A Message From the Owner:
I founded CPM in August, 2009, when I saw the potential for cannabis to help people, and to do this in a professional, compassionate way. I wanted to create a Medical Marijuana Center experience like none other, and to deliver top-quality cannabis and customer service in a setting much like a medical doctor's office

I'm proud to say that CPM offers all patients one-on-one private consultations with caregivers. We promote legitimate medical treatment through cannabis and our goal is to create a professional atmosphere that allows patients to feel comfortable with their experience.

I can feel the energy of our people in this company. Everybody in CPM — caregivers, receptionists, growers and trimmers — they do all of their jobs with their hearts and souls. Our Passion for Plants:
Our team of nine growers cultivates more than 70 strains of medical cannabis, which we only sell in jars. Why is quality packaging important? These opaque, airtight jars keep buds fresh and continue the curing process.
We look out for patients. We make sure that they know when to renew their Medical Marijuana Cards (red cards) and keep them informed on industry happenings. We often call patients to let them know that their favorite strains are in stock.
We depend on the community, which is why we give back to the community. Here are some local causes that we like to support: American Heart Association, National MS Society Colorado, Chabad of Boulder/Longmont, Firefighters Association, Police Brotherhood Association and more...
I started using CPM about a month and a half ago. I've been helped by Erik and Liz who treated me great. I have severe back pain and rely on the medicine to get me thru my days. You can not beat the prices on the Flower and if you sign up for the text specials you can get an Mix and Match OZ for as little $169/179! You guys really have saved my budget!

5 stars and a new caregiver
I am so glad I stopped at CPM today t their new location on West Colfax. First I would like to praise their location - the exterior of the CPM shop is clean, convenient, well marked but not super-conspicuous, with easy access and parking. This put me in a happy place from the start.
I walked in and was greeted by pleasant staff at the front desk. Initial paperwork was quick and painless. The entry area is spacious with plenty of natural light. Very soon I was called over to a private med selection room by my budtender, Alex. I love the way CPM has set up their med selection in the private rooms. It is a sit-down affair, and the patient is encouraged to take sufficient time to explore the variety of CPM products. All the products - flowers, concentrates, edibles, beverages - are laid out for easy viewing. I was buying flowers today, so I lingered over the day's selection of strains (twelve, I think) for about ten minutes with no pressure from Alex at all. He answered my questions quickly, informatively, and in hindsight, accurately. The flowers were, without exception, very aromatic and beautifully haired, in the middle ground between fluffy and dense.
I bought some Matanuska TF (70s/30i), Kosher Kush (60s/40i) and The Hog (i). Had a taste of the MTF before writing this, and the effects have been quite nice, and just about as my budtender described. Across the three strains, the nugs are cured to perfection, as far as my preferences go. If I pinch a bud, it gives a little between my fingers but is not spongy or crisp. Just about perfect for a 2-week shelf life, I'd say, given the way I handle/consume my stash.
In the end, I was so impressed with the Compassionate Pain Management experience, I decided to switch caregivers on the spot. This is a first for me but I had no doubt their products would satisfy when I got back home, and I was correct. As well, CPM offers some attractive benefits to their patients - look into their caregiver program. The friendly people at the front desk helped me with my changeover paperwork, and did not grow impatient when I made a mistake, taking everything in stride while fielding phone calls and other customers.
As I was finishing my caregiver change, some CPM frequent-flyers showed up, an older couple, and the reception women greeted them by name. As they entered a selection room, I could hear the budtender already knew what they liked and was prepared to help them make decisions. At that moment I knew I made the right decision to adopt CPM as my new caregiver.

Lied to Me..Twice
Not one to ever write reviews but i went here for my first time yesterday. The budtender, adam, i had was very good and informative. Before i left he handed me a card and told me if i came in before 1pm today then i would be able to get an eighth for $10. So i rushed here before work and when i handed the card to the woman and she told me my total was $34. I told her what the man had said and she rudly told me i was incorrect but she would honor it... She ended up not honoring it and charging me full price anyway.
Safe to say i would have been a high spending, loyal customer but i highly doubt i will ever return and let all my friends know how i got lied to.
While we are glad to hear that you had an informative experience with one of our team members upon your first visit, we apologize if you feel like you were deceived when returning with your new patient credit. I consider the folks at CPM to be friends, rather than my caregivers, as it sounds sort of cold. They are fine people who care and show the caring when ever I am able to visit. I appreciate them so very much, I bake cookies now and then, not often enough, for them. Kudos to Compassionate Pain Med's

I have been going for years and I realy do believe the staff is the best and the quality is consistently top notch . I can also find sugar free candies ,my wife really depends on,and anything else . Did I mention they treat the patients as well as they do their bud .5/5
great product and excellent service
I have had my red card for over 2 years now and happened to stop by cpm for a deal and was extremely happy with the selection and quality of flowers, not to mention prices and special offers before 1pm. the budtender I had was very helpful and friendly and their setup is really nice, very pleased with cpm, thumbs up
I love this place! They opened at the first of the year! And its my favorite spot! The staff are so nice and helpful! And ALL of the bud is dope! This place is #1 in my book!
