Long waits in the States monopoly MMJ dispensary with sub par quality and insane prices on everything. You can only buy grams ($16) and eighths ($50) and if you want anything more it's not happening unless you buy it all in small amounts at top dollar...(I.E...an ounce would be 8x50=$400) There is no access unless you're a cardholder or caregiver. The Cannabis is all organic and chem free,so there is that....and both facilities are very clean, orderly and relaxed in the lobbies with menus on tv's around you.
I consider FSCC likened to a corner store in a declining neighborhood. Very small inventory. (Choices are limited) Uneducated LOGISTIC manager.(stock is constantly unavailable). Prices are high do to lack of competition. Quality strains are few & far between. No edibles available. Bad business practices with no cultivation of customer needs or satisfaction. An upgrade to entire operation is needed. This dispensary is a blight on a medical marijuana program in the state of DELAWARE.

To pre-face my review I would like to make a note of the fact that I know my cannabis plant very well. I have lived in Oregon and visited California, Washington and Colorado and this is a ridiculously sick joke compared with those states have to offer their medical patients. In addition I have been using Cannabis for medical reasons for the last 17 years of my life. This is Undoubtably the worst dispensary I have ever been to. I have very literally been sold pot by this dispensary on numerous occasions with lower potency then the Mexican brick weed i used to smoke When I was younger. This is the place for you if you like buying Sub par quality bud priced as high as I've ever seen in my life. At $400 plus an ounce. Staff is often rude and rushes you. They are constantly out of any of their more so desirable strains. They use black market drug dealing tactics such as charging you by the eighth all the way up to the ounce prices. To bud tenders will try and push you into their apparent deals that are an unbelievable rip off such as shake at a reduced price that is just complete trash. They will sell you moly bud, premature bud, rotten mildew filled bud. They will sell you but that hasn't been properly dried all the way (leaving the high potential for mold to develop in storage) as well as bud that is crispy as possible with absolutely no moisture left in it (which completely destroys any terpene content that may have been present). They do not treat it as medicine for medical patients but more like criminals out for the most profit they can possibly receive, preying on their sick and needy patients in this horribly flawed system we have in place in the state of Delaware. Unfortunately they are the only dispensary in the entire state so therefore have a monopoly and no real reason to treat people with respect or sell quality medicine at a reasonable price. Furthermore there are in no way regulated by anybody but themselves an answer to nobody whatsoever. no regulatory agency presides over them so they can literally do anything they want and get away with it scot-free. they do not lab test their cannabis to be free of harmful bacteria, molds and fungus, heavy metals, solvents in extracts or any other constituent that could be damaging to an ill individuals system and are not required to. You certainly could not call this medicine for the sick and in need. more like a dispensary that has a monopoly in the market that leaves most with no choice but to utilize it services with extreme reluctance. To top it all off they do business in a pretty shady area of town. And if all this is an enough they actually have the right to tell a medical card holder that they are no longer allowed in their place of business for whatever reason they choose. I haven't been banned from their horrible dispensary but I could care less if it actually had happened to me. However I do know a few people that this has occurred with simply because they got upset about the very poor quality of pot they were being sold along with the criminal prices they were being charged. That doesn't even fly in our extremely flawed pharmaceutical system. So to sum up my disturbing review that is an unfortunate harsh reality, if you want to be treated like crap and buy extremely expensive trash bud in a bad part of town, this is the place for you. If this is hard for you to believe do some googling there are plenty of people completely furious with this place for you! A big Thank you from all of us suffering patients FSCC! You should be completely ashamed of yourselves!!! You know what they say about karma...
