got ripped off for a dollar from new girl working tonight, i still love the place though, just gotta make sure your vet discounts get counted is all.
Concentrate was poor very quality not worthy to be sold as medication, tasted like it may still have butane in it.
I tried to visit this "compassion" center tonight. I drove from Taylor and was told that they couldn't serve me because they don't take new patients after 9:30 pm. I arrived at about 9:45. Nowhere on here does it state this. I don't see any compassion in the way I was treated tonight. I will never come back and encourage my friends to not visit, either.
I Was a first time patient after being told that I could not use my debit card which is not that big of deal they have atm I went in to make a purchase got confused about pricing the bud tender got annoyed with that instantly , I had a little change ($15) and asked about other product and was told that to leave , never seen staff that rude , that's some rude service, fast food places have nicer staff
there product is great n so is the atmosphere but they could. be a little cheaper
the staff is great but if you want to pay more for less quality than this is the place for you

argue with me about being able to order a copy of a DL online was too much for me. I couldn't believe they could both act so stuck-up & rude to a patient. I have been in remission from Crohns for almost 2 years thanks to this medicine and have always been treated with decency when there, but, again, not today. Good thing I used my $60 off recently because I will never go back. Which Ashley & Kieran are probably celebrating - smoke one for me!

I have been to AS several times before & the staff has always been so great, but not today. Last week I lost my drivers license so I went to the SOS site & ordered a duplicate copy for $9 ($1 processing fee). The site said 14 days so I called AS to see if I could still get meds, I didn't say my name when I called & the lady on the phone (NOT Ashley) was super helpful. She said "yes" as long as I have a student ID, MMP card & mail with name & address. So on the 6th I went in & got meds. When I went in today with an additional photocopy of my Drivers License & Ashley immediately looked at me & said "no". She's helped me before & definitely been rigid (nicely put), but today she almost seemed happy telling me "no". I then asked for a reason & she did not have one. So I then asked to talk to the manager (I was confused) and she was very obviously offended by this, but got Kieran (sp?) who came out looking stoned out of his mind. He basically had no explanation either as to why the rules were completely different today. Looking at him trying to argue with me about being able to order a copy of a DL online was too much for me. I couldn't believe they could both act so stuck-up & rude to a patient.
