Stopped by last night to get some topicals for the aches that I've been feeling and one of the guys said to try out the omni stuff. The pain cream worked great and it smelled nice too (didn't have weird weedy smell a lot of other products I've tried had)

Iam a medicinal user so i use very specific dosages. I weigh out my weed before i smoke it since i switched to eden i noticed that it wasnt lasting for as long anymore and i would have to go more frequently, so i started to weigh each bag before i started smoking anything and i noticed that half the bags were exactly on point and if the label said 4.5 it was 4.5 but other bags would only weigh 3.7 and the label would say 4.5 and it would be roughly half on average of the 5 bags i buy every week, and all in the same trip from the same budtender, so it was obvious that it was deliberate(on purpose). I even said hey maybe just maybe it was a legit mistake but after 3 weeks and the same issue (same budtender twice) it was obvious that i was being ripped off. I complained and was told maybe i didnt account for stems, really stems cause scales magicallly have a no stem setting that avoids the stems, jesus and then they said oh we will tell the employees to calibrate the scales, big help im a medicinal user not recreational and im on a fixed budget (something they knew) and still just ignored. At cannabis culture and even allivi8 i had been shorted once and a bad batch the other time cannbis culture gave me a 1/4 as a sorry and allivi8 replaced my order and gave me and extra free. Its like what do i have to do, im not settling for excuses im a lawyer and will do what i have to do to feel satisfied.

I get u guys r scared about being raided but it seems u care more about ur products than ur employees. Everything on the menu has been shit since news about legislation came through. I wonder why????? Staff r great. But upper management needs to figure their shit out. Whoever the product manager is, is a douche.

I went there and patiently waited for someone to sign me in. After waiting about 10 min, and both employees being well aware I was there waiting for a while,(as there were only 4 of us in there) a guy came in and got served a head of me as if I didn't exist. I mentioned this to the employee who was well aware I'd been waiting there for now 15 minutes at this point . His response was more or less "oh well"... Thanks bud , great customer service (sarcasm)

I decided to give these guys another shot last week before the raid, as I was reading good things lately. I had a decent experience this time with the employees. I only grabbed a few grams of pennywise and a quarter of cannatonic. I haven't opened the pennywise yet. I have however opened the cannatonic by Eden farms. It smells nothing like cannatonic at all. More like a diesel. It doesn't even look like it. I hope this isn't the case because messing with patients with anxiety is not cool at all and someone could get hurt. From one test pull of my pipe it feels nothing like it. It's supposed to be around 6% thc max to around 16% cbd.

Quality was subpar. Much better flowers in the area. I was very disapointed to see how poorly the flowers were stored. nothing was fresh or sticky. They call Everything high end. Nothing was a quad, they use to have a nice bud a fre months ago but they fell apart since then. they have a couple trips thats it, deff won't return here.
