I would honestly say this is one of the only places I've been to that I can say they truly went out of their way to care about me as a patient first and then as a customer, and they do a really good job taking care of you. Just drove 30 minutes to find out their menu is wrong. Didn't have 3 types of concentrates that they have listed on their menu. And then one of the employees tried to tell me that another product is the same thing when it's clearly not.

Hands down the worst experice ever. from the creepy security guard that wouldn't stop telling you what flower to buy when your in for wax. All the way to NOT HONERING POSTED PRICES. Lastly charging you for a $10 battery you said you did not want. Posted sign that said half grams $20 full grams $40, the sign over that said buy one get one free, however they failed to say that BOGO you have to pay 25 for the half and 50 for the full. They didn't make make an issue of this still I was at check out with ten grams then added the extra 10 bucks to each one. Two of the four ladies there gave me attitude and where very short when i said I didn't wish you get that much anymore. I check out with one gram and get one free. The price seemed off but I was assured everything was correct. Only for them to print my receipt and see that a $10 battery was added a at check out (after I said i did not need one twice), they would do nothing about this.
