We offer a free delivery service to all our members in the South Bay Area with a $50 min donation within the San Jose Area & a $100 min outside the San Jose Area. Call to ask us what cities we serve! *In order to use this service, you must be a valid patient at RHC.* We accept credit/debit & cash donations only. All credit/debit will be charged over the phone & MUST have your name on it. If paying with cash, let us know what cash denominations you have so we're able to give the correct change. i like this club
I frequent this club when i'm in the area and the quality is worth it. it's just annoying that every time i go i have to show my id and recommendation to the security guard and the receptionist. an their Sunday game day specials where great too.
Good medicine at a good price
I've been a patient and patron of RHC for three years now. The service and quality has almost always been excellent and with very comparable prices.
Tonight, I encountered my first problem and it is significant enough that I will be doing business elsewhere in the future. Upon arriving, it was noted that my driver's license is expired. I had not noticed this previously as an expired driver's license is not a problem for the TSA, anyone selling alcohol, or the police and as such no one ever pointed it out to me.
RHC has the legal to turn away patients without a current ID as they can set whatever requirements they like but it is not advertised on their website, facebook page, or here on weedmaps. Neither the state nor the county requires patients to have a current driver's license or state ID and I have not encountered this issue with other dispensaries.
Perhaps I will change my mind in the future, but, unfortunately, I was in great need tonight and will not have the ability to go to the DMV and receive a temporary ID. I chose to turn to my most trusted collective when I was under time pressure and with medicinal need and I was sadly let down. I will miss you.
Paid for "Free" gram & delivery issues
Issue #1: “Free gram”:
I placed a delivery order on March 15th and asked if I could use my stamp card to get the "free" gram. I was told yes, so I placed an order for a gram of the "Strawberry Kush".
After placing my order, someone called me back with the price quote. When I heard the price I thought it was a little over, but I chalked it up as the high taxes. The delivery guy got to my home and I paid the amount indicated on the phone and used my stamp card for the gram. I looked at the receipt that he provided and the "free gram" wasn't free. I had to give my stamp card and actually pay for the gram. I called them after I noticed this discrepancy and was initially told that the receipt was correct, but it would be reviewed and I would be called back. I did get a call back informing me that there was a discrepancy, and that I would have the amount credited to my file.
Issue #2: e-mail via delivery:
On April 4th, 11 AM I sent an e-mail to “firstname.lastname@example.org“, which is provided on the home page of the dispensary website: revolutionhealthcenter.org. In the e-mail I stated:
“I have previously placed several delivery orders through the phone. I noticed that your collective offers delivery by placing an order through an e-mail. I have a few questions:
What do I need to provide to order through the e-mail?
Can I have the order delivered at a certain time later in the day?”
I didn’t receive a response and ended up having to call them when I got home (@ 3 PM). I was trying to place this order earlier in the day (@ 11 AM), so I could have it by the time I arrived home around 3. I informed the person I was speaking to that I had sent them an email to place a delivery and she stated that it was strange; they are constantly checking the email throughout the day.
I haven’t received a reply from them, so I sent an email to email@example.com (found on weedmaps) yesterday informing them of the inconvenience, and I asked them:
“I have purchased several large orders through your dispensary, but I am starting to think I should go somewhere else.
Please let me know why I should continue to use the services provided by your dispensary instead?
Still no response… Kind of “strange” for a company that is “constantly checking their e-mail”…
Thank you for taking the time to express your experience with our delivery system. We'd first like to apologize on our behalf on the customer service you've been receiving from our collective. We understand how frustrating it can be when you've been trying to give us a chance to correct things and the outcome isn't ideal. We apologize for not responding to you proficiently enough as well, our manager has been reviewing your situation and we as a collective, strive to give patients the best experience at our collective and our delivery system.
Please understand that our delivery system is relatively new and we are currently making changes to enhance the system. By expressing your thoughts and opinions about your experience, we can take your constructive criticism and try to resolve your situation.
The situation with the free gram, we are glad that you caught our mistake. We understand that we do make mistakes and when we do, we correct them the best we can. We'd like to thank you for catching our mistake.
The first e-mail address you sent on the 4th of April was an incorrect domain, we no longer use that address & we apologize that you were misdirected to that e-mail. We unfortunately no longer use that website and is working on rebooting the site to current and correct information.
The second time you emailed us was the correct e-mail address. There was no excuse for us to not respond to your inquiry. We do apologize deeply and we understand that you are a valued patient here.
We would love and appreciate if you gave us another chance and try to make things right.

mixed experience here's my story
When I came in, everything/everyone was cool, set-up was great, bud was good (especially for the price; had the Game Changer and Space Dream). First problem I had was the tax. Usually a dispensary would say something about the tax. Luckily, the prices were so good I still got a great deal, PLUS it was basically a one time fee (10% off every order after that).
Today, I placed a delivery order for the first time and everything was cool dude on phone was cool/polite. They told me 30 mins, I'm like sweet. Nearly 30 mins later, I get a call. I'm like sweet, the bud's here. Nope. Instead, they tell me it's a 50 dollar limit (my order was 46). so i'm like ?? ok guess I'll get a pre-roll. Now my order is 52 (keep in mind I'm only trying to spend 50 bucks here). Dude puts me on hold again like "I'll try to work something out for you". Sweet. Comes back and tells me it's actually a 100 dollar limit. Very disappointed they made me wait for nothing. Told me the delivery service is new and confusing. Understandable. Told me they could hold it for me instead. Appreciated the sentiment but I was using the delivery service for a reason.
All in all, okay place. Just okay. Good buds and good people. Would I recommend going? Not sure. The place has it's perks, but I've been to a few dispensaries and this is one of the first to disappoint in some way. Kind of a deal breaker for me.

This club is un a calm area and always has the best quailty for your money. Definitely witth cbecking out. And their edible selection has stepped way up.
