Weigh your product!!!! I went in last monday the 8th of August to purchase some flower. I got an ounce of what looked like good stuff, a brand by Cascade Methow Valley, in two 14 gram jars. When I got home I weighed the product though and was amazed that one was very short. One jar weighed 13.8 grams, which sucks, but the other only had 10.6 grams in it. :o I called the store immediately and spoke with the manager. I gave her my information and sent her pictures to prove my claim and she assured me she would get back to me. The next day, after I had heard nothing I called again, she explained that I hadn't taken photos of the label to show that they were 14 gram jars, basically implying that I was lying. I am not though, which is why this is such a big deal to me. The manager basically said that it is the grower's fault and she did not offer to make it right even after I sent updated pictures with labels and weight, though I see the issue, people could easily take their stuff home and just pull some out, but what recourse is there for honest people who got caught with a mistake? I basically was shorted an eighth the equivalent of 30 bucks and the store, Bud Hut, did not try to make any amends. When someone pays 240 for an ounce of weed and 70 bucks of that is taxes, it makes sense why I would be mad over getting screwed over an 1/8th of an ounce. Long story short, it is now Thursday, I have not heard back from the Bud Hut, the grower, and I am in process of contacting the WSCLB, though lets face it, who knows if they will even do anything. I will never, not ever, buy from this store again because a person should never get shorted in a retail store, especially one where the stuff is supposed to be pre-weighed, and e can't return it for a refund if it is short. If you go here, take a scale with you and if something looks funny, or they won't let you weigh the package just cause, just leave because there is no recourse for you to get anything done if you get home and the flower is short. I felt it my smoker's duty to let all of you know about this horrible incident. I hope it does not happen to you. The worst part is, the prices are decent, and the flower is good, but even the chance of getting ripped off is sending me anywhere else in the future. Happy smoke trails to you all.
This store used to be so good than they promoted the biggest moron i ever met the cashiers are rude their selection has become horrid and if you sit outside you get to listen to all the dirty secrets this store has....all in all half the crew doesnt even know the difference between indica and sativa only because the manager is a rude unprofessional retard all i can say is go to kushmart instead its a way better store...if this one fired and replaced the manager it might be good again but if you have a problem with budhut your not gonna get help as the owner refuses to answer calls or even deal with it...we have 4 pot shots within 10 miles..im calling for a boycott until the owner does his job and deals with it
This place could be much better, once you get in it is a giant selection with limited staff, the lady who runs the place seems to have a good head on her shoulders and a positive attitude. The quality for the most is a 3.4 at best. The prices should be about 5 less on their average eighths .
