I was greeted by danni ( AMAZING)!!!
Best deals, flower and staff!!!
I'm soooo happy.
First of all I'm a ninja, so that may help as you read on. No really, I am part ninja. That being said, I do research on things I may not already know due to my inherent wisdom (as a ninja.) Also the kids on VICELAND help, s/o Saeed/Vanessa/Ry!... I knew what I wanted, and it was at Clonesville, and it was going to be high-quality.
See there's a strain that's been around a while. You may see it on other place's menus. Usually listed lower on the list. I, myself, came across it quite a bit around 2015. (not CCSC) and it was, "eh." Like a lot of strains/shops, if it's not credible sometimes it's just.... given a cousin-type-name. IMO that's cool.. but when you specifically need an ingredient of that herb to perform it's naturally medicating gift, then you have to be able to rely on a pure catalyst for healing, not a filtered version. You will find that in every strain at Clonesville, and in this particular situation, I was seeking pure GreenDream, better known as Green Crack. I know I know, if you know: GreenCrack may have a bad rep, and in most cases it was from a few yrs back, and cousin strains given the name. I HAVE DONE MY RECON, remember I am a ninja.
If you care to know, my angle here. I am predominantly a fan of indica, so much that I call it indo. For most of this millenium, I ran from sativa. Especially a lower grade sativa, gross. I don't have time to stress out, and NOT being anxious is the exact reason I 'go green,' SO believe me when I say, the Green Crack this season is amazing, it will keep you alert, alive, focussed, and your eyelids won't go half-mast... NO seriously who says that, who has ever reviewed the physical attribute of eyelids staying up and your eyeballs not going burgundy on you.. who says that- the ninja does, Big Bud Green. Haha.
Clonesville's Flo Kana grow of Green Crack is delicious. Very stinky, an open container will fill a room quickly with a sweet pungent pineapple papaya juice scent. Very crystally. When you crack open a little budlet it will look like Planet Krypton. (That's superman's ice crystal kingdom ppl) The nugs are tight and dense, with a dusty olive green with plenty of reddish-orange hairs. I chose to grind, and smoke through a 2 foot cyclone, clean and simple. It kibbled well, smoked evenly, and tasted as dank and sweet and it's scent. The taste matched the scent profile, adding a bit of forrest flavor, perhaps pine. It has a scent and taste very reminiscent of the typical Chronic from last millenium. This isn't typically what you'd have before netflixNchill, or zoning out to SciFy Network. Great for working, putting together IKEA furniture, daytime sex, and walking your dog around the valley.
I looked at apprx 40 dispensaries in L.A., Clonesville is one of the few that had a certified batch of Green Crack. That's what I needed, it was fairly priced, and it was local. With my previous experience here, I knew I could trust them. A no brainer. This visit was with Sapir, who is amazing and maybe my new bestfriend in the industry = ) She was absolutely attentive and cheerful. She was enthusiastic and interested in what my objectives were.. but not as a sale, but as a philosophy, perhaps... and that's unteachable. She offered insight, she offered knowledge. As much of a ninja as I may be, I was being trained. I walked in knowing that I wanted GC, of course. She did not push an upsell, thank you, but trusted in the flow of conversation. As we spoke about different strains, products, the shop, and my last visit, we learned that we have similar goals and attitudes about green, and as importantly, taste. I let her know I was a huge fan of their Exclusive Rosin (plug), and as she showed me the concentrates, she let me take in the view and ask questions, which she knew the answers to. Also, enlightening me once more, only sharpening my ninja tools. I asked her what her favorite concentrate was, being that we had similar outlook, and she recommended Clementine Crumble, strongly. Haha I took her lead and my goodness,THIS IS BY FAR MY FAV CRUMBLE. Wow. Thanks yum, wish we could smoke and chill all day, I'd learn a lot..
I will continue the saga with my reviews of everything I ended up with. But partly due to my experience with Sapir, I am an even huger fan of the shop, her jewelry, and the amazing and very artistic Clonesville Instagram. I went home that day with Green Crack, P.R. Master Jedi, Sour Diesel Rosin, Kosher Kush Shatter, & Sapir's Clementine Crumble.
Thank you for quality of product, quality of service, and friendliness to all y'all at CCSC. #818LA
Big Bud Green
Wow! What an amazing atmoshpere. Sapir was very kind and patient, with helping me choose my medicine. The selection of clones and buds is awesome. I strongly recommend coming here!
They have top quality buds with great prices! Sapeer is so sweet and friendly with all the patients! The location is price with great parking in the back! The aesthetics on the interior of the shop are really nice and modern! Overall 5/5 !!!
really good medicine and the best for clones! I will definitely come back!
I've not been to a cleaner dispensary, nor have I heard a louder door buzzer. Intake was quick and easy. I was helped by Saphir(sp?). I found her friendly without it feeling fake, helpful without being pushy, and, respectfully, easy on the eyes. I'm not an experienced grower, but the clones she picked out look fine to me. I got their Master Jedi for my FTP 1/8th deal. I usually dab so I'm not the best judge of flowers but they seemed like the top shelf I remember, just not anything special.
I've been here 3 times recently. Although nice, their bud tenders don't know anything about genetics or breeders. I have been growing since 2004 and have managed dispensaries, so I feel like I am qualified on the matter. Also, if you sell us infected clones, don't act like giving us advice on getting rid of them makes it any better. That is like getting herpes from someone who then writes you a prescription to help with the discomfort. They tried to sell me algae infested clones, have obvious fungal gnats in their room(with lack of any air flow), and after I got home and looked under a scope, two of my clones had powder mildew. With all of the options out there, I will not be back.
Bought some clones here and got spider mites infecting my entire garden! Never coming here again, it cost me thousands of dollars to fix the damage.
We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with your grow, we take our "IPM" very seriously here. We would love to have you come back in the shop and meet our cultivator who can help you with an IPM plan for your grow.
