Fist time here, second visited dispensary 🙂
Ok, reading the reviews I was like these people are dramatic 😂. I’m big on the customer service anywhere I go, this location is definitely on my return list . Good humor, great professionalism, know their products and discount for first time (at store not a dispensary). Second close location near me.

Great staff
Selection of inventory isn’t always the best but the staff is really nice. Chad and Amber always take time to make sure their customers leave happy.

Not consistent
product is very good Staff is friendly Prices are reasonable Some online information on product is incorrect. 3rd trip there and all of the sudden I don't get the Senior discount or my veterans. What's up with that? If it seems like it's too good to be true...Guess What?!

Great people/ poor online order
Online order was placed (with invoice) but on pickup (20 mile drive) manager said two of the three items were below their cost (by about $6.00 each I figured,) so he couldn't do it. I had no way of knowing items were already discounted so I assumed invoice was correct. Manager should have honored deal and then fixed the website. Hmm

Disappointed to say the least
I was so excited to visit after all the 5 stars Google reviews. The staff is friendly & professional. However, the flowers are of poor quality; extremely dried out. They are attractive and smell great but beware of what you get some are NOT the actual strain that the cheap packaging claims. Also, the prices are a little expensive. Only the strains with low % levels are $25. This location may work for new or inexperienced patients but not for long timers. Don't be fooled!

Not Welcoming and Overpriced
I have been to this dispensary several times. always greeted by people who look like they hate life or their job. Front desk gave me a lot of grief on a day I was running late, huffing and puffing, all this extra huffing was unnecessary, leave that to the customers. (Guy that has a hat everyday of his life, yeah you) It happens man, people gotta work. As far as prices, unless you are a vet, you usually pay top dollar or more here. Hardly any sales ever and they constantly raise their prices instead or dropping. I have been to 2 other shops in the area. The more business Haven gets, the cockier and more pricey they get. If we start giving other Dispensaries more business, as customers we can drive their prices down. Say no to "high" prices and disgruntled employees.

Figure it out!
So I called with a concern(this was maybe a month ago) and after voicing my concern(I had a question) I was told “idk, just figure it out”. Haven’t been back since(I pass it 2x on my commute) they have nice deals but I just CANNOT spend my money and get that type of attitude in return. Not only did I get the rude response I got but the gentleman just hung up after saying that! I only recall now because as I try to shop around I’m reluctant(I WONT) be considering this establishment.

Just so....average
They get huge bags of weed that they post on social media and they can’t find a nice quarter of a variety of good sized nugs to put in the display jars? It’s pebbles in the jars thrown haphazardly in the case, 0 effort in presentation. I always feel like I am being invasive if I ask to smell the weed. They hold it back like they think I’m going to take it and run. Prices are nothing special. Awful actually. The sale weed is going to be shake or popcorn nugs and won’t be listed as such, usual $5 off nonsense, when they call it back and get the weed specifically, they put the package face down so you can’t see what you are getting. Watch next time. You will notice it! Best thing was the initial discount card you got. After that it’s just average weed, average service, average sales, average everything. Compared to the atmosphere, willingness to negotiate and deals at other spots around here, this is a last resort.

Grumpy Front Desk Ruins The Experience
I’ve been to Haven twice and both times the front desk person was grumpy, unfriendly and frankly, trying hard to be intimidating, and even talking on his phone instead of helping customers. The bud tenders have been very nice and helpful but unfortunately the front desk person makes me not want to return to Haven. I tried contacting management via their website but only got a stock response. There are many other dispensaries in the immediate area and that’s who will get my business not Haven. Patients should not have to tolerate being treated poorly by your front desk person.

False advertising poor customer service
I use to love haven. But recently their establishment has gone down! I purchased an 1/2 ounce of bud via one of their daily deals $25 a 1/8th. I got 4 1/8s of royal moby because online it said it tested at 22.5%. However, once I got in my car & looked at my bud it was only 15% not 22.5%. I immediately called on my ride home. I expected them to tell me to comeback to make an exchange for the correct product or give me something different with the right thc%. Instead they said there was nothing they could do about it. I was told there was a mix up and the price online was for an old batch!!! Huh??? So I spent $100 for some low quality bud that doesnt work for me!!! What a rip off!!! What makes matters worse is that most of the bud haven carries now is under %20 thc.They may have 2-3 strains about 25% if your lucky. They use to have the best selection in southern Maryland. But not anymore!!! There are way better choices in southern Maryland for way better prices, quality and service!

Worst Customer Service EVER!!!
Now in these times less contact is all anyone wants when curbside pick up. First you start with the security guard who didn't have a mask on and was talking close to us. We explained that we didn't know to stop with him first and he caught an attitude because we were trying to expedite the convo. I think he might've instigated things with the other staff. The second staff asked about the points after we explained they were already in the instructions to use them. Then She sent a small young man to the car and he asked if we wanted to save the points, and we tried to explain that we didn't want to keep explaining the same thing. So he returned with our order we said thanks and then he said "We don't do that disrespectful shi* over here " . Surprised he said this we rolled the window up and proceeded to leave then he continued cussing at us and bucking his body at the car like he was ready to fight. This is how we treat paying customers. We called the phone and requested for a manager and it was the same young man. We explained to him the problem and he finally seemed to understand where he was wrong but that's the last time I will ever be around this establishment.

most expensive prices around,poor customer service and knowledge of their products. They don't honor their daily deals only use them to get you to come up there and buy overpriced products. Wish I could leave 0 stars...PROFITS OVER PATIENTS

Bud tender Training Needed
This is the first bad experience that I've had at Haven. They pride themselves on treating cannabis as medicine and customers as patients. Imagine if the Pharmacist incorrectly filled your prescription? It could be a matter of life or death. Fortunately this time it wasn't. On this trip, I was told about the medicine's content before I could ask. However, when I opened my order it didn't contain what the bud tender said and incidentally, what I was expecting. The reason I said a re-training session is needed is because I asked another Bud Tender about what I was just sold and he said that I shouldn't be able to tell a difference because it was only a 3 percentage point difference? Wrong answer......... How about maybe...something like...." I'm sorry Sir for the oversight. Although this batch has a lower THC level it contains a higher percentage of m@@@@ then the previous batch and as your previous bud tender, I know you like that t@@@@ " Now, I could live with that response.

will never go back
mmcc law states patients can bring children back under the age of 7. its 100% out of line to refuse i go back with my 2 and 5 year old to get my medicine, when I've been here before with no issues. i drove an hour to get here and now im being turned away because they're not up to date with their compliance laws for visitors.
