Our Mission: To change the way people think about and consume cannabis.
We're turning one and we want to celebrate with our Harvest family! It's been an amazing first year and we are truly grateful for all of your support.

This dispensary has really nice trees... in quality, selection, and more rare strains that do not circulate around LA as much as I would like.
The price is ok, but I don't mind paying for a more unique selection and higher quality. If you're complaining about the price I feel like you should probably grow your own or at least understand the difference in how weed is grown in the industry (with growers cutting corners, spraying, etc).
The atmosphere.... it's different, and kind of a Whole Foods type of vibe. I know my meds, I know what I want, I actually prefer to look around by myself. I can see maybe why others feel different but I personally hate when my budtender knows less than me and I spend pointless time looking at the basic strains they pick out for me to peep. I'm looking for those exotics!
The place that was here before Harvest was one of my favorite dispensaries in the city - they were friendly, relaxed, had deals all the time, all sorts of flowers, diverse.
In my experience, Harvest was rigid, unwelcoming, overpriced, only expensive buds, and doesn't have many offers/deals. As the SOLE club in the area, you would think they would try and cater to their audience.
Side note: the entrance is totally open, so one can look at products before really "going inside". I was simply renewing my membershup (not even a new customer, had just renewed my card), and they made me sit down and not even walk around while they DIDNT sign me up and showed someone else around. Fuck that, harvest is the epitome of the whitewashed, "exclusive" dispensary that seems like its just for a tourist.
Very slow checking in. They don't seem like they aren't very into their patients needs. Also they should at least have some type of discount for first timers or point plan so they can get more people in the door and also rude

Same as another reviewer, I crossed the bridge and came for the advertised specials they sent via email. Despite the special stating that it ran through 9/4 while supplies last, apparently the 50 pax pods and 30 tins of gummies currently on display didn't count. Totally not shady or anything, keep up that customer focus. Pathetic.
Add in the average flower at top shelf prices and the fact that they up charge EVERY other item at least $5-$10 more than other dispensaries; it is safe to say I won't be wasting any time or money here again.

Recently they have sent emails advertising specials and when you get there they say it was a mistake. Click bait. First time I blew it off but this week I went in specifically for a Labor Day BOGO special. 54 min into the sale they said the special was no longer available because they were only allowed to sell so many and they sold those the day before the sale started. WTF?! They even had the product in stock and still wouldn't honor the advertised special. Said the owner was at burning man and they couldn't do anything about it.
Normally I love this place. I go at least twice a week. This is the only neighborhood dispensary in the Richmond District. It's not the best priced and the specials are sporadic, but they are friendly, have great products and a good rewards point system... but I would rather travel across the city then be taken advantage of as a regular customer.
Easy drive in across the bridge. Cool supermarket feel to the store. Little bit expensive but worth it for the quality and environment.
I really enjoy going to Harvest. The store itself is decorated and designed very nicely. It's light and airy, there's always music playing and the mood is really chill and casual. The light smell of terps floating through the air is awesome. They have the best product. Bomb herb, great concentrates, and the edibles are fantastic.
Only a few times have I had a problem with shorts in my oil cartridges and each time, I brought it back and they exchanged it right away. Part of a good a business is the way it handles problems and they handled it smooth and easy.
The last thing that I am going to mention, and one of the most important, is the people who work there. I swear to God, I have gone to Harvest completely bummed out and the people there are so friendly and nice, they actually cheered me up. Their product knowledge is immense and they really work as a team to assist and answer questions. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is great. Harvest is a gem in the Richmond district.
Been going here since day 1, watched it grow and it really is getting better and better. Best flower in the city, and talk about an experience when you enter the store. So beautiful. Super friendly community also made so many friends! I'll keep coming here for sure!
These guys here are super friendly and helpful. Today we came in for the Warriors game and there was a dab bar and the atmosphere was great. One of the best spots in the city.
