Simply the Best
Top notch in every way. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable budtenders who take a genuine interest in their patients. The medicine is always outstanding. All elements are present: smell, taste, burn and potency are all excellent and strain distinctive. The edible selection is very solid and they will try to fill requests when possible. I made them my caregiver and have never regretted that decision. I drive here from Greeley, which is 100 mile round trip, and I never have any regrets about doing that, either.
Thank you for the review Terrestrial! That is amazing that you drive so far to see us! Please let us know if we can do anything to improve your patient experience.
Damn damn damn!
Good people, really really good product. Though I am mostly into shatter, wax and edibles, their Jilly '13 bud was/is the sh*t!! All respect to manager Charles and budtenders Molly, Emma & Kyle. Though they screwed my pricing up on the first visit, they gave me the difference in bud next time. I'm switching over for sure, because they blow my current caregiver out of the water in terms of what you get for your money.. A little tricky to get to by car at busy times, and the bike rack outside seems to have been hit by a car so is not very secure. But definitely check them out, they say they are opening a rec shop soon but it will be separate, which is awesome.
Thanks for stopping by L.E.B. Yes, the Jilly 13 is pretty tasty. :) I wish you could see the Jilly 13 in our grow. It is so resinous and has an almost overpowering aroma that smells like Juicy Fruit gum.
Sorry there was a snafu with your first order, but glad we got it fixed! Parking can be a little tight at times, but you can always park in the lot next door.
You heard correctly, we will be opening a 21+ rec store right next door to our med shop. We're working hard to get it open for Boulder real soon!
I don't give out stars lightly. I've been to probably 30~40 different dispensaries since being licensed. I almost always use weed maps, but haven't registered to review anything yet. I had to do so, just to be able to review this place. I'll just go through the categories.
The atmosphere is fantastic. I am welcomed in, offered coffee or a drink, and all of the decor is clean, well-maintained, and just plain relaxing. I was up early and got there before they were officially open, and they still let me in to hang and chill on some coffee while they set up. Inside, it's relaxed and well-decorated, but not so done-up that you get the feeling you're paying for all the ridiculous unnecessary stuff they have to make their shop look slick (like the x-ray light board down the street at greenest green, that sure makes the shatter look neat and shiny but doesn't mean it's any better quality or that id I'll be willing to pay $50 a gram haha anyways...) Very WHOLESOME atmosphere.
The staff have all been just some of the best I've ever met. I've chatted up a lot of bud tenders in the time I've had my license, and as a grower myself, I often have advanced questions that are often left unanswered by bud tenders with a serious gap in basic knowledge. Both times I visited here I hit it off with the bud tenders who were obviously very knowledgeable about everything from seed to harvest and beyond.
Accessibility is super easy, it's right on Arapahoe haha.
Price? 5/5. This is what really hooked me. I am from Fort Collins and drive to boulder/denver for dispensaries because everything here is unacceptably priced. $24 gram of Girl Scout Cookies budder that tasted so nice...That's first time visit member pricing, regular is $30 which I would have gladly paid. Traveler discount though for me, works out to $24 without being a member...that sure helps on gas for the 70 mile drive.
Bud quality? Excellent. They have a lower amount of strains which I find often is better. Places that grow a ridiculous amount of variety aren't able to refine production practices to strain-specific preferences for maximum quality. Their bud tender I liked so much pulled out one of my all time favorites when I just said hey impress me. Jilly Bean! A prime example too. I've also sampled their Girl Scout Cookies, and they were right on point.
Boulder Wellness... I'm so glad I found you! See you soon.
Thanks for the kind review KushKoala! We hope to see you again real soon!
Nice place, poor bud quality.
Nice facility. Clean and has that buddhism-type decor. Has a huge waiting/reception area, but a tiny sales/display area. Receptionist was friendly. Budtender not as welcoming but not bad. Used Rooster coupon for a $150 ounce of a prepackaged and preselected strain. Was excited because the preselected strain was Sour Diesel. Unfortunately, bud quality was poor. From what I understand, they rotate their preselected strain so it should be fairly representative to their full-priced selection. Trichomes weren't ready (clear and stringy) and did not have that unmistakeable pungent diesel stench (just a generic floral scent). Leads me to believe that they harvested too early. Unsatisfying effect: short lasting, weak feeling, and not what sour diesel should be like. Overall, a nice facility but the bud quality makes this dispensary a disappointment.

