Really enjoyed the flower I got from here

Good bud for a really great price. Excellent service, they were very helpful when I made my order for the wrong store. But they set me up with some good stuff

Great shop!

Talked with 3 different employees and they were all extremely nice and helpful. Wealth of knowledge and they took time to explain things and answer all my question. This newbie really appreciated that!!!!

Awesome bud and helpful tenders

The budtender was well-informed and incredibly helpful. I appreciated their strains being categorized by the type of high rather than simply sativa/indica/hybrid. Great flower!

Horrible experience due to poorly trained employee

Recently had a problem where when the employee could not get the owner on the phone to learn a new process they had performed before, I was then given a total bs answer as how what I needed couldn't be done simply because they were not trained on a simple on-site product exchange when I had not even left with my products. And when I called out the employee on his bs answer that "its illegal to exchange products", his response was "well...do YOU work in the industry"? As a matter of fact, I do. Electric Lettuce regularly carries our products. I own Alphakronk Genetics. When that line of reasoning didn't work for the employee, he then moves to a direct "well, I read off your order to you". Yes, he did. So quickly I just nodded and said "i guess"? They never once showed the products, allowed me to inspect them, or would help me exchange the one product for a RSO syringe even after explaining it was for my terminal mother in law. It was so bad that I will never go back.
