So glad I found a site to finally bash these guys. First of all you walk in and either see Tammy, the rude look like she smoke crinack lady, or the old rude lady who has nothing better to do than be mad at people. Then you got buck randy back there who comes out to get you. Now this dude with the longer hair has never made me feel more uncomfortable coming to get medicine. I should never feel like someone is asking me too personal of questions while I'm buying medicine, nor should they make you feel uncomfortable about how much you buy. The legal limit is 2 and a half ounces, just because I want one ounce doesn't mean I'm taking it away from other people, that's just garbage bullshit. Not only that, but I was on their caregiver/patient program, and they didn't even give me a heads up that my card was going to expire soon, didn't offer to take care of any paperwork for me, and also took me off their program and didn't save my spot for when I got my card renewed. Now if that isn't terrible business idk what is. They also claim to be non profit, which is just complete garbage as well. So basically they might as well shut this shit hole down. They only carry one or 2 good strains at a time that are ridiculously priced, no wax, poop hash, just straight garbage. Right by the ratchet bus station too so all the bums can harass you outside, fuck that and fuck this place. 0 out of 5.
i thought you closed down!!
why you open!!
Excellent and very proffessional environment to get your meds at a decent price.

I wish it was possible to just give this all zeros. I had the unfortunate luck of stumbling in the place a few weeks ago and Jesus Christ.. is it possible to be any more rude?? The older lady up front was all smiles and whatnot until I handed her my caregivers card and patients card. Which she then awkwardly stated that caregiver cards are NOT permitted under any circumstance (I was there with my patient by the way) Extremely strange.... but any who then she proceeds to tell me they are not accepting any new patients due to the new ruling? Oh.. you mean the ruling that happened almost a year ago? That had absolutely nothing to due with accepting new patients? At that point I didn't even want to give this place my money anyways. The person I was with was not able to receive their medication either because they haven't been there in a year? The lady was sooo beyond rude and disgusting that the gentleman working next door that happened to be there and hear the whole had to come up to us and apologize on her behalf. I literally felt embarrassed for her. Absolutely pathetic. Seems like you guys need to rethink your staff and rules.
Impressed out of mind!!
I have been a patient since the first round of applications and have been to approximately 15 different locations since I travel for my job and I have never had such a great experience as I did at this location. I got there Tuesday afternoon and the lady at the front desk explained the way the Feb 9th ruling has affected the industry, I then got to speak with a gentleman named Jamie who was a wealth of information and although I could not join at this time, I don't think I have ever seen a place that was so efficient and shared so much knowledge. I will be back when the time is right. Thank you and keep up the great work you do.

So i was very dissapointed by the lack of quality in all of the selections offered from this dispensary. Their BHO looked dirty (thats saying something that it even LOOKS dirty) on top of smelling bad / taney (not vector or newport). They also have a head shop and when i tried to buy what they had left of a case of vector the price came out to over $80.. i walked out needless to say. Cases of vectors, full cases, cost $63.59 out the door and no more period. Put these profiteering gluttons out of business by choosing to spend your dollar elsewhere..

stopped in while in town live almost 3 hrs. away to find out my membership had expired in less than a year, and was treated the most rudist way i have been treated in long time..if this is how u want employees to be then dont expect to stay in business to long. i'm sorry but i still cannot believe how was treated ur worker should be ashamed of herself if this is how she deals with people..
I had not been back for a while since I moved further up state, but, now I remember what I loved about the place. Great selection, great prices, and great people. I am coming up for renewal and had some questions, I received so much help and information, I can't believe how impressed I am with their knowledge and time they gave me. KEEP up the great work and will see you again soon.
By far the BEST dispensary in the area!
I could go on and on about how great this place and their staff is, but I'll try to stick to the major things. First off, the staff is the best I've found at any dispensary in the Ypsi/Arbor area so far. 3rd Coast was the first dispensary I went to when I first became legal. I was like many people a bit nervous to go into a dispensary for the first time. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming receptionist. Her name was Kelly and she was the reason I chose to continue going back for my meds. Then I started to get to know the rest of the staff. Literally my entire life had went to shit to the point that I had nothing left for a couple of months, but 3rd Coast was the one and only thing that stayed good for me during that rough time. Everyone there was so caring and COMPASSIONATE. This isn't just a dispensary, this is a compassion center and when you visit a different dispensary then come back here the difference is obvious! This isn't just a business to them. These people really care about their patients and really want to help improve the quality of their lives. I've been to a good handful of other dispensaries in the area and they all feel like they're just running a business. It's in, pay (usually overpay) for your bud, and get out. 3rd Coast has such a family feel! I could go on and on. But to the other stuff that matters, the bud is always EXCELLENT quality and their prices are the lowest I could find. They do the most in-depth testing of their medicine that I know of. This was the first dispensary ever opened in Michigan. They really know their stuff here and are always on top of all the new laws and news in this industry. I highly recommend that you check out this place at least once. I know you won't be disappointed!

Not sure what your issue is, but I have never had a bad experience with the budtender Trish. She treats everyone like family. Always has smiles and hugs. I go there at least once a week and have never seen her touch the medicine. I have also had the experience of having to take the sample a few times to get the exact thing that I wanted but she has always asked first, and only when the sample is all that is left. There have been times that I have said no thank you, but she does ask. I look forward to seeing her and so does my wife because she puts my wife at ease about being in a dispensary. Love everything about you guys, keep up the good work!
