So after a previously bad experience of having an order of mine placed & then forgotten (a review of which i wrote that i am somehow unable to now delete), SDBUD saw my complaint & in the best gesture, they showed up 2 nights later with a surprise package of the best SourD i've had in a while to make up for the mistake. It provided me with new perspective to my previously bad experience & bottomline, if they F up, they own up to it & go above & beyond to show that they value their patients satisfaction & loyalty. Thank you SDBUD & I apologize for my overreaction -- you guys do care! 🍻
Placed an order at 5:30, was told an hour to an hour and a half. I finally call at 8:20 to ask whats up and i was told they forgot "but we can definitely get this out to you tomorrow." This is the second time they've done this, only last time they were nice enough to drive it out after hours when they forgot. Heather is a cool ass driver, but outside of her, i'd suggest going somewhere more reliable if you dont wanna wait that long to have weed delivered 2.5 miles only to be forgotten.
I really needed to find a dispensary that uses credit cards (I ran dry for the first time in decades, and have been out of work since September), and they even take American Express! As a FTP, I received a free eighth of Girl Scout Cookies to go along with the quarter of Gorilla Glue I bought (both are FIRE). They even threw in a 50mg piece of candy for free. The customer service was EXCELLENT, from start to finish. Total time (from getting verified online to delivery) was under 45 minutes. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work, guys.

So I've ordered with these guys before and it's usually relatively pain free. Placed an order tonight and the delivery was pretty fast as well. Good start. Anyway I checked the bag and it felt a little light so I checked and discovered I was missing my edible I paid for. So I ran outside to look for the guy, couldn't find him. No problem so I call the store and he immediately realizes who it is and that he forgot to put my edible in the bag, fair enough. He told me they could bring it to me tomorrow...I said that didn't work for me so I just asked for the driver to come back and return my $10 I paid for my edible. As he left about 3 minutes before I didn't think it was a big deal. Nope I was told he was already on the freeway and won't turn around to return something that I paid for and didn't receive. Does a real business leave its customers out to dry when they didn't get what they paid for? Or do they nut up and make it right? So i was told that I could either receive my edible or my $10 refund on wednesday. Sorry but when you screw up own up to it and fix it right there. That's what is holding back these businesses is the lack of customer service. Personally I don't care about the $10 or the edible anymore as they've made this experience a poor one for me. So no I do not recommend these guys, if they don't care enough to just tell their driver to turn around and make things right for a regular customer, then they don't deserve my repeat business. I apologize that your order went out without your brownie, rarely do we make mistakes but this time the order went out without your brownie. The driver is running a rout from Chula Vista to Oceanside and really cant stop, or the other 5 deliveries will all be late. The manager admitted the mistake and offered the best solution available. Which was to give you a refund or your edible with the next round of deliveries that went out. This was unacceptable to you.
We wouldn’t have been around for 5 years if we didn’t give people what they ordered and provided poor customer service. When we make a mistake we always fix it. In the interest of providing timely customer service to the other 5 patients on the drivers rout, I stand by my managers decision not to keep every other patient waiting over your brownie. He should have filled the order right the first time and I will work with him on reducing errors, but refunding you or providing your brownie on the next round of deliveries was the best solution for all patients, not just you.

I have tried several delivery services and most have quality and consistency issues. I have been using SD Bud for about a year now and not once have I been dissapointed. My order is always on time and usually comes with some freebies. They have a loyalty punch card program and it is pretty awesome, seems every other delivery I am set up to receive something from it. Drivers are nice and friendly and the quality is always outstanding. I would reccomend SD Bud to anyone looking for a delivery service.

Looking at the reviews i thought i made a good decision by ordering from this delivary. Let me tell you I NEVER GOT AN ESTIMATED TIME OF WAIT NOR DOD ANYONE TELL ME THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. I HAD TO CALL TO ASK IF ANYBODY EVEN GOT MY ORDER. DUDE SAYS ITS GUNNA BE LIKE 15-30 minutes. AT THIS POINT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 2 HOURS FOR MY ORDER AND I STILL HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE STATING THAT THEY WOULD AT LEAST BE HERE SOON OR ANYTHING. THE ONLY THING KEEPING ME FROM CANCELING MY ORDER IS THE FACT THAT I'M SPENDING OVER $70 SO I WILL GET MY FREE EIGHTH. BUT WHENEVER I GET MY ORDER I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. IT IS NOT OK TO JUST KEEP PEOPLE WAITING , LIKE AT LEAST COMMUNICATE WITH ME
I apologize that your order took just under 2 hrs to deliver that is longer than typical. I will personally work with management to keep patients informed as to the status of their delivery. Here at SDBUD we strive to make every delivery in 45min to 1.5 hrs. However because you were a FTP registering and ordering at 4:40 pm on a Friday night, the delivery took an extra 30 minutes. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
