DELIVERY TIME (ETA):
Once you have been registered, it usually takes between 30-45 minutes to receive your medicine. Returning patients don’t need to register, again, and the process for delivery is quick.
Deliveries arrive within 30-45 minutes approximately 80% of the time, within 60 minutes 90% the time, within 90 minutes 98% of the time, and within 120 minutes 100% of the time.
We pre-bottle our flower, so our drivers can get out to you as quickly as possible, in increments of 1/8 ounce/3.5 grams and we do not carry individuals grams of medicine.

Not sure what's up with this place. Feels like sketchy new mgmt. Used to order edibles weekly. Today I went to place a standard order and they hesitated on the price I paid in the past saying that it was a problem I no longer ordered some products I tried and didn't like. As in the review below, I got an inappropriate call from the owner trash talking the competing products I prefer. In 22 years of going to clubs, I've heard that kinda thing before, usually right before a club shoots itself in the foot and closes. I canceled my delivery today because I didn't want this guy trash talking his business relationships at my door. Other guys were quiet, discreet, and always gave me an ETA. I was previously happy here. Something changed. Too bad. Two hours after I placed an order, I had no idea when it would arrive. I might order in a pinch, but think I need a new supplier.
I have ordered from Sequoia about 10-12 times.One of my trades is operating a jewelry business, so I deal with high end scales (Citizen and Ohaus) on daily basis and check my calibration every morning with a dollar bill and an ounce coin. ALL EIGHTH ORDERS I made from Sequoia came between 3.45g - 3.49g. Now that was okay with me thought the owner was a little cheap until a few days ago I ordered the Chem Dawg and It arrived wet and moldy.....at 3.48g, again. I let it fly again, and even though Sequoia sends a paragraph recommending we should tip the drivers (too cheap to properly pay them), they never tipped or hit the 3.50 mark on the scale. So any ethical person tips and I still did everytime. Forward till today, I still felt it was worth saving the time and having my meds delivered so I hit up Seqouia, made my order and nicely jokingly asked to please make sure its 3.5 since Im getting frustrated. Sure again, 3.47. I called Sequoia right away and made my complaint, the lady who answered made a few excuses about the "scale battery had to be changed last week" even though when i ordered she said this shipment came in today. She said shes gonna send a driver with another Eighth to fix my issues and keep my happy. 15 minutes later she calls and tells me shes only gonna send a gram(keep in mind they dont even deliver less than 50$ usuaully). Which I was also cool with if delivered in reasonable time. BUT an hour later "Chris" the "manager" calls me and starts making more excuses, arguing with me and inviting himself over to check my scales and pretending like the real issue was the 0.01g and not the principle and how he has 4 years in the business as if that was a long time to be an expert lol. So that was like talking to an inexperienced ape who was cheap with his bananas, it was useless. I hung up. Will never deal with this thriftiness and "service" . So they wasted more of my time.
Also to add, the first few deliveries the drivers tried to be lazy and meet them in front of my apartment building instead of actually doing thier job. DELIVERING.
Kurt the driver is cool. weed is very meh and not worth the money. all in all HORRIBLE. ive NEVER felt the need to write a review to express my experience with an incompetent owner/business

Being a cancer patient, I have my good days and my bad days. It's during those bad days that I'm grateful for Sequoia Wellness because they can deliver wellness to me. All my personal info is on file, so a quick phone call is all that's needed.
I have been ordering from the Sequoia staff for a couple years now. Are there other delivery services? Yes. Might they have better buds? Yes. But, I've shopped around and many of them seem inconsistent. Sequoia always has my high quality buds to me within 20 mins with a smile on their faces. I get freebies often too. Sequoia takes care of me and they will you too.
I want to thank Paul for going over and beyond on Valentine's Day! I order from Sequoia on a regular basis and know how long it usually takes for a delivery. But traffic was a disaster and it took him longer than usual to get to me. He was really apologetic and offered me a little something to make it up to me. He's my hero!
