This service is awesome. The phone service is super, very helpful and patient. The delivery is discrete, and driver very helpful. The nice young man took the time to show me how to use equipment I'm unfamiliar with using. He was very kind and polite. The products are packaged professionally, info on each product clear and very informative. And the products are excellent quality, exactly what was needed for pain relief. Plus, I didn't have to drive clear to Reno to get it! Thank you so much.
I like this dispensary and they have absolutely quality medicine but I would like to see pictures on the website before I come in. Especially pictures of concentrates
Ok first off.
They have a incredable waiting room with commentary snacks and drinks.
From the moment I walked in I was comfortable And in wow! of there waiting room.
Secondly there very friendly and helpful guided me even gave me brochures on what strains would best help my muscle inflammation pain anxiety etc..
They helped guide me in a daily special in which I got a super deal on some master kush oz for 190$!
If that wasnt enough to make me giggle and feel like a little kid on Christmas day. They also gave me a humidity pack for 1$ to keep bag from drying as well as a free little Sebastian pre roll for first time visit and another one on my birthday "any choice of pre roll" This place is so amazing and staff product everything is so outstanding there no doubt I recommend you go in and experience it for your self
If it were up to me I remanr to 5 star as the exeede expectaions in all areas.
Not only was my order wrong when I placed it but I finally tried out the OPen cartridge I got, and it's completely dead. Tried it with multiple batteries and nothing, yet other carts work fine. I'm also out of town until Monday, so I doubt I'll be able to get a return. Out a bunch of money, don't think I'll ever be back
I placed an order online, everything was legit and made sense, total was 150, had $160 ready to go, driver comes by, says it's only 120, I go sweet maybe I got a deal or something, tip him 20 bucks instead of 10, open my order and find out that a gram of wax was completely left out of the order, and I'm out the extra 10 I had for that gram. Huge mess up by the dispensary, and I can't do this half the time I go it's fine, half the time it's not stuff.
To the below.. I'm very sorry patient to patent that you had a bad experience. These guys really do care. Shoot most are patients themselves. I've gone everywhere and I can assure you they really do care about us. When I'm not so I'll I will post how much they truly have helped me. I can't thank you folks enough! And to the below I know how you feel coming from surgeries. Stay strong. One love!

They first had a problem with viewing the menu to clearify prices and percentages of medications with me, it was a 1 hr and 30 minute wait to get the medication.... I just got out of surgrey.... And NOW that i got the medication they didnt mention the O pen doesnt come with a battery or asked me if I would like a battery because it doesnt come with it, after we went over this was my first time ordering this kind of stuff... Very dissapointed, I will be sticking to collectives that care about their patients and their needs.

There is a two-hour window for Reno/Sparks deliveries regardless of the area, and we are always conscientious of making sure to deliver within that two hour period. Additionally, we do separate our CO2 oil menu by cartridge, pen, and concentrate, which is why the battery-less O.pen cartridges are found on the "CO2 Oil Cartridge" menu. We're sorry for the confusion this caused for you, but hope that the menu is more clear now as far as the different slides for different CO2 oil products.
