This place has horrible clones. i purchased 4 clones 3 days ago and 2 are already dead. I called and asked for replacements and they said they do not guarantee clones and said have a nice day and hung up. Also they charge tax which is against the law for a non profit organization. also they run on donations and legally you do not have to give a donation when you do not want to. that is the law. i used to work for food bank. i hope this costs this business a lot of money because shitty clones cost me money
Grear Staff, great selection. The only place I'll go.
Decent Selection Bad customer service
I just recently moved to the Sacramento area and I decided to try SCCC out since it seemed to have a good menu on weedmaps. The place is nothing special just what you would expect of a collective, the interior is nice I really like how they have the waiting room setup. The flower selection is alright its all about finding the handful of front runners. The concentrate that this collective offers is top notch offering a wide selection of honeycombs and shatters. The only draw back about this club (and its a big one) is the staff... they are awful, the only way that they are able help is by grabbing a container off the shelf for you to look at; apart from that most of them only know if the strain is an indica or sativa. Only a handful of the budtenders know what they are talking about. This is the downside to their concentrate section, yes they have a good selection but chances are you aren’t going to get a tender that knows anything about how it was made. I typically like to know a little bit about my medicine beyond "its good". The other problem is the professionalism with the staff they act as if you are burdening them by asking a question about the meds and they treat the collective as if it their hangout and you are just stopping in to get weed. I personally like to have a budtender that is just as enthusiastic as I am about the medicine and is chomping at the bit to show off the best strains that the collective has to offer sadly is the far from what you will find at SCCC. I will most likely not be coming back to this collective unless I find that this low standard of service is how other clubs in the area perform business then I guess I won't really have much of an option.
As usual way too much whining
All of you people that whine about unfriendly staff or things of that nature, grab your ears with both hands and pull until you hear the pop of your head coming out of your rear. Those people are there to serve you and not everyday is all unicorns and rainbows as it seems to be for some of you people. I have never been rushed nor has anyone ever been rude to me, the staff is very educated in their meds and if they arent they ask questions. if you run into a strain you dont like, try something else, they have a large selection, so stop blaming the budtender for you getting something you dont like. anytime any of you people want you can always seek the opportunity to go get your meds off a street corner or from some jack wagon in a car pulling up outside your house. the dispensary is there to serve you. safely and conveniently, and that is what they do. where you get your meds from is your business, its like the radio, if you dont like what they are playing change the station. Instead of running people down, or trashing the establishment. so anytime you people want to get down off your soapbox you can feel free. half the time i think bad reviews come from people that work at other dispensaries. well im her to assure you this one is top notch and is and will always be the only establishment i frequent. keep on rockin in the free world :)
I don't understand who would hire unhappy selfish staff. Its just disappointing to walk into a new dispensary and be forced to eves drop on how horrible someone's relationships is. While a security guard swinging on the door walking in and out not monitoring the building. Enough said. Won't be going back.
Great customer service
I've been to just about every dispensery in Sacramento and this club is by far the best. Im met at the door with a smile and always leave with one on my face. The herb is very aforable and top self quality. The staff will take the time to answer any question and very kind and laid back. A++
My favorite spot
Today was my first time at a disspensary, I have issues with sleeping and the woman who helped me recommended God's Gift. She also pointed me to some edibles that put me to sleep within a half hour. She took her time with me and I cant wait to see her again. Vet
great bang for your buck
while the buds are not topshelf they do seem to have the best deal in town. Im on a mission to try collectives and this was my first one today
Your concentrates are kinda gross, Bro.

At first glance this dispensary looks high class, nice decor, fancy waiting area with big TV and a bunch of leather chairs, etc. Security at the door.
Then you meet the staff, who look and act like they just walked out of the douchiest frat house on campus.
I walk into the bud room and go straight to the wax because that's pretty much all that I buy anymore. I'm looking at the product and the budtender tells me to walk over to the other side of the counter. I tell him I want to buy concentrates, he gives me a confused look for about 20 seconds and says "Oh you mean like hash? It's over here." And directs me back to exactly where I was standing before.
I purchased 1 shatter and 2 types of budder.. One of the budders was labeled $25 a G, then when I get to the register he just says "Oh, this one is $35 now."
I picked up the budder because I'd never seen anything like it before, it had a really weird almost-but-not-quite liquid feel to it. First dab I take of it my lungs fucking exploded in pain. I've been dabbing concentrates for awhile now, and NEVER has taking a hit of oil caused me to feel like this. About 15 seconds later I got kicked in the face with an excruciating headache which didn't go away for about 2 hours.
They gave me a free gram since it was my first time at the dispensary, and it seriously looks like mexican brick weed.
POWDERY MILDEW ON CLONES

i went there to buy some clones the other day. I was initially impressed with the choices... But the staff was completely clueless about clones. They didn't know the strains that were crossed, didn't know flowering times etc... they knew nothing. To make it better, one guy told me that cheese candy was a cross between cheese and green candy... but it is actually a cross of cheese and caramelo. It's better to say "I don't know" than to send me a bunch of bullshit. It makes you look like an idiot. HAHA, oh and I asked a girl about them, and she just read the names to me... DUHHH!!!
Ok, the staff was nice and helpful... just stupid. They are just a bunch of people selling weed, as opposed to being "caregivers" and providing product information. But they are nice.. so whatever.
But, the biggest problem was that the clones came with powdery mildew. DO NOT BUY YOUR CLONES FROM HERE!!! They contain PM. At first the clones looked good, good selection, nice and green. No spider mites (from what I could tell). But when I got home I noticed white, nasty powdery mildew.. now I have to sulfur burn my plants before I can put them in my system. I regret going there... Whomever provides the clones for this place needs to clean up his operation.. maybe a sulfur burn... Just an idea for a mediocre grower.
Serious growers: find your clones somewhere else. Can't say much about the weed, I am sure it is adequate.. but the free joint they gave me taste like tobacco... and I threw away the free gram. If I had a bunch of crap weed, i would give it away too.. but my friends would laugh at me for growing it haha ;)
