Friendly staff, big selection to choose from, and great product.
Went in for the first time a few days ago and enjoyed the atmosphere. Good music on the playlist, very open setup and easy to order. Good buds too! Thanks all.

First time and would recommend
The place was super busy and staff was on point. Engaging customers. Out in less than 20mins thanks to the online featured(greatly appreciated) .
i go here all the time and these guys pretty much recognize me by know so that tells you something. I am an ex red card holder and can safely say their weed is up to par if not better than some medical stores here in the springs. The staff is nice and always willing to help. Their process is simple, and their shop set up is very relaxed which allows you to freely browse their selection the only downside is price but thats a given considering recreational is still new. However they do try to compensate by offering all kinds of deals which is a big plus. unless you live near maitou it will be a decent drive out there but its worth it in my opinion. all n all if you dont have a red card and dont feel like going through dealers this is an excellent place. 5/5 would recommend
My girlfriend and I absolutely love this place. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. The flower is superb! Definitely check them out. I'll see you there :)
Love this place. Staff is friendly, better prices than other nearby places. Nice quality buds and the store is beautiful. Will definitely refer friends to Emerald Fields!
I just moved to Colorado from out of state. I've been to a few dispensaries in my old state and this one blows them all away. The flower is top notch. My personal favorite so far was the Jet Fuel. The atmosphere is great, super clean and well laid out. prices are reasonable.. obviously it costs a bit more than if you were a med patient, but that's to be expected. The budtenders are super friendly and know their stuff. I would recommend Emerald Fields to anyone that loves marijuana. Stay classy San Diego!
Thank you for your kind words! We hope you have the same experience time and time again!

Fact is, right now, there are two places to go. Been to both, and this spot is the better of the two in every way I can think of. One has you sitting in line after line, to be shuffled about from room to room, all behind very noticeable security bars. You always feel hurried and that is just the nature of the layout. It can not really be avoided. At Emerald Fields I have had nothing but excellent experiences. It is a simple, mellow way to shop and an excellent way to get in and out. No forced conversation with other awkward customers who don't know what else to do while they wait in line behind the bars. They have a great method. You go in, give ID, then wait to enter the shop area. You can check out merchandise and even browse the net on touch screens they provide to help you pass the time. (never had much of a wait though, they seem to be quite efficient) Once inside the layout is very easy to understand and everything is within reach and ready to examine. If you know what to look for, you can be in and out in less than 20 minutes. While at the other location, my fastest was 35 minutes. I am no professional review writer, in fact I very rarely am bothered to remark on how anyone does business. Yet I feel like this location has a lot to offer, and am writing this to maybe coax some new folks to check it out. It is so much more comfortable that I think it worth the effort to share the info. Enjoy.
Decided to try the newer dispensary Emerald Dream this evening.
The buds are laid out on tables that customers can access for look and smell. They even included coffee beans, which was a nice touch. However you have to remember what kinds you want by the time you get to the counter - thus buying various strains and in bulk tends to be a problem - bring pen and paper haha. There is a little disconnect making the process a hair cumbersome, but alright.
The staff is real friendly and nice. Lots of smiling faces.
The establishment is very clean and well kept.
So far the quality is great but the selection was, at least today, hyrbid only. Not really my flavor but I got a few strains that I quite like.
The only issue I had with the place is the price. I was offered a discount but never recieved it. I suppose you need to fill out a bunch of information or whatever but I wasn't given that opportunity on the spot. I usually buy 1/2 OZ but was only able to get 3 1/8ths for the same price as I would just down the road.
I will consider going back as the experience was pretty good considering the price and lack of discounts for residency. But I am not interested in paying full price again. Emerald needs to fast track that discount a bit better.
I do recommend this place.
EDIT: I just noticed the price on this page for "Sour Diesel" is $40. Checking my receipt it looks like I was charged $50. Perhaps that is where the discount comes in but at 10% it doesn't add up and now I see I was overcharged.
While I still would recommend this place (overcharging happens in all retail) I want my $10 back... haha.
