I dont understand all the critique on the staff. Everyone you see behind the counter has gotten a charge for serving us, if they dont want to talk or anything who the fuck cares? Dont you guys remember how dealers are? Ignoring calls, texts, shorting, not having the strains they say, never being on time, a list of bunch of other things. From now on every one of those people behind the counter you guys "dont trust" or whatever have to disclose their experience working at a dispensary because of the fact theyve been charged. Get your weed, its always on count, and get out. If you need someone to talk to in your life its not the bud tenders at canna. To know that a few of them are not trustworthy.
The only guy there that I have confidence in is the white guy with the little stache. He was there from the beginning and seems to have a stake in it. Knowledgable. Enthusiastic. I wanted to do business with this guy. He is more behind the desk now.
I know the raids got to put a damper on things, but the gotta maintain standards. There is a huge market out there and they are losing ground. They need to turn things around.
Nothing to brag about but I've dealt in customer service for close to 30 years - theirs is quickly deteriorating. Good people make a difference. Some of the staff there are driving away the customers they want/ need.

Yo give the staff a break you dum twits , I don't see any of you doing what they are doing and sticking your necks on the line!! Damh must be hard coming to work everyday asking yourself the same question ... Is today the day I go too Jail !?!? for my job because I believe in a cause and what to help fight the fight.

Blame John Tory & his pigopolist buddies. In Vancouver the city licensed dispensaries. However 55 division apparently have no other crimes to investigate so they just said this place weekly. I guess we should celebrate the lack of crime in 55 division.
This place was the shit!! Before it got raided!! Now ppl who work there suck!!! Not the same as before. This was the place to get ur shit in a good way. No u got to check or call to see if it's open.!!!hope it gets to the way it was before
Seems like they have issues hiring enough staff because the wait was about 40 minutes and people were getting very, very frustrated. Granted, this is not starbucks and or Mcdonalds, they shouldn't expect fast and or great customer service. This is a drug deal, plain and simple. I feel for the staff as they were berated and at one point threatened with violence as one bud tender informed a customer he had no change and could not give him his weed. Then the hurls of expletives and business etiquette from the long line up made the whole situation a really bad vibe and quite hilarious actually.
At one point, the people in the line were getting mad at one of the bud tenders for being too high. "I'd never be high at my job!" one customer said. At this job, you would.
Hire more staff, Im sure its difficult but if you want to avoid this you need to meet demand somehow or just tell people to be patient, it'll be about an hour.
