I tried to give them another chance after disappointing service with a prior order, but this was the final time I will attempt to order from here. I was informed shortly after placing my order that it would be going out with the next delivery route and would be hearing from a driver. 3 + hours later and no word from a driver or the dispensary. I messaged to see what the eta would be and it turns out it was still at the shop this whole time and had not gone out yet. At least let people know and not give them the false impression of a speedy delivery. There is a severe lack of communication going on. It seems as if they only care about new customers anyway.

I ordered a delivery at 9:45 am and received a text saying I would receive updates on my order etc. I waited and waited and waited and heard nothing. I called at 1130 and they couldn't even find my order with my phone number (even tho I had to use my number to verify when I initially placed my order). Finally using my name, they found and said my order was in transit. Again, waited and waited and waited. Now it's 3 pm and I'm still waiting on my couch. I'm wondering if I will ever get my order. 2 stars for the girl being friendly on the phone and I rarely give 1 star reviews. Normally I go to PCF, way more products but they don't deliver. I was just being lazy. Big regret..... and now I’m irritated.

Grear selection of flower, concentrates, and edibles. Delivery is very reasonably priced, even to somewhat rural areas like mine. Turnaround time once the order is placed is very fast. I would suggest placing an order early on in the day so that you can make sure it's delivered as fast as possible if you're in a rural area like me. The staff is also very professional and friendly. Will definitely be back!
