Go to TJ's. Their prices are soooo much better and they are honest. The manager at T.J.s told me they would have no problem exchanging or refunding my money if I ever bought a defective vape device from them. Also, T.J.s gives a 20% discount after 10 visits Batstone only gives a measly 10% and T.J.'s gives veterans discounts every day of the week, Batstone, Wednesday's only. While Batstone employees are generally friendly and their product is generally good, they are extremely overpriced and their manager Matt is a lying sociopath. I paid $30 for a gram of concentrate at T.J.'s, which was their most expensive, and $40 at Batstone for a gram of concentrate that was of inferior quality.

Ive been coming here for well over a year and never had any problems. Employees are welcoming, polite and the products are of goid quality, until recently. Over a period of a couple weeks, I purchased 5 different vape products. Each and every one failed before they were empty I let it slide until this 5th purchase when I complained. The last one was a $40 disposable vape pen. I brought it to the attention of both Ben and Matt who both assured me they would try to resolve it. Matt gave me a bunch of excuses about how it was illegal to replace it or refund my money. I am disabled and have access to free attorneys. I was told Matt was lying about not being able to give me a refund. He also told me that if it were up to him, he wouldn't even sell the vape products because he gets so many complaints about them failing. What this means is they are KNOWINGLY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. I'm not asking for refunds in the previous 4 devices that failed, though I should, Just the last one. The disposable vape pen. He told me he was going to speak 9with Jami, the co owner, and the manufacturer and "try" and see what he could do. If I don't hear from them that a refund is coming at least $40, I will be filing a lawsuit in small claims court as this was suggested by the attorney I spoke with. Please make this right Batstone. You can't just go around ripping people off. You should know that. I shouldn't have to have a judge tell you that.

Well, I have to give, I'm guessing, the owners credit because I came in and was in fact given a refund. I was offered a replacement or refund, I chose the refund. Matt had the gall to tell me that because I attacked him on Facebook he would no longer be doing business with me. He also told me I wasn't banned from the store but that he personally wouldn't be doing business with me any more. See here's the thing Matt. I didn't attack you. All I did was told the truth. You lied to me. You told me it was illegal to replace or refund the defective product. And what just happened 5 minutes ago? You offered to replace or refund me for the defective product. So no Matt, I didn't attack you. All I did was tell the truth, which you seem to have a problem doing.
I checked their Facebook page from my girlfriend's and my son's phone/facebook accounts and found they had hidden the review from public view. So, there you have it. Don't do business with them. Go to T.J.'s it's worth the extra gas if you happen to live closer to Batstone and you will be much happier with your purchase at T.J.'s.
