    I love Sweet Leaf more than I love parentheses!

    (First off, I may make jokes, but that doesn't mean I don't take this seriously.) My options are that I can drive 30+ miles each way in the hopes that I may or may not find something better at another dispensary, or I can sit on my butt and let Sweet Leaf deliver to my door, and most likely I'm gonna get the same quality. Even if I do feel like a drive (BEFORE smoking -- no lie), I've never found better prices anywhere else, not to mention saving on gas. They have daily specials, and I've only had one instance where they didn't have a premium indica. Boo hoo -- it's a small price to pay for sitting at home and ordering in, and it's not to say the indica they had at the time was bad, just not premium, so it was cheaper anyway. Furthermore, though I personally feel obligated to tip for good service (especially because I used to deliver pizza, so it's in my blood), they tip you back by giving you a $5 coupon for next time (or you can save them up and use a bunch at once), on top of whatever daily deal, etc. (I realize I'm sounding like Chael Sonnen plugging Fox Sports, but I mean everything I'm saying. In actuality this is my first online review ever. That's probably why it's so flippin long.) In sum, I've always liked Southwest Airlines and In n' Out Burger because they reassure me that customer service isn't entirely dead. You can add Sweet Leaf to the list. (And Papa Chevo's too.) Honorable mention to delivery driver Tom -- he inspired me to leave a review in the first place. (Don't get excited Tom -- I'm a dude. Sorry buddy!) I've never had any problem with any of the drivers, but Tom's delivered to me the last couple times and he's really friendly and seems to really enjoy his job (go figure). He makes the whole process fun. And yes, he's knowledgeable about the product. Anyway, if you're lazy like me, or you just feel like ordering in that day, give these guys a shot. Fine, I'll shut up now. (Sheesh.)

    I've always had a great experience with Sweet Leaf! The drivers really care and know their medicine. Love their brownies, they never fail to help me get a full night's sleep. On my last delivery I tried the Healing Ointment...I was a little skeptical but it is working wonders for my shoulder pain. Glad I found you guys!

    don't believe the hype. I recently used this delivery service and was disappointed to say the least. If they are going to claim the biggest and best delivery service, I expect that. What I got was below average bud and very weak edibles that seemed expensive. I wouldn't pay more then 25 bucks an 1/8 of anything they had, let alone $50+!! Don't waste your time or money. Also if you want to call your driver's knowledgeable, they should know more then indica being a downer while sativa is an upper, Exact words from his mouth, when asked why he looked at me like I was from another world. I guess I'm expecting a little too much from what should be a medical establishment.

    The beauty of having our edibles lab tested and verified for potency is that it takes away individual 'opinion" on strength.Sweet Leaf Caregivers was actually the 1st and at one time the ONLY collective testing edibles with SC Labs and our research helped to determine what SC Labs considers to be proper dosage levels. Our work early in the lab testing and labeling of edibles has benefited the entire MMJ Community and helped set what is now considered industry standards. After reading your reviews left for other collectives I see that you like edibles in the 175+ milligram range. I can assure you there is nothing "medical" about eating 175+ milligram of THC. Research has shown that 20mg of THC is equal to one 60mg capsule of codeine. Therefore, 175mg of THC equates to eating about 9 codeines. Not exactly what most would consider "medicinal". In fact in sounds more like abuse. If your eating one of our edibles and dont get anything from it then our suggestion would be to take a couple week break from all edibles and let your tolerance come down to normal levels. Our cookies are 40mg of THC and would be considered a 4x dose. Our Double Trouble Brownie would be considered 12x dose. (you should nibble it, Not eat the whole thing in one sitting)...The other issue raised was about our drivers. After reading your comments we called each driver and asked this question. "What is the difference between Indica and sativa"? Not a single driver used the terminology you suggest. They did however make us proud with their responses. Very proud. It should be noted to anyone reading this review that this guy has left several reviews for sweet leaf in the past but they have always been out of weedmaps guidlines and were removed by the mods. He has a history of bashing sweet leaf. Our goal is to try our best to make all patients happy but in reality. that is impossible. Nobody can please 100% of the people 100% of the time. The vast majority of our 480 reviews suggest our dedication to quality and service. We did not come this far and be where we are if what "sufer" is suggesting is true. Give us a try and by all means "ask our drivers" about our meds and see for yourself that "Silver Surfer" is either bashing us, lying about us or simply too stoned on 175mg (9 codeine) to know the difference. Surfs up Bra !!

