My experience with 3c dispensaries leads me to believe that profits are more important than care. They have the attitude of you need us more than we need you. I complained and was told to text them. When I got no response next time in. I asked to speak with a manager and was told " they're busy text them". When I left the inner counter area and came to the front desk saying I'm really dissatisfied with the response I got. I threatened to change dispensaries. The response I got was a dismissive " sorry to see you go". Then she sat down turned her back to me and continues her gab session. There prices are the highest around and if your not a bud your not getting a deal
I’ve been with 3c for about a year and have seen them go through some changes. From staff to owners and product change . One thing that gets no relief are the prices . Def one of the most expensive in Illinois with little to no discount and horrible sales which is strange since they all have the same product .one shinning light is Jen the manager she is awesome . The area that you go into is small and cramped with patients talking over each other it’s hard to get some of the special attention if needed . The people who started it clearly wanna make money and not to concerned with patients well being and this is reflected in the staff . One or two team members have great knowledge but your not lucky to get them every time you go in .
I needed to write a review because some asshole rated them 1/5. 3 C has a huge selection. Tell me anywhere else that can match their product line in Illinois concentrates or flower.
The staff is very friendly.
The only downside is waiting for Naperville idiots that need someone to talk to, or are completely lost in general. That being said, waits are expected and I am usually in and out if I go at the right time of day.
