Next time you open at 9 am please make sure you don't have the receptionist that's working today work in the morning ever again bad attitude don't know how to make people feel welcome and ever want to come back there's a lot that she need to work on or find another job very fast !
First time visiting the bay area in a while, will def be coming back here next time I do. AL was exceptional with service... They ran out of first time patient gifts and this guy really went out of his way to make sure I still received one... Little gesture that went a long way. Herb is also top notch for good prices. Plus they accept debit (forgot to stop at an ATM) .
Overall I'm very happy with this dispensary. Thanks to Al
I've been to this place multiple times, delivery and walked in store. My wallet was stolen and I always carry my license, recommendation, and canni card in. Pre ordered over the phone since they already had me in the system everything was okay until I arrived and tried to pick up my order. I wasn't allowed to enter since all I had was my passport as an ID and no recommendation. So I couldn't pick up my medication. Shit happens people need there MED's I'm in the system. Couldn't help a faithful customer?

first time patient, I walked up to the front counter and wasn't even acknowledged. No smile or pleasant greeting. No eye contact. The African American employee seemed bored out of her mind and couldn't have cared less that I was a first time patient. The White girl employee sitting next to her was definitely faded to the point where she looked like she could barely function, with an expression that showed she equally didn't care about her job. These two ladies seemed so bored. I judge a book by its cover and I'm not returning. Customer service cant exist if you hire people who just don't care.

I have been a Patient since 1998. I medicate for behavioral reasons. I am autistic and have difficulty communicating and expressing myself, particularly when I am under stress. The five day nightmare I have endured due to an incredibly bad first visit will ensure I never set foot on the premises ever again.
Just for the record. When an autistic person is struggling to communicate, the last thing you should do is tell them they are being rude and block them in the middle of an IM. That's a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act. You Do Not Tell A Disabled Person To Stop Having Symptoms Of A Disability.
I love BPG because they are a REAL holistic healing center! I believe this is a prime example of what a cannabis club should be. A collection of ways to heal! Good meds!. Variety! And patient SERVICES! They are all so sweet and helpful! I'm happy this place exists!

Dude working the express lane on sun fathers day 12:45.... this guys is stupid, rude, 0 customer service skills.
This place has several buildings.... inside they hay a small rack off clones. On the top are empty trays one was paved chocolate hashberry. So I say to the guy "I see a tray labels Chico hash do you have any in the back or seeds?" He said you want a tray?
I replied no why would I want a tray I want the clone.
This is where it went down hill.... after I said that last comment he rolled his eyes and started talking to me in the tone were he was being sarcastic......over nice with his response... I could tell he was pissed so I apologized and said hey I didn't mean to come off to hash.... I got a blank stare in response. No apology from him.... dude learn customer service
staff are friendly, but the flowers are all over price . they are more expensive than other dispensaries.
