This is by far the worst dispensary I have went to yet. I will not return. Over priced ditch weed. They let to many people into the area where you get the weed. When you are standing shoulder to shoulder with people and you are getting stepped on and shoved not a great experience. My husbands wallet almost got lifted as well but luckily he kept his wallet in his front pocket. The staff are rude and seem put out when you ask questions. i WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY SMOKER. Horrible place and even worse service. So sorry for the suckers that thinks this is a wonderful dispensary.
We want to extend a sincere apology for your most recent experience at Emerald Fields. It seems like you were very frustrated with the volume of people in our store, among other things. We'd like to start by saying that we follow strict state regulations mandating a specific employee to customer ratio. While it may seem like a high volume to you, it is what allows our guests to shop at their own rate and not have to waste time sitting the lobby waiting.
In addition, can you further address what happened with your husband's wallet? While we are very sorry to read that you perceived it was somehow going to be "lifted off" of him, it is a fairly bold statement to post without any further explanation. Was the threat from another customer? We have two full time security guards that monitor the facility at all hours and would have preferred that you brought this up to someone on property THE MOMENT something like that happened. However, if it is something we can address now, we'd be happy to go back and review security footage.
If you can remember the name of the staff that was rude to you, or at least describe what happened, we'd really like to be able to address that issue with the employee in question. We train our staff to put the customer above all else and you should never feel that any one of our staff members is being rude or off-putting toward you. Emerald fields is nothing but an over priced tourist attraction to get idiots to buy over priced weed. Half the bud looks like something I'd buy off of craigslist from a shady guy. I bought an 1/8th once, spent over $60 and when I got it home and checked it out it wasn't anything like the samples in the store. Very very dry, crumbled in the fingers and harsh to smoke. Seriously for those prices you need over the top shit like no one else has but I get it this is all about money and laughing at all your customers knowing you have a bad business. Fyi Maggie's is cheaper, better and busier than you! Take notes.

While we never ever want to our customers to feel dissatisfied with their experience or the product they purchased from us, there is only so much we can do to address your concerns if you simply rant and rave via a review but don't actually reach out to have your issue remedied. To be perfectly honest, it looks like you're very happy shopping elsewhere and while we'd love to take your recommendation to "take note" on other organizations' business practices, we are extremely busy working to build our own successful, customer-centered organization that caters to the needs of a wide demographic of consumers. We attempt to please every guest that comes in the door and if you aren't one of them we are, again, very sorry, but hope you enjoy your shopping experiences elsewhere.

do yourself a favor and don't settle on this place just because Maggie's is struggling with issues this weekend.
$150 for two 8ths of standard strains you can find literally anywhere is a fucking rip off. i've been buying weed from Maggie's for almost three years and pay $92 every single time regardless of what strain, thca content, and CBD.
It sounds like you are very happy shopping elsewhere. Perhaps you'd be better off giving them a positive review rather than wasting your time berating our company because your usual store wasn't open.

I used to go to emerald feilds all the time. spent a solid $300-$400 there each month. one month I got sent a 50% off coupon via text. I was super stoked, until the Manger on duty said I wasn't allowed to use it because "I had already used it" I was so angry. he wouldn't even listen. he looked like a bum and acted like I was wrong. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the customer is always right. they lost out on a ton of business by not allowing a loyal customer use a discount YOUR business sent out. I no longer do business there. I'll take my money to their competitor down the road.

Once again Emerald Fields tries to cover up their poor actions by deleting honest reviews! After my review got deleted yet again, i am here to warn others of this place. I will not stop reviewing if you keep deleting my reviews. This place is so overpriced it makes me sick. Over $150 for a quarter out the door for the only flower that looks good enough to smoke. I've found lots of seeds and mold in my buds, from all pricing tables. The staff is overworked and underpaid, and it shows. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy the feeling of being ripped off. Worst dispensary ever.
I have a purple card, but a friend went in and paid the rec. prices and smoked me out. Was pleasantly surprised with the Blue Dream, good head high for sure. Might be worth it to pay the little extra to check em out.
I hope all is well with Emerald Fields. It's been a few months. I miss you guys!!!!!
I really enjoy the checkout system at this location. Prices are usually comprable. I do wish they had more selection and they seem to run out of pre rolls multiple times daily. Still by far the best in the area.

BEWARE OF THIS RIP OFF RUDE STAFF AND SHITTY SALES! I "use" to come there when in town and there's been Lot's of changes in more ways than one. I purchased a gram of what was supposed to be SHATTER and Opened in parking lot to see nothing but Melted Stuck together shitty GRAM! Instantly went back inside and showed front people and got filled with Sorry, No refunds. Didnt ask for refund, I wanted a different GRAM of the same product. Finally, 20 mins later, Kyle mgmt came up front and he Acknowledged that it was a Bad Batch and had gotten too warm and melted. Went and got another one, opened it right there and it was just as Bad! ALL the 50+ he said they got were like that and Nothing he could do! REALLY? As a business, your Supposed to PULL the product OFF from ! along and Do your Customers/Patients RIGHT!! I Hope you Enjoy the 70.00 you Profited from Me on a product that is USELESS AND LOST Useage from while I just had treatment and Only Wanted Relief! Your a MONEY HUNGRY BUSINESS THAT VERY CLEARLY DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT CUSTOMERS AS LONG AS YOU ARE MAKING MONEY, RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! Did I Mention that it Didn't even weigh a GRAM even Melted Stuck together?! Word of mouth is what Helps your business, I Guarantee you that I will spread the word all around town, social media along with the pictures taken!