Well, I stopped in this dispensary after receiving a coupon for an ounce for $150. The budtender (can't remember her name) was very friendly and helpful. And although I will say the bud was good for the price I paid, the prices listed are ridiculous for the product. I got the sour diesel and juliet, which were both mediocre in comparison to many other buds I've had from other dispensaries. May come back if I end up with another coupon, but wouldn't even consider otherwise.
Boulder Wellness Center is the spot to go for BHO in Boulder. As other reviewers have mentioned, their selection of concentrates changes often and it is a good idea to call ahead. I am probably the most finicky stoner on earth and I feel like B-Well is the first dispensary to truly meet all of my needs. I have shopped exclusively at B-Well for about the last year and have never had a bad batch of concentrates. I am honestly so confused by the reviews saying things like their concentrates are "tane soup" as I have never had an issue with under purged concentrates here. In fact, most everything I buy in shatter form smells identical to opening the jar of bud and taking a whiff. It truly amazes me that they are able to get such great results using trim; there are numerous places charging nearly double what they charge here for stuff that smells and looks like garbage. I know they do have "nug run," but I have yet to try it since their trim run stuff does the trick nicely. I only have two issues with B-Well and they both relate to member benefits or promotions. First, it really annoys me that BOULDER Wellness Center gives people who do not live in Boulder cheaper prices than people who live in town. They said this is to offset their travel costs and the time it takes them to get there, but to me that is kind of like me saying I should get a discount because rent is higher in Boulder than in Lafayette or Niwot. I obviously knew that before I moved in, just like the people who chose to live in towns without dispensaries knew they would have to travel a bit to get their MMJ. Next, I wish they would run promotions and have coupons for members since it seems like every coupon or promotion they have can only be applied to non-member pricing which brings it to around the member price. Oh yeah, I would really appreciate it if you guys could bulldoze the median and install a stoplight with a left turn lane leaving the parking lot. Just kidding, you guys are the best, thanks.
Picked up a $40 gram of "NUG-RUN" cherry lime. Every dab ive taken has sizzled. One of them had such a bubble of tane in it that it popped when I hit the nail and splattered me in the face. Won't be coming back.
Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We have talked to our hashers, and any sizzling that occurs is simply moisture from the plant, not residual butane remaining in the oil. This "sizzling" phenomenon also occurs in bubble hash, which is a water only extraction. Our concentrate company is getting a chromatography report done this month, so we will soon have a list of the all the contents and their percentages that are in the product. Again, our deepest apologies for any inconvenience. Our goal is always to provide comprehensive care and quality medicine for all our patients.
I definitely love this place. Good selection, great budtenders (probably the friendliest I've seen!) the only thing is just their prices are a little steep. But I expect that seeing as you're getting some great weed and you're buying in Boulder. I love that their products are soil grown and don't have strange chemical additives. Worth stopping by if you're in town, but I wouldn't make a trip to specifically check this place out.
Good bud prices are little high
Go to these guys about once a month usually on Sundays. Really like their indica selection but usually only grab a gram. People are always very friendly and have rarely pointed me in the wrong direction and like the vibe of the place.
Good, but inconsistent.

I noticed none of the other reviews seemed to mention what I found to be probably the single problem with Boulder Wellness... They usually are pretty low on just about everything. On average I may have 1 to 4 strains of wax to choose from. The flower selection is slightly better. But also usually seems ransacked. Other than that the wax is pretty damn good. Usually a sightly pasty budder consistency and almost always accompanied by a good smell and flavor. Weedmaps here doesn't seem to be updated very often by this clinic. Which is what runs me in there to find they are out of nearly everything. Try the B-well Kush if you get a chance. The bossanova haze and rooftop haze were suggested to me by staff here, however I've found them probably to be the worst strains they carry. Just my opinion.. I must say though that the flowers seemed completely flushed and cured for at least a reasonable amount of time.
