My new home for good Meds

I have been here now 3 different times. The first was to get their Breakfast ounce special. Well worth the money spent. 2nd time I switched to them as my caregiver and received awesome membership benifits. The best in town that i have seen so far.
All of the Meds i have gotten from them has been very good quality. Usually Meds are either dried out too much or too fresh and hasn't been cured correctly. I don't have that problem here.
Although i was a bit disappointed on my last visit. The selection was very sparse, it was a Monday, but still got a good deal. The Friday i went had a much better selection to choose from.
I will be back for more of their daily deals and will bring my friends in as well.
Thanks for being a good dispensary with good prices in Denver. Sometimes that is a challenge to find in Denver as everyone is out to make a dollar and forgot about the Med people who helped to get us where we are today.
Personnel issues, inconsistent product
I wanted to love Mindful, I really did. I love that they offer free produce and I love their mission. My first experience there left me pretty miffed, however. I purchased an ounce of flower, breaking it down to quarters and eighths. Their product is pre-packaged, which is always a risk. Most of the flower was above average, but, one of the strains was definitely not what I saw in the glass jar. The bud I received smelled like hay. I've been consuming cannabis for 25 years. There is no way I would have picked out that flower. I plan on mixing it with shake, turning it into joints and donating it to the homeless.
My other big issue - and this is a very big issue for me: the budtender, who, based on his interactions with his coworkers, I believe might be a manager. He couldn't have been older than 25 years old. I am 44 years old. He referred to me as "sweetie" about 7 times. In a professional setting, calling a customer "sweetie" is not appropriate. When that person is old enough to be your mother, it's downright insulting. I won't go back to Mindful. They need to be more mindful about their manners.
good buds,,,, needs some improvements
Really good buds, but staff is not very welcoming, nor helpful at letting you know the products and the pricing. parking is not very fun either. nor the price..... also you NEED MORE MEDICAL PRODUCTS like cannabis oils, patches, etc.
New Member Benefits are awesome!

Gaia has a new member benefits program which is awesome! I am a medical patient and had my caregiver as another dispensary which did not have any benefits. When I switched my caregiver to Gaia and became a member, I got $250 dollars in punch cards that I can redeem for $10 off every $20 spent. That's 50% off!! Other benefits include a standard 10% off your purchase, and a penny (joint, gram, or 1/3 gram wax) every month. This might be the best member benefits program yet, I highly recommend patients to check this place out.
On June 20th, I paid $70 for Live Wax. When I went in yesterday on the 3rd, the same amount of Live Wax was listed at $100. Disappointing. ...The desired effect of the Fire OG was there, but it lacked the taste and 'stank' factor.

A few months ago I sampled the Black Cherry Soda from Gaia after a good friend reccommended it. It smelled like actual black cherry soda! Purple pink buds that were just perfect. But recently I am so disappointed in the awful quality of the buds and service I had to write a quick review. I had heard they even ran out of medical weed, but when I went they had it. My first complaint is the bud on the countertop for you to look at and smell looks better than what is in the jars they have prepackaged for you. The bud in the jars they have prepackaged is not even driedor cured. I bought the breakfst which the budtender reccommended and it was still wet in the jar when I got it home. It still had very little smell, even tho it was wet and when it did dry, 2 days later, had no smell. It smoked really harsh, so I gave the rest of it away. My friend was disappointed in her "flake" quality too. She said "for a concentrate it sure wasn't very concentrated." Lol. Won't be going back.
Tierra Rojo knows what he's doing
If you haven't heard the buzz about ol Red Dirt, check this out: rol.st/1ftBrGB. The dispensary is chill--good music and good people. Sample jars are on the counter for free range perusing, then preweighed plastic pill bottles are taken home. The bud is chunky and delicious, and extremely well-priced. Check it out!
Clean friendly professional and trendy
My favorite thing about this dispensary is how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was. The bud was fresh and looked beautiful. The prices were not too high and probably not the best deal in town, but the price was fair for the product they carried. Also I got a free joint for my first time in which was pretty cool. :) adding to my faves for sure.
First of all, I'm shocked that there are any reviews below 5 stars. Although I have only been there once, and they very well could have stepped up their game, there wasn't one thing I could find to dislike about this place. Right from the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a very friendly and polite lady at the front desk. I liked that she actually does her job too (I know this because I went in on my birthday, which is 4/20, and she said happy birthday. Many dispensaries didn't say that, and while I don't care if they wish me a happy birthday on my birthday or not, anyone with a b-day on 4/20 is going to get a reaction from someone, especially at a dispensary). After she took our info, we (my friends and I) went to a very comfortable and calming waiting room. After a minute or two, a very friendly dude asked us to step up to the counter. He was extremely knowledgable of the product, and was able to answer any questions we had (which surprisingly is not a common quality I've found in dispensaries). Another thing (and probably most importantly) I was impressed with was the quality of the bud. Most places I visited had 1 or 2 really good kinds, with the rest being mediocre at best. Literally every strain I saw was of excellent quality, with maybe 1 or 2 that weren't epic, but still very good. Another thing I was so happy to see was a magnifying glass with a light on it. I couldn't believe how many places didn't have this to give customers the ability to see the buds/colas/THC close up. They also not only had multiple strains of bubble hash, but it was made by essential extractions (who are some of the best in the business). It was ridiculous how hard it was for me to find bubble hash at all, let alone good quality bubble hash. Most places had none, Gaia had plenty. On top of all of that, their prices were not outrageous at all. Not the cheapest, but well worth the price. I couldn't believe that on 4/20 there was no wait or line like there was for every other dispensary I went to. I would HIGHLY recommend Gaia to anyone who doesn't know where to look. Even if you don't plan on purchasing anything, it is well worth the visit. Whenever I visit Denver again, I am for SURE going to Gaia. Thanks for the great experience.
One of my favorite Denver dispensaries so far
I first heard of Gaia via a couple of strangers on the street. "Hey, you know where there's a medical dispensary around here? Supposed to be on Colfax and Jasmine." I told them I didn't know; I'd only been to the one on Market St. at that point. "What's it called?" "Gaia." I was glad to learn of the existence of another outlet comparatively near my apt. and the next time i went grocery shopping, I decided to give it a try. The prices were lower and the quali9ty as good or better than I'd seen at the other joint (get it?) so I went back to Gaia a second time. I brought some of my flyers along, both for the biweekly variety show I host at Mutiny Info. Cafe (next one coming up this Thursday 4/24 at 7:30 PM) and my appeal to upgrade the standard of cannabis marketing. Clerk Atticus said he would run them past the owner and redistribute elsewhere if necessary. Five stars across the board. Thanks, Gaia ::
