The Therapeutic and Holistic Care Collective is a California medical cannabis collective in full compliance with Proposition 215 and California Health and Safety Code 11362.7-83, also known as Senate Bill 420. The Collective is a patients first group focused on helping our members to obtain their state-approved medication in a compassionate, professional and discreet manner.
The Collective operates The Deli delivery service to provide assistance to patients whose busy lives are made more convenient by having their medication brought to them. We also very compassionately provide medication to our patient members whose medical maladies prevent them from utilizing a brick and mortar collective. We believe that delivery service is an important service to provide to medical cannabis patients and we strive to provide the best service the Bay Area has to offer.
The Therapeutic and Holistic Care Collective’s mission is to provide compassionate care to the members we serve by providing exemplary customer service, superior product knowledge, top quality medication, and a welcoming and community focused atmosphere. Collective membership is open to all California residents with a valid physician recommendation and proof of residency in the state. In order to maintain full compliance with state law we must ensure that every member maintains a valid member recommendation in order to obtain medication from the collective.

I wanted to check out the early bird special for this place so I gave it a shot. Julie, the lady on the phone was awesome! She was very patient and attentive and made sure that all my questions were answered rather than trying to rush me off the phone. I settled on the Avalanche OG and man oh man it was good. I love anything with OG Kush in it and this one was right in that mix. Green buds, fantastic smell, and the smoke of it was great. Within minutes all of my pain faded away. Even better, the driver was very cool and let me know exactly how long it was and even offered to deliver 30 minutes early when my plans changed. I would definitely recommend this place over and over again. These guys really have it down.
I have been very faithful to this co. Even tho they had their ups and downs. Yesterday I got an email from Red thanking me for being a VIP member and welcoming me to the "Deli high miles" club!! Have anyone else tried it yet? I got my own designated driver now, I get VIP offers AND I now have access to their international service pretty much around the world!! So whenever I need medicine abroad I can place an order through them!!! WOW!!!!!!!
It was a late delivery but great quality medicine and also the staff was helpful setting up the delivery!! Great job!!

used both weedmaps and leafly to filter in dispensaries that both delivered and accepted credit card. found this place, thought: cool, cool. called and had julie confirm that i could pay with credit, thanked her, alright. filled out the registration and spent an hour deciding what i wanted to order (no one was waiting on me), came to my conclusion and went to checkout. everythings fine for a moment, get to the bottom of the web page, anddd... "pay with cash upon delivery." i did some more investigation and guess what? found out they both do and don't take credit, apparently. screw this place i fvcking guess? also if you look at other reviews you'll notice others have seen a drop in quality. their prices and menu are eh, so dont even bother, its a waste of god damn time.
Hello from The Deli. I would like to apologize for the confusion. Please do not fault Julie for this as it is an ongoing struggle. Unfortunately, our ability to charge credit cards comes and goes at the whims of the banks. So far we have had 6 bank accounts closed down because many of the major banks do not support the MMJ industry. Currently, we offer Venmo for payment to try to accommodate those that do not have cash. This has been working thus far so it is our best and longest running option. Again I am sorry for the confusion!

The only way I could recommend this place is if you have literally have nowhere else to order from. Otherwise save yourself the trouble and get your tree somewhere else. I was a loyal customer to this place for around a year and out of nowhere their customer service and professionalism completely dropped. They would always be late and call you last minute saying they don't have what you ordered. The first couple of times I just ordered something else, you know no big deal but it became a habbit and everytime I ordered from them they didn't have what I ordered. (why have it on the website if you're out of stock?) The reason I'm writing this review is because the Last time I ordered from them, I placed my order at around 4 o'clock and had it scheduled for 9 (around the time I get off) around 8:30 I get a call from the driver. I couldn't answer because I was at work, but when I got off I called the driver back to no answer. So at that point I just assumed my order was still coming because there was no voice mail saying other wise. 10 o'clock rolls around and still nothing, I text the driver still nothing. So I decided to call the phone number on their website, still no answer. So at this point I'm pissed. Luckily there is a better delivery service that deliver your tree on time and it's what you ordered. That was the last time I'll deal with that place., if you live in this area and want a good delivery service look up eaze, they are a lot more professional and their prices are better.

My name is Red. I am the Managing Director of The Deli Delivery Service. I wanted to check in with you as I read the review that you wrote on Weedmaps. I like to keep up with all of our members as best I can so I knew by the name on the review that it was you. I had wondered about where you had run off to as at one point you were ordering 1-2 times per week. After reading your review it is clear what happened. I want to personally apologize to you for not living up to your expectations as a collective. That is not why we started this collective several years ago and it is not anything that I condone. Due to some family medical issues (yes, this collective was started truly for medical purposes) I was forced to focus less time and energy on the collective and more on these other matters and the folks that I left to run the collective were disorganized, unprofessional and were not in line with the overriding principles of the medical cannabis industry or this collective. As a result, I had to let go of much of our existing staff and hire new people to work with me. Things have gotten much better as I have made it clear that changing orders is not acceptable unless there is clearly no other option and late orders are equally not tolerated. I would like to offer you a free 1/8 as an attempt to show that we are truly sorry and to say thank you for nearly a year of support. Please let me know if you would like to take advantage of it at no cost or obligation to you and I will make the necessary arrangements. Additionally, if you would like to give us another shot in the future I am happy to deliver your orders myself. Your orders were always at the tale end of the evening so they would be easy to accommodate. We have met a few times before as I have done a few of your orders. Regardless of whether you choose to work with us again I want to apologize once again for the shitty experience. We are certainly learning from our mistakes.
Me and my girlfriend went the other day and we couldn't have asked for more we had great service and they have good buds i can't wait until they get more stuff i am definitely going back and recommending this place to others

I recently received an order and was not satisfied with it. I wrote in, angrily I'll admit, not expecting to hear back but much to my surprise the manager of The Deli sent me an email asking me to give him a call so we could try to fix the problem. He is a very nice man. After talking with him today, I will gladly do business here again.
Ok so I'm somewhat new to the whole delivery thing. And these guys made it easy for me. Although I may be new to delivery, I'm not new to smoking! These guys have some good stuff! Bud looked good, smelled good and smoked smoothly! They were fast, knowledgeable, and had easy sign ups! The buds were great! Definitely calling these guys again!
