This was my first time calling in to rite greens, she went through my paperwork, got me processed while helping me chose through the variety to find the perfect medicine. She prescribed some private reserve to help me calm my anxiety and get some sleep, I was little apprehensive considering the other reviews, but I figured I'd trust her and go off my own experience (which i was nervous about the entire time until i got my package) The driver got to me in under an hour and I was stoked! I ripped open the bag and to me pleasure the private reserve was on point. I'm a happy patient and will definitely be returning.

I realize I'm only a few 100 dollars to you monthly, but i started using your service and I've told several friends about how simple and convenient it is. It's not the cheapest, but I don't have to leave my house. The drivers are great, very courteous. Here's my problem, the people taking the orders are horrible...they should be better informed. I repeat the order to THEM so THEY are sure what I ordered. Well tonight I order my pre rolls, always on BOGO Thursday-Sunday (AS IT SAYS ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I repeat MY order to YOUR employee, she confirms it's BOGO preroll night...only for the driver to show up, uniformed that they discontinued the Presidential prerolls from the BOGO preroll menu. But, the MANAGER says they discontinued it and that she'll comp me a free generic preroll for THEIR misunderstanding and my inconvenience ... KEEP IT!!!! THERE IS SO MUCH COMPETITION OUT THERE. YOU CAN THANK WEEDMAPS, THEY FOUND ME A GREAT REPLACEMENT.YOU LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER, I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW. REMEMBER THIS...A SATISFIED CUSTOMER TELLS 3-5 PEOPLE, A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER TELLS 20-30. ALL YOU HAD TO DO IS GIVE ME WHAT YOU PROMISED...WHAT I PAID FOR, WHAT YOU ADVERTISED. DO THE MATH...I'LL SPEND $10,000-$12,000 OVER THE NEXT TEN YEARS ON WEED, BUT NOT A CENT WITH YOU...AND IT COULD HAVE BEEN SOLVED WITH GREAT SERVICE AND $30. IN PREROLLS. PEACE

(only on the Predidential Prerolls, the top shelf are still BOGO) We would be happy to honor the special for you one last time since you are a very loyal customer. To start this off, my experience was so bad I literally made this account to leave this review. I've been a long time user of medical marijuana for sleep and eating disorders. Never have I had such a terrible experience as I had today.
I'm currently quite sick, and not wanting to smoke, decided to order a vape. I called them up around 4 PM, was informed of the $15 delivery charge for anything under $100, and the 2 hour delivery time and immediately had a bad taste in my mouth. I was in no rush however, so I agreed and we got the order placed (making sure I bought over $100 worth of product).
3 hours later, my delivery arrived (I called and they said they were experiencing higher than normal wait times). Got the stuff, went inside. And the vape doesn't work. Figured it might just be the battery. So I charge it for an hour. Still nothing.
I call in and the lady I spoke with says they'll replace it. Great. But then she mentioned that I'm now at the end of the delivery que. I was incredibly frustrated. My delivery was incomplete. You sold me something that doesn't work. It should be your highest priority to get it to me immediately, because you made a mistake. That's proper customer service. I insisted upon this and she said she would do whatever she could.
Another 2.5-3 hours later, the delivery driver shows up again. And instead of bringing a secondary cartridge in case it was a faulty cartridge, he only brought a new vape. Which, low in behold, I go inside and test. And still, nothing! It turned out the cartridge was bad. Of which the driver didn't stick around to find out.
This time I call the driver back (the only good part about this whole interaction btw, the only reason why staff has 2 stars instead of 1), he's shocked. Says he'll have to go back to the store. Which guess what? Puts me in the end of the que again! Whee!
I'm writing this currently at 11 PM. It was SEVEN hours ago that I placed my order. And I just now am able to vape and eat.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The job isn't done until I get what I paid for - as busy as you were, I should have received my order first. Never, ever, ever ordering from this service again, and will strongly advise against anyone else from doing so.
On behalf of the Rite Greens team we do apologize for the unfortunate experience you had with a defective product. When it comes to products being defective it is really out of our hands, at most we can switch out the said product with something of equal value or if in stock the same exact item. If a patient has an issue with anything they receive from our facility we do our best to resolve the situation as fast and prompt as possible. Only in rare occasions may there be times where we can not get to the patient right away and will inform the patient that they are still a priority. In regards to the wait time you experienced unfortunately during the holidays we do have higher than normal wait times and warn patients of these wait times before their order is put through. We also go the extra mile to give courtesy calls in regards to wait times if it exceeds the first said maximum time. We do sincerely apologize for your experience and hope it does not deter you from continuing to use our services. We also hope that you have a wonderful holiday and wish to hear from you after the new year.
