Very friendly staff and theyll answer your questions as long as not too many people are waiting. Good number of budtenders makes it more efficient than other locations Ive visited. Been here 5 times, everytime it was an enjoyable experience.

List of reasons you should save your time, money, and find a better dispensary:
-Only the best buds are shown in sample jars to customers.
-Actual buds are mostly much smaller and leafier.
-They make you pay before they scale and show your bud.
-Each gram is $11.40 (annoying coin change) with no variance in price for different quality or quantity.
-If you ask for advice, most employees will say the strain that is least selling.
-Almost all strains are 15-20% THC

Just bought kosher Kush. Tiny crumbly nugget pieces.
buds are usually AAA but you can definitely find yourself paying point for point for some mediocre cannabis, + taxes

Please don't put a 2.1 on the scale, then try to find some small piece to break off, ruining the bud in the process, when there is obviously no business reason for you to take it, ie. back in the bin to be sold, it is thrown out, please let me take it as it is, and throw away the stem if I want. Stop ruining a nice nug for a .1 or .2

Sometimes you can go here and have a good experience. But most of the time it's not.
The wait times are unbelievable. You'd think that things would move smoother with the amount of employees there. But some of the cashiers, or whatever, actually take away from everyones time while they ask patients to follow them on Instagram.
I have also noticed that they constantly try to up-sell one specific strain above all others. Go ahead and ask a sales rep what their favourite bud is right now. I am willing to bet that they will all say the same thing. Now, is that just because the that bud is so unbelievably great? I don't think so. Having a basic understanding of business makes their attempt at making more money extremely clear. And being a smoker for so long, I'd have to say that there is a small chance that everyone has the same taste in weed.
But today was the worst. A patient was accused of taking photos while in the store. And although this is clearly a breach of membership rules, the seccurity guard handle the situation very poorly. He grabbed the patient, and tried to force him out the store. And when the patient told the security guars not to put his hands on him, the security guard blocked the way and wouldnt allow the patient to leave peacefully. Now, regardless of whether or not the patient actually took a picture, the security guard should not have layed hands on the boy, or abstructed the path out of the store so he could leave. People working at these 'Medical' Marijuanna Clinics have to realize that some people actually use it for medical purposes, and should treat the patients as patients. Which I believe entails compassion and respect. Not aggressive and physical means.
There is another Cannabis shop just down the street at Broadview and Queen. It's quiet, quick, and provides great options. I would highly recommend it over the Broadview & Gerrard CannaClinic anyday.
This has been a comprehensive review of my past six months going to this clinic. And today was my last day ever stepping foot in those doors.
Super comfortable, amazing people, amazing weed, super friendly. i LOVE this place. i just wish the prices were a little better on larger quantities. besides that fact i easily give Cannaclinic 10/10
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are happy you enjoy coming in and most of all are comfortable when visiting. We hope to see you again soon!

I believe what the person below me was trying to say is that being charged on the dot, per gram PLUS taxes is a bit ridiculous...considering your dealer usually has better deals for quarters ounces etc .....and then giving matches as a "freebie" to the person when they have spent wayyy over what matches are worth is just funny/ridiculous.
Your reply sounded kind of condescending .....but that guy wasn't that wrong tbh

Spend over 50$ get free matches
Spend over 100$ ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS and get free zig zags
You don't even get a deal if you buy 10grams. It will be literally exactly 100$. And with tax 120$. NO DRUG DEALER WOULD EVER CHARGE THESE PRICES. YEEEE NOT FOR ME.
Sorry to hear you are not pleased with our Friday promotion. We do our best to give back to our patients as much as we can. We find it's better then no promotion at all.
Unfortunately with having a store front as well legalization on the way, we really don't have a choice but to pay taxes. If you purchase an item from any other store you are charged taxes, just like ours. It's unfortunate for everyone but sadly just the way it works.
We hope you can understand. Thank you for your review.