    I HEART SWEETLEAF!! #1 HANDS DOWN

    Another great delivery by sweetleaf 4 years running now, Ellen was great on phone, even called to make sure on the time, Thomas was there b4 I knew it with some amazing goodies. Now being sick, I love the daytime and nitetime tinctures, the staiva doesnt drag me down during the day, yet still gives me relief, and the nighttime relaxes my body enough to fall asleep, love it and the AC/DC tincture is better than any pain pill i have, Of COURSE the flowers are yummy as well, loved the XJ-13 and harlequin for the night and bad pain days, these guys are amazing, they are so in tune with customers, they have sweet deals, nobody around here offers, (yay a gram of 5 dollar swag weed when I spend a hundred, or no discounts until your established! are you kidding me? each day sweet leaf has a awesome deal!

    SWEET LEAF IS THE BEST!!!!

    I used Sweet Leaf for the first time about a week or so ago, and I am so glad I called them. The lady on the phone was really nice and the driver, Thomas, was super fast getting to my place and was very nice. He was patient and answered all my questions. They have a nice big selection and bring it all to you. They even weigh the stuff right in front of you. The quality is killer and way worth the price. Don't even bother with the other places. CALL SWEET LEAF!!! I can't wait to call them again!

    Best Service on the Coast!!!

    Tom and the staff at Sweet Leaf are outstanding!!! I am a stranger here in Monterey for a three day conference. Without some herb, the conference would be unbearable. I made a phone call, and less than half hour later, Tom was at my door with a big smile. He brought the store to me. It felt so personalble. The quality of the flowers are the best that I have ever seen. Monterey is so lucky to have such a great service. Thank you all so much.

    used to order all the time grade a professional and friendly drivers I remember 1 of them his name was spencer there were 2 and I remember it was the 1 not with a beenie on all the time cant wait to order again

    Disappointed

    I had been very loyal to sweet leaf since getting my recommendation. I was always happy with the quality, and for me, price was always decent. Due mainly to their "sweet bucks" program. Basically you would receive 5 sweet bucks for every 50 bucks spend. I had been collecting some since my first delivery. I was finally planning on cashing them in last night (I had saved up 25). I was told by the delivery person that as of Jan 2nd, all sweet bucks were no longer valid and that they had changed the program to a point system. Now if I would have known this I would have made sure to take advantage before Jan 2. Not only did they not inform their clients via email, text, or recording, but they didn't feel it was important enough to post on their site (which I check almost everyday I order for daily deals). They don't plan on compensating current customers with their new point system either. Seems pretty underhanded to me. I was really disappointed. Sweet leaf will no longer receive my business.

    Well Jenny. All we can say is that you are mistaken on so many levels. 1st of all you had 2 visits with us in early November. That earned you $10 worth of Sweetbucks. (Not 25). It is $5 per visit not $5 for every $50 spent. And even if it was that way, your 2 orders were $50 each so even then you still would of only had $10 in sweetbucks. Ironically, This is why the program was changed in the first place. To many patients claiming sweetbucks they did not earn. But now its tracked automatically at time of sale and those sorts of issues with the "trial' run have been worked out and fix in the new program. 2nd, You claim total loyalty from the day you signed up but your online reviews of other providers after your initial 2 visits in early nov prove otherwise. You went over 2 months without a visit to us. Now its kewl with us who you visit but don't claim total loyalty if its not true. 3rd, We informed our patients through text and on our rewards page on our website that the program was changing and the dates that this was going to happen. You chose not to receive our text updates at time of sign up. It is impossible for us to know who and who did not get the memo. But even more importantly you should simply read the back of the sweetbucks. It states very clearly that the program was a trial run and could be canceled at anytime. Which we did not do by the way. We simply changed it for the better. 4th, During the initial switch from the old program to the new program there was a little confusion but all has been smoothed over and our current patients are receiving huge rewards in the sweet buck "loyalty" program. Maria tried to call you within 10 minutes of your last visit in january to let you know she was crediting your account the $10 you had already earned (like we've done for hundreds of patients). (you now have $15) But you rejected all 3 of her calls and decided to come here and tell untruths instead. Thats ok. We simply hope you find happiness with your current providers. But keep in mind that under the Sweet Bucks Patient Rewards Program we have given away "for free" over $30k dollars worth of meds. And I can assure you, our member base is very happy with the new program and the benefits they receive. Lastly, You have returned to this page and negatively commented on other peoples reviews as well as changed your own ratings for us 3 times. This review started at 5 stars even though the comments are negative, and over 3 alterations its down to almost zero. Don't you have other things you could be doing other than reading our reviews from other people and making snide comments? Your not happy with Sweet Leaf. We are sorry to hear that. But we did our part by crediting your account, placing 3 follow up phone calls and offering to make it right. Obviously you are rejecting our offer. Now do your part and please stop harassing us. We have patients to serve and very little time for petty BS.
