1st - ordered 8th of Pink Champagne ( tested @ 28% THC), found 3 seeds. Top shelf flower should NOT have seeds EVER, especially if the flower tests so high in THC. To their credit, they did make it up to me with a free grm... but that gram had seeds in it as well.
HOWEVER - then I placed another order - was told delivery was a 2 HOUR WAIT. Fine, whatever, I needed my meds. It was 8pm. 2 hours rolls past, 10pm and there is NO call or text from ANYBODY.
I reach out to find out what is going on, and oh, yeah, there is going to be another 45 minute wait... NO NOTICE, NO CALL, NO NOTHING. When I bring up that fact, all I get was a canned "oh, sorry" response...
Then, when the delivery driver finally showed up, instead of driving into the complex like he should have, he parked on the street, making me walk in the rain to meet him.
I don't care how busy you are, you NOTIFY your clients if their delivery time is going to be delayed THAT LONG, especially when the delivery is going to be happening so late at night. Maybe they need to NOT tell people delivery ETAs if they can't properly schedule them
I wasn't that upset over the seeds, but not notifying me on 45 minute late delivery turned an annoyance into a complete customer service fail.
I will only use them as a last resort.

*UPDATE - the free gram I received, Tahoe Alien, I found 2 premature seeds. IN A GRAM. The Gorrilla Glue x OG has also had 2 seeds. Seriously, where is the quality control? I should NEVER find seeds in top shelf medications.
