Purchased a toko flave pen, brought it home. Tried it out and it was difficult to draw from. Used it about 3 days and the thing stopped working. Emailed them, no response after a few days, emailed them again and again no response. Forgot about it for a couple weeks as I'm a busy father of two young boys. Finally found the time, went in and talked to the guy up front. He was cool and asked me to talk to the girls in the back. Instantly got passive aggressive responses from the girl in the back, excuses and not taking responsibility. Blaming me for not coming in right away. Polite aggressive attitude is how I would describe how I was being dealt with. I screwed up and got frustrated and complained they don't respond to their "fucking" emails. I instantly apologized for my poor choice of words. Another girl came out and said she was going to call the owner, I said great and went and waited our front to let them help other customers. A couple minutes go by and the girl comes out hands me the Toko and says there's nothing they will do for me. I grabbed it and stormed out of there.
I'm no angel, but a company should stand behind the products they sell. If I wasn't received with attitude and poor customer service, I wouldn't have let one swear word slip out.
I wouldn't buy any of their products that may become defective because they won't support you. Stick with the basics of flower if you have to shop from this store.

And this place is exactly how I pictured! Super professionall and also very friendly, everyones always laughing and joking and making good conversation couldn't ask for better customer service,

At first I thought staff were helpful and honest and relatively professional - no problem. Then a few new faces starting working there some 6 months ago. One staff person in particular has consistently been rude, definitely NOT helpful (doesn't even try), difficult to even understand, and last time I was there tried to pass one product off as another. It's like they want less customers. Too bad but there are lots of places that have respect for the customer and soon there will be many more.

Theres definitely better dispenceries in Ridge, this place bans customers for no reason and when confronted have no evidence or reason for ban. Not a good experience at all, the staff very disrespectful with foul language and aggression.
