Number 3: I called today and the "GM" was there and so I thought maybe she could actually help the situation and I was completely wrong for assuming that. She said on the phone bring the receipt and the bottles so I brought them up and after saying I was the one who called I was told to wait. So I waited 30 minutes while she did some sketchy deal with two older men that kept coming in and out like she was selling them way more then the allowed amounts. So there were only 2 kinds of concentrates in their entire display which is the second time in a row mind you. Finally she says I can help you. She gives me what she says is a 20% discount the gram still comes out to be $25 after she purposely charged me the most tax possible. So we're talking about the GM here so if she was that so unprofessional to me giving the circumstances imagine how they will treat you. In all fairness the only reason I went here was that it was close to home. I will be taking my business elsewhere. You should too
Let me start by saying I really didn't want to leave a bad review but if I didn't I'd be allowing other people to get ripped off. We have 3 separate incidents to discuss. Number 1: Generation Health accepts competitors coupons. I went in with a coupon and the bud tender gave me such an attitude when giving the coupon they shouldn't even say they accept them because they throw a temper tantrum and then out of spite she charged me an extra dollar then the coupon stated plus the 20% tax so it wasn't even like the discount was used.
Number 2: Last Sunday I came in at 6:15 doors are locked and they are in a rush to leave, another customer outside with me calls and has them open the doors. We go in I asked for an 8th of dark knight and a gram of wax of dark knight. I get home the 8th isn't labeled and is a risk of me getting pulled over and it being confiscated and I get a ticket the gram of wax I got was blue dream not what I ordered.
