Wow....Seriously, when I opened my bag of goodies, I was amazed at the variety of little delights you guys packed into my order....an edible, a preroll, an extra sample of one kind I didn't quite get around to ordering, moon rocks, and candy goodies delight. Erica took my order, and Chris delivered my meds. You guys are stellar. I have to admit, I have tried a few other places over the last few months. Each time, it seemed like everything was beautiful when I first got it....but then I started to question the quality. Why am I coughing so much? Why does it smell and taste wonderful but barely get me high?
Back to Zente, and I swear I will never stray again. Your one star reviews have got to be bogus, or posted by very selfish people....You deserve five stars plus. Thank you so much!!!

Plus you don't mention anywhere on your page about any "re-stocking fee" so how can you charge for something that isn't on your site? Horrible way of doing business. Wouldn't you rather make customers happy? Well I used to gI've you a lot of business, not anymore since everyone just argues over the phone when you say something is wrong instead of just making it right. You say on all of your poor reviews that you make things right? But you haven't or you wouldn't have to keep writing that for every other customer lol. Good luck around here and good bye ;)
I've been a customer for over a year, mostly for wax ever since i bought an 1/8 that was 1.3 grams of stem. I recently bought 3 grams of gg4 hash rosin that tasted like shit, made me cough my ass off for almost 5 minutes and left a crazy amount of ashy material in my bucket. So I called to get a refund for unsmokable product and I was told that I wouldn't get a refund, I could only exchange the 2 grams that I hadn't touched for other extracts and only if I paid a restocking fee of $15. Not only is selling unusable medicine to patients and then trying to charge them extra to male it right bullshit, it's also unethical. For a place that advertises "the best medicine in town", I got news for you, you're closer to last on the list.
We are sorry your experience was less than perfect. We here at Zente strive to leave you satisfied. We do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges. In order to provide our patients an exchange we ask a $10 restocking fee. That fee accounts for our driver as well as the medicine. Once we send out any flower or concentrate to a patient we are not able to reuse that product. So we ask a small fee and eat the rest for you. Bought 5 grams of ak47 concentrate and only two of the five were smokable. Bummed that I spent 100$ for chunky concentrate and it was my first time buying from these guys, definitely won't be going back to people with inconsistent product

Last night I posted a review about a bad experience I had with zente, and less then 24 hours later the driver personally called me to apologize. He explained that a mix up occurred and he was beyond sorry for any trouble caused to me. My order was delivered free of charge, paid for out of his pocket. I told him it wasn't necessary, but he fought me tooth and nail. I asked if I could tip him and he refused. I would just like to send out a HUGE thank you to the driver, and I would like to commend zente farms as being a truly great listener! I work in customer service and unfortunate situations are unavoidable. The true test of any company is the ability to listen to customer complaints and to strive to remedy such situations with grace and understanding. As I said working in the service industry I have had the regrettable responsibility to punish employees as the result of bad online reviews, but to be honest mistakes happen, and as customers we should expect that issues arise, but the true test of any business is the ability to respond to those issues and make it right. I commend zente farms and I commend the driver. I will be back and thank you for taking the time to listen to my grievances. Excellent!!!!
