Not sure which listing to put this in as they have three, so here it is again. I wanted to check out the early bird special for this place so I gave it a shot. Julie, the lady on the phone was awesome! She was very patient and attentive and made sure that all my questions were answered rather than trying to rush me off the phone. I settled on the Avalanche OG and man oh man it was good. I love anything with OG Kush in it and this one was right in that mix. Green buds, fantastic smell, and the smoke of it was great. Within minutes all of my pain faded away. Even better, the driver was very cool and let me know exactly how long it was and even offered to deliver 30 minutes early when my plans changed. I would definitely recommend this place over and over again. These guys really have it down.
Julie and Nancy were very helpful by answering all my questions and giving me great suggestions. Nancy delivered prompt service with a big smile. The Jacks Trainer is by far superery flower. Thank you what a great experience.
Julie and the team at The Deli are fantastic. The flowers have always been fresh and sticky, customer service is top notch, and the overall experience is very pleasant. Sandy is the BEST! Consistent, reliable, professional - those words describe the service I receive from Sandy, my delivery queen from The Deli. She's always there when I need her, usually within the hour. I simply order what I need from the The Deli's easy-to-navigate website, receive a confirmation text when she's on her way, and wait for the knock on my door. Sandy is super flexible and keeps me updated if she hits traffic or has to make a stop before coming to me. I HIGHLY recommend The Deli.

It seemed like a good deal so I signed up, but when I went to I went to their site to checkout and it said the code was invalid. Calling them lead to confusion about what I was supposed to do. They were saying I was supposed to pick a time but there wasn't anywhere to pick a time.
Then I called them, and then the person I talked to called their boss. Then The delivery driver called me, then the boss called the delivery driver.
I thought it was very poor customer service. Their manager should have been proactive and directly reached out without going through other people and getting a second hand account. I was literally on hold for 5 minutes as their manager called and talked to them, before they relayed the info to me. Also the delivery driver was helping me instead of a person in the office.
In the end I didn't get a discount, so I never ordered. I don't think either of the people I talked to were to blame, but their boss. Those people were very nice.
There is too much competition in the bay to yank customers around and not give clear instructions to your discounts you offer.
Hi from The Deli! I believe that there is some confusion regarding the Early Bird special. As advertised, we offer up to two top shelf eighths (regularly priced at $60) at 25% off Monday through Friday. The Early Bird special is limited to the available time slots before 3:30pm each day. What this means is that each day up to 7 orders can qualify for the early bird special. Our existing members are well aware of this and will begin ordering as early as 12:01am when the system will allow them. So some days there are no more early bird special time slots available by the time we open at Noon. The website will automatically shut off the deal for the day once we have reached capacity or the time has expired. I do recall getting this phone call regarding this issue. If I remember correctly, our driver received the call a little after 3:00pm requesting the early bird special be honored and was asked to delay and existing order so that the new member could take advantage of the deal. Unfortunately, this would be against our best practices as we do our best to adhere to the schedule as booked. I do apologize that you were not able to take advantage of the deal for your first order. If you would like to place an additional order with us we would be happy to accommodate your order and will throw something additional into your bag.

The driver that I know Sandy is been great she understand the needs of are patients and she is very nice and kind always on time and with a big smile
Sometimes I order ahead of time so they have the medicine that my patients needs at all times.

I bought half an oz of the Girl Scout Cookies, which was fire. However, the 1/2 oz was FILLED with stems. I have never bought flower (good or bad quality) with this much stems in it. For $60/eight, there should not be this much stems...
I was able to register and place my order online, which was both fast and convenient. Got a glass pipe as a FTP.
The delivery took about an hour and a half.
I called their number over 5 different times, and emailed them, and NEVER got an answer. I'm still waiting on any reply from the email. Once you place an order online, there is no way to cancel it, so be sure. Also they say that they will deliver within a time slot, but if you read the FAQ's they say that delivery times vary, and you should place your order 24 hours in order to get it "on time." Eventually I got a text saying "On a call with another customer. What can we do for you." The driver was a very nice lady, on time, and discreet, but the customer service just isn't there at all. Also my 1/4 was light.

So when you order from The Deli, they have 30 min time slots you can pick your order to be delivered in. I ordered almost 12 hours earlier for a delivery time of 1:00 to 1:30. I understand they're busy guys, but at 2:00, still no one came by, I decided to call. Turns out they hadn't even sent out my delivery. The guy came another hour later, so at 3:00PM and then they also forgot the little "gift" that they give for first-time members. Not the worst, but there are better places to get delivery from.
First time using a delivery service for my meds but it's cool. But i once i ordered what i wanted and never got a reply or anything. Just left me hanging. Not good. Other then that. Flower is fire.
