLY THC. She became violently ill and had to go to the emergency room. Do these people know the difference between thc and cbd? I am beyond upset and can't believe these people are allowed to sell medicine if they clearly do not have knowledge.
I'm a little amazed the collective with the largest candy bar isnt celebrating 4/20 with the rest of the family.
I hope theres some little enlightenment walking through your doors today.
Happy 4/20 All!
Used to be a very loyal customer to herbal Cruz. Last time I went in I was told the sale day was 4/19, 4/20 and 4/29. Then they switched it up after already advertising for those days very lame

I used to be a VERY loyal customer to Herbal Cruz. I even referred my friends there, which came back to haunt me. The quality of the medicine never has been the issue. The issue is the quality of their employees. Since the departure of Matt, who, other than Andy, was their only knowledgeable and friendly staff, the place has taken a nose dive. I asked for CBD only edibles and after I got home and fully read the label, learned that it contained a 1:1 ratio CBD and THC. I fully explained I needed CBD only meds and this is what I was given. Shane on me for trusting them I guess. I normally buy flowers and I have since gone to Kind peoples. Same if not better medicine but the staff is waay friendlier. Maybe Andy will move.....😉✌
We drive up from Fresno whenever we need meds nothing else honestly compares to the services and level of comfort, it feels like family as soon as we walk in, thanks guys, on our way right now actually. Lol check them out and don't forget to ask about their great deal every month , 🙌🏽🌬

they have literally everything you could ever want. and they have normal prices! free gram for newbies, & definitely will be back. they have everrrrrrything even glass & things you would find at a smoke shop. their shelves are actually stocked full unlike a lot of places!!
Thus place is just OK. They have a bunch of different varieties of... well... everything. Nothing special though.
The lady at the front desk has zero to little personality. Not looking forward to coming back to see that sour face.
All the best dispensaries absorb the sales tax for you but, not here. They are about making money & nothing but that.
I pity patients with more serious medical issues like fibromyalgia who frequent Herbal Cruz and are getting subpar medicine for exorbitant prices. Avoid Herbal Cruz if you are about compassion, not capitalism.
