Bought couple 8th and didn't even feel anything. The high tolerance pitch is scam Top Quality bud is not. Keep on searching.
Had a really good vibe to the whole atmosphere. The "bud tenders" were really helpful and seemed to know a lot about their products. Prices were fair for the quality of the flower. Can't wait to visit again. I will send others to only this store.
I'm older and wanting to try cannabis again after a 30 year break. I was nervous and hoping to get help from the budtenders. Nope.
The young lady was sarcastic and obtuse. She recommended indica witha low THC percent and showed my a premium, higher priced option I asked how the 77 Kush would compare as it was similar in THC and was indica and was cheaper. She was very rude. She said "I don't know, I'm not smoking it you are". Other sarcastic and unhelpful comments followed.
I was really hoping for guidance. If that is your expectation, go elsewhere. This young lady couldn't care less about helping you get the right product.
We want to extend a formal apology for your experience at Emerald Fields! It is completely unacceptable that you felt that the attendants were unhelpful and/or sarcastic and rude. Your desire to learn more about the product was genuine and should have never been responded to in that way! We feel terrible that this was your experience and really want to make this right with you. We want to apologize on behalf on the careless attendant. Is there any chance you remember his or her name? Do you remember the day/time you came in? We'd like to be able to narrow it down and address the issue directly with the appropriate people.

I love this Emerald Fields! My boyfriend and I came up here first on vacation and fell in love with this dispensary and now that we live here we go here like the grocery store, they have my necessities after all. We have tried other recreational stores and they just do not compare on any level. The personal care that goes into you getting exactly what you want and need is just phenomenal. I particularly like how I get to peruse at my own leisure, no rushing, no one behind me waiting, just walk around and take my time getting to know what's available. They have so many well-trained staff behind the counter as well as walking the floor to guide you through your purchase. I actually had one negative experience with an employee and the situation was handled so swiftly and professionally by management that I really got to see how much this company values their customers and the care that they put into this business. I feel right at home when I walk in with the comfortability they provide. It never hurts to save money and they always have the best prices. I spend more than I intend, but that is only because I fall in love with everything they have to offer, they have SUCH A HUGE selection. They have the multiple brands of edibles, waxes, shatter, topicals, things you wouldn't even imagine, and oh the flower? A ridiculous amount of different flower. Hands down my favorite shop and the place I will always go.
I love this place. I love the atmosphere. The prices are a little high but the quality of the bud definitely takes the sting out. I will be a regular.
Please see my comment I have added to the end of this review, so you know they made up for the problem I addressed in this review!!! Last visit when the cashier rang me out the cost seemed high so I asked him to check the prices. He said it’s the tax that makes it seem high. Didn’t have my reading glasses, so I couldn’t check the receipt and figured he must be right. Got home and found I was overcharged $32.26. Called and told them what happened. I was told “the next time you come in, tell the cashier that Geno said you could have 15% off”. I would need to spend about $215 for the 15% next visit to hit the $32.26 amount I was overcharged. Which I cannot realistically do in one visit. I understand a pot store cannot do returns, but I think I should have been offered cash reimbursement or store credit for the whole overcharge amount. After I thought about it a while, I decided to e-mail the place using the “contact us” option on their website. I figured if I let them know the whole story, someone would contact me and offer to make it right. Two weeks later, still no answer. ----- Here's the happy ending. They hadn't answered my e-mail to them (sent via the "contact us" button on their webpage) because their server was screwed up and sending all such incoming to their spam folder. Once they became aware of that because of this review, they contacted me and bent over backwards to make things right with me. I have been compensated for the overcharge. They were also very apologetic and extremely gracious about the whole thing. I get the sense that they really want to be great at what they do. In any case, I am totally satisfied with their handling of this issue and they now know that their server is eating complaint e-mails so they can fix that as well.

As a new Coloaradan I still have an out of state license so I was using Emerald Fields as my go to place for the strains I am able to smoke. There are many I can't smoke because of medical conditions and instead of receiving a strain I ordered I received one that threw me into a 3 hour panic attack and upon returning my strain, which they happily exchanged for me, I was told they couldn't do anything else but exchange my 1/8 I bought. As I was walking out I pulled out the bottle to inspect and they only gave me a gram. I then told the manager that this place fu**** me once again he smiled and grabbed the 1/8 and said my bad man.
Not very happy with the way it was all handled. ATM was being temperamental, had to try three times then got banged in the head for $2.75. I walked up to the cashier and he was not nice, could have answered the question a little nicer. The over all feel was like I walked into Best Buy, considering I have been indulging way before any of the staff I saw was born and after living in Amsterdam for over 2 years, I find your place to be very sterile. The thing of it is Emerald Fields is one of the few that sell recreational so you look at everyone that comes through your door as a tourist, bloody hell when I was in there today, I saw about 12 woman huddle around one guy, it was like the tour bus pulled in. Try to be a little nicer to your clients. The only saving grace you have is Chloe one of your cashiers, she should be a team leader.
I have been coming here for the past few months whenever I am in the Springs and I have yet to be disappointed. While slightly more pricey than the average shop in Denver, they have a huge variety of products from bud, to edibles, concentrates and anything else you might think someone would infuse with weed. Flower is my top priority when shopping, and I have never walked out empty handed. The KushBerry and Silverback OG 1/8th's I got yesterday were both nuggy and covered in trichomes... both gave me a nice high but the Silverback is a little to heavy for me during the day, although my GF seemed to enjoy the heaviness of it just fine (Im more of a sativa/hybrid guy). If you like good flower or enjoy being able to choose from a huge selection of MJ product I would definitely recommend checking them out.
Horrible WHOLESALE bud. Yes that's correct all their budget is wholesale. They don't grow their own. The wholesale they do buy is subject standard.
Half need to be fired for being rude and disrespectful.
There is so much potential, but as of right now I wouldn't go there again.
