I've been coming here for over 2 years now. The staff over at ECCG is very knowledgeable and up to speed on the current products. The great prices got me in the door, but the staff is what keeps me coming back. Thanks!
I've been going to this collective since I lived in Belltown 4 years ago. Recently I moved to Olympia and every time I come up to Seattle I have to stop by and say hi to the owners. They always make me feel at home. Always giving me a little extra for always coming back.
Sweet bud, sweet edibles, and sweet exprience every time!
I love this place!! Awesome people and awesome products! Friendly, helpful, and good prices. Awesome selection as well with everything from the treats and candy to the flower itself!!
I always get the edibles here. They put me on my behind. In a good way.
Best around especially the caramels and Krispy treats.
Good selection of flowers
I have been a consumer of edibles for over 10 years. I have not been able to inhale smoke due to severe asthma. A co worker informed me that her dispensary was located walking distance from lower Queen Anne and open until 9pm most days.
Finding the place was not an issue. Located on Elliot, the dispensary is tucked into the Diamond Building just south of the walking bridge to Sculpture Park. A sign led me in and I was happy to see plenty of patient and wheel chair accessible parking. I rang the doorbell and was greeted by kind staff that greeted me and led me to the main entrance. Wait time was less than 10 minutes and that have me enough time to read the weedmaps menu that was live broadcast on the wall.
My purchasing experience was amazing. Not only was I given thorough information about each edible and company's practice attached to the product, I was also given helpful information about a different way to medicate.
I am now a happy customer and will recommend ECCG to anyone!!
So, here's the deal. My mom and i have been looking into cannabis as a medication. I have been very sick, in and out of hospitals. All my hair fell out so now i'm bald with baby hairs, i have a PICC line with clearly visible tubes attached to me. There is no way anyone could miss that i am not well. And yet, the staffer at ECCG managed to be as unhelpful as possible with absolutely zero "Bedside manner". I left feeling near to tears, partially because i'm too weak these days to deal with such a disregarding manner. I expected to feel safe in a MEDICAL dispensary.
I wanted to know about concentrates and vaping, since i use an ecig i love that idea. And the question clearly agitated the man behind the counter, who responded in a torrent of "Why? Why? Why would you ask me about that? I don't use any of that stuff, why would anyone? too extreme, no nono, nono no one needs that, no one."
I explained that my body has a high tolerance due to meds i'm on, and that i wanted to use concentrates so did anyone in the shop know about the ecigs on their shelves. He told me No.
He repeatedly pointed me to flower product, even when i told him smoking tended to make me sick o my stomach. It felt like he was only interested in helping folks who smoke "HIS WAY"
The last straw was when my mom picked up a floor model of some sorta device and the guy bolted from around the counter and SNATCHED it out of her hands babbling, "No, nononono,no, no. no! Why? would you touch that? no, nono. You can't touch that, we dont have any of these for you to buy! WHy would you touch it??" and on and on. Thats when we deiceded to leave.
In addition, the place was VERY hard to find, tucked into a dark corner of a building we drove around twice because of the lack of signs. When your let in, the room is pretty bare, carpet is very filthy, stains all over, and the stains were prevalent in both rooms we were in. It felt like a Back Room Drug deal. and NOT like a legitimate place to get medicine.
I came in wanting to learn about using a medicine i need for my health. You guys deal with medical patients who dont know anything about your products, who want to learn and ask questions. Your enviroment does not adequately care for folks like me, who want to feel good about making the decision to try this medicaion. Learn some bedside manner, and at the very least educated all your staffers about ALL of your products.
Let me also say, it was clear from the get go that the man who helped us was different in some way. We tried to be understanding and patient and make room for his apparent differences (Like perhaps he is on the autism spectrum) I genuinely feel like its great for him, but maybe he should not help customers alone until he learns about social ettiquette and bedside manner in a "helping and healing" type of possition. And at the very least, he should be able to answer questions about the things you guys are selling on the shelves! He refused to help me with the vape pens! I hate to write this way, but i'm well educated and have a dear dear friend with aspergers syndrome, but not everyone would be as understanding or patient if they didnt know what was really going on, or didnt recognize it. I dont think he intended to be rude to us, unfortunately, he still was rude to us. Intentionally or not. So good luck, we probably wont be returning. And if you are new to using MMJ, or wanna learn this is not the place for you.
Being from out of town this place blew my mind. This place was amazing, super cool staff made it quick and easy to get what I wanted.
We are a Collective believing in giving back to patients. FREE Pre-Roll! For New Members!!! Open 11-9pm M-Sat, Sun 12-8pm. No appointment needed
