    Consistent Client, US Veteran & Turned Me Away!

    Though our relationship began alright enough, the main reason I stuck around was because they promised to "take care of those of us, whom are U.S. Veterans, that have served this country", and offered a free gram on account of it. Turns out, their delivery guy who never liked me (I swear this guy had a chip on his shoulder since I first met him; you will recognize him by the horrifically, unkempt feet that he keeps on display in a gross pair of flip flops that he walks all over our brand new carpet with). ONE SINGLE DAMN TIME, I had to use the restroom during my delivery window (they said it would be here sometime within a two and a half hour time window!!!), and this guy complained that I had taken too long while I was in the restroom (again, they gave me a 2 1/2 hour window, can't a man relieve himself?) and lectured my wife on how busy He is, and how HE does not have time for this. No joke, it was less than five minutes ; NO exaggeration!!! NOTHING about serving the client, no care or integrity for a veteran, nothing. When my wife told me about it, I couldn't believe the audacity of this filthy footed man. I am the client, the customer. Horrible for him to disrespect me, and badmouth me in front of my wife. So the very next time I order from them, guess who is the one that ends up waiting this time?? Yep. This guy right here! We are not talking about a 5 minute wait, we are talking about OVER AN HOUR! =/ I couldn't wait for the gnarly toed man to show his face after barking over 5 minutes. OH!!! And wouldn't you know it?? They sent someone else, whom I have never met; never have I done business with this person, and the man sent him instead when they were in the wrong. Did I mind? Not in the slightest.
    Now, jumping to today, I have seen the man in flip flops (you won't forget him, he carries a briefcase and is a total douche) one time since then. Everything was fine, transaction was smooth. With the exception I had called to have my order delivered, and they called me to come earlier than I was home. I said sorry, I couldn't do it, I was not home at that time. Please meet me at the previously agreed upon time, as that is when I will be home.
    Well, foot man must've been perturbed that I couldn't rearrange my work schedule and leave for home early to accommodate his delivery route. I called today, and was told they are too busy to deliver to me. I have spent thousands of dollars, and am a 1-2 times a week orderer from them, and this is the thanks I get? Wow. Foot man wins against the loyal veteran. Woo hoo! Kind Deliveries - ONE, Customer - ZERO.
    Funny thing is, this veteran, that they are too busy for. Owns his own SEO company. We do reviews and online marketing for a living. Everywhere. Haha! Weedmaps is just the beginning. Thanks asshole. You're bud wasn't worth the eyesore beneath your knees.

    Joseph, I find it interesting that you write a review blasting us after we refuse to go see you. So you wanted to use our service. And you are hurt and lashing out now that you have been denied. I'm sorry that your upset and I'm sorry that as the president of the collective I didn't kick you out in person.
    First lets address a few things you seem to be mis-remembering a bit. You have had 17 deliveries total. All but 1 was between $50 and $60. That is since you signed up November of last year. Every single time you were given a 30 minute window for delivery. Most of them were completed in less than 1 hour from the time you called. Always within an hour and a half other than a couple time you specifically requested a later time. The last 8 deliveries have all had an issue. Now, we always ask is it ok if a driver can get there earlier than the window given for a delivery. One of those 8 a driver was early and you were not there even though you said it was ok to be early. Lets forget about that one since it wasn't technically in the window given. The other 7 you were either not there, in the shower, didnt have the money (of which we even completed an order and let you pay a balance later), or couldn't find your credit card. One time, you called and changed your delivery window 3 separate times, and still were not there when we arrived. I am also amused that even though you claim Jon was so rude and disrespectful you continued to use our service. Continued until we said no more.
    I respect your service to our country as I do with all our vets. Even in the beginning when we were horribly in debt starting this business I wanted to give out extra stuff for any veteran. We didn't care if they were minimum orders and even if we lost a little money each time. However that does not give you free reign to act as you please. We gave you a lot of leeway, probably too much in retrospect. We even continued to give you free grams with you continually wasting our drivers time. This was out of respect for your service. Every driver has had problems with you, even me. I was there when you couldn't find your credit card. It wasn't so much that you lost your card and couldn't find it that I found annoying, but how you kept yelling at your wife and blaming her all while you kept stopping to watch the Kings game that was on the TV. But the last time was the breaking point. You asked our driver if one of your friends could pay. Would you ask a clerk at a liquor store if you under age friend could pay? Of course not. But that's what you did. When the driver said no he said you walked around the corner with your friend and magically came back with the money just seconds later. You put my driver in a horrible position, I know you don't care about that. But you did.
    When you called last night the notes on your account said do not deliver. Inform patient that after repeated collective rule violations and suspected illegal activity he is being kicked out. My dispatcher that night was fairly new and had rejected a delivery before and she took a passive approach and just said we are too busy that night. I do apologize for that. I should of had the note say Steve needs to talk to patient, and I should have talked to you personally and kicked you out myself.
    I wish you well in finding another collective who can meet your time demands better than us. And I hope you find some peace in your life. There is so much I want to say about your apparent foot issues, but I think I will restrain myself. And I will say for one last time, thank you for your service.

    Friendly and totally laid back. They were my first home delivery and they totally put me at ease and were a pleasure to deal with. I'll br calling on them again for sure. Quality product to boot.

    I recently order Some medication from the dispensary incredible medication staff is awesome Jonathan was very professional and the guy that helped me through the phone was very cool and and if anybody is looking for real Kush they got it and they got the purples To will definitely be a loyal customer

    YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

    Kind has been wonderful.. very fast and reliable delivery service.. they have always been fair with me and I never worry getting my edibles on time ;).. I love all their edibles..but my favorite is the Bhang Bar! I have chronic insomnia and these bars are awesome... Bhang Bars (chocolate bars) are different. , the 3x one is AMAZINGLY powerful. Mint is yummy and I only need a quarter of the bar to help me sleep.. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable and they always take the time to make sure I'm getting what will work best for me. It's good to know there are some people in this industry doing things the right way! Thank you Kind!...

    good prices, but all the bud looks the same

    None of it has any smell and it all looks very similar. The staff are all cool and prompt and courteous but this bud I bought is totally mass produced elsewhere. Plus the wax was made by a greenhorn, it's a dark tar and tastes horrible.
    I think their bud packaging is to blame since it it sealed, but it also keeps you from really looking or smelling it until you buy it. And then you see it has almost no smell and no taste. Much better out there, especially wax.

    Thanks for the feedback Caliman. We always try to encourage patients to call us whenever they get something that they don't love. Not every strain is a great match for every patient. We all have preferences and some strains or delivery methods (smoking, vaporizing, eating etc…. not car vs. bike, lol) just work better for some people than others. That being said we are a taken back by your review. You made a few comments or assumptions that are just factually wrong. First to say all our strains look and smell the same is just silly. Just go to our website at kinddeliviers.org and look at the test results for each strain on the menu. There are pictures there. Do they look the same to you? Perhaps you could find two that do, I can't even think of them off the top of my head. We have differing strains (indoor, outdoor, and greenhouse) strains that have been cultivated all over this great state. Not sure what you mean by "this bud I bought is totally mass produced elsewhere". We receive our meds from multiple small growers. We much prefer dealing with small time growers who medicate from their own crops. This allows us to have a better handle on the grow techniques of our producers. We have members who grow in from Orange County to Humboldt and a bunch of counties in between.
    The reason we used air tight, heat sealed containers is to keep the medicine as fresh and tasty as possible. We have perhaps the best packaging on the market. A heat sealed bag with a Boveda humidipak that produces an optimum humidity in the container to get the buds just right to ensure the smoothest and tastiest smoke possible. We allow patient to open the bag and inspect at delivery if so desired. You could have asked our driver if we would open the bag for you, and he would have gladly obliged. If you had a problem with that at delivery we wish you would have spoken up and we could have remedied it. If you had a problem with a strain or a wax after you tried it we would have preferred you called and we would happily remedy that as well.
    And just for fun I went through and sniffed every strain we have on the menu. And I do mean fun, as I love how good medicine smells. I detected fruity odors, minty odors, skunky odors…that typical dank OG bouquet…some strange twisted sweetness and a couple that are a complex multilayer olfactory assault. Basically, if you have a problem, just call. We have some of the best patient service in the industry. We hear that from our patients. We pride ourselves of quality and integrity. Honestly, a broad assault on our menu without a single specific as to what you received doesn't make us or you look good.
    This whole thing reminds me of a joke… An older lady goes to doctor office complaining of problem gas, but she says they don’t smell or make any noise. Doc says “Take these pills and come back next week”. She comes back next week and says “I still have the problem and they still don’t make any noise, but now they smell.” Doctor says, “Well now we fixed your sense of smell, let’s try to fix your hearing.”

    Their Name Truly Fits Them!!!

    Kind Deliveries defiantly deserves to have the word Kind in their name! They are truly Kind! They go above and beyond to provide the best delivery service possible. From the nice and polite people on the phone, to the super fast drivers, to the way they always air tight seal their bags with moisture pads and label everything is truly top notch!! Along with the fact that they are one of the very few high class delivery services that have both lab testing and accepts cc's!! AND how they will cater to the patients needs and meet them wherever the patient needs to is so awesome!!! This delivery service is a 10/10 and deserves 5 stars A+++ Other delivery services should take notes on how Kind Deliveries is doing it because they are setting the bar. Thanks Again :)

Full menu testing is expensive, but we really feel it's worth it. We all should know exactly what we are ingesting!     wonderful friendly service...

    I have ordered from kind a few times now. Each time the delivery driver was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. The Jamaican me crazy is a great day time cbd medication. And the kush I sampled knocked me out at night! Plus Amanda on the phone is a sweetheart and super nice! Thanks guys! I will be back!

    BEST delivery service around!

    I used to live in Northern California and I've tried plenty of different delivery services. I've also tried quite a few since moving down here but none compared to Kind Deliveries. From the first day that I signed up, these guys were very patient in answering all my questions. I've been a loyal customer since then because they have consistently good bud. Each time I've called back, it was easier to place an order because they remembered me and what my preferences were. A very personal experience, which I rather enjoy. I'm lucky that I'm really close to their HQ, so I usually get lightning fast delivery times. They definitely hook it up with a ton of freebies, as long as you keep giving them business. They're really good to their customers here. Without a doubt, the best delivery service I've used in NorCal or down here. They have fantastic edibles and concentrates. Ask about their deals on small buds, you will NOT be disappointed!!!

    Great People, Great Service

    From first phone call the person on the phone was very personable and friendly. When the delivery came the delivery guy was very respectable, kind, and very knowledgable about the medication and provided great recommendations. Highly recommended. A+ service and A+ medicine.     Tried them all. Chose these guys

    I have tried all of the local delivery services and can say that these people are the best. The selection is great, and the staff on the phone is friendly. They're always throwing in extra goodies and have other incentives for frequent customers. 9 times out of 10 I choose these guys for my deliveries
