This is a follow up to my previous review about 4 months ago titled:
"Paid for "Free" gram & delivery issues"

After my review, the dispensary offered me a special offer on one of my purchases for the issues. This "special offer" wasn't the thing that won me over. I have been a patient with this collective for well over a year. I wanted to try to review all the aspects of the dispensary that people might be interested in.

Delivery:
Their bud for their prices and the amount they give you for free is amazing. If you are able to buy an ounce of their bud they will offer you a free eighth. They give you a free pre-roll I believe this is for the asking for the delivery service. They don't charge for delivery, they give you free stuff for delivery, how awesome is that! (Please correct me if I am wrong, thanks! I'm 99% sure though) The guys who deliver the bud are always awesome.. I don't ever feel like they are trying to rush me, and the conversation is and atmosphere is very comfortable when they arrive. If you are going to pay in cash be prepared with the denomination amount when they call back, this is so they can give you the exact change, which they also bag up for you. 5/5

Bud:
Again, with the price.. it's really good for what you pay I just tried the XJ13. This is the best bud I have ever had from this dispensary. Their pre-rolls are a bit stiff and difficult to smoke, I usually break them up and re-roll them, I also prefer crutches (just a personal preference..) I think the paper is also a bit harsh to smoke. I honestly feel like their pre-rolls are the only bad thing about their selection of the bud they offer.. BUT they are always given to me so yeah.. it's always free I shouldn't complain, however I do want to be honest. The price/quantity/quality is really awesome.. 5/5

Customer Service/Budtenders/Staff:
They have proven themselves to me to have the best dispensary staff in San Jose, if you have ever had the chance to go here you already know what I'm talking about. If they mess up.. let them know they will be happy to fix any issue for you and compensate with a free gift for the issue. If you read my other review you will see how frustrated I was with them, but they have gotten a lot better in the time I have been a patient here. The staff that makes up the dispensary is the happiest bunch of people I have ever seen (and no it's not because they are using the medication). They really have awesome people here that are really good at recommending things to you, and taking care of any issues should they arise. 5/5

Conclusion:
When I consider using any of the available dispensaries in the area, this place always comes to mind first. The only time that I do not go here is when I'm low on cash and I go to other dispensaries that are closer to buy $25 shake (SBHC.. meh). Thank you Revolution for redeeming yourself, you're a small gem in the community. And I hope you are always able to shine, please stay around for as long as you can. If you move have to move to another community please let us people who are getting delivery know! I will drive to come to you guys. 5/5

TLDR;
THIS IS THE BEST FKING DISPENSARY IN SAN JOSE! IF THEY FK UP THEY WILL FIX IT. THEY HAVE AMAZING BUD FOR AMAZING PRICES. 5/5!

Paid for "Free" gram & delivery issues

Issue #1: “Free gram”:
I placed a delivery order on March 15th and asked if I could use my stamp card to get the "free" gram. I was told yes, so I placed an order for a gram of the "Strawberry Kush".

After placing my order, someone called me back with the price quote. When I heard the price I thought it was a little over, but I chalked it up as the high taxes. The delivery guy got to my home and I paid the amount indicated on the phone and used my stamp card for the gram. I looked at the receipt that he provided and the "free gram" wasn't free. I had to give my stamp card and actually pay for the gram. I called them after I noticed this discrepancy and was initially told that the receipt was correct, but it would be reviewed and I would be called back. I did get a call back informing me that there was a discrepancy, and that I would have the amount credited to my file.

Issue #2: e-mail via delivery:
On April 4th, 11 AM I sent an e-mail to “delivery@revolutionhealthcenter.org“, which is provided on the home page of the dispensary website: revolutionhealthcenter.org. In the e-mail I stated:

“I have previously placed several delivery orders through the phone. I noticed that your collective offers delivery by placing an order through an e-mail. I have a few questions:

What do I need to provide to order through the e-mail?
Can I have the order delivered at a certain time later in the day?”

I didn’t receive a response and ended up having to call them when I got home (@ 3 PM). I was trying to place this order earlier in the day (@ 11 AM), so I could have it by the time I arrived home around 3. I informed the person I was speaking to that I had sent them an email to place a delivery and she stated that it was strange; they are constantly checking the email throughout the day.

I haven’t received a reply from them, so I sent an email to rhcdelivers@gmail.com (found on weedmaps) yesterday informing them of the inconvenience, and I asked them:

“I have purchased several large orders through your dispensary, but I am starting to think I should go somewhere else.

Please let me know why I should continue to use the services provided by your dispensary instead?

Still no response… Kind of “strange” for a company that is “constantly checking their e-mail”…

The first e-mail address you sent on the 4th of April was an incorrect domain, we no longer use that address & we apologize that you were misdirected to that e-mail. We unfortunately no longer use that website and is working on rebooting the site to current and correct information.
The second time you emailed us was the correct e-mail address. There was no excuse for us to not respond to your inquiry. We do apologize deeply and we understand that you are a valued patient here.

We would love and appreciate if you gave us another chance and try to make things right.
If you decide to come back, we'd like to compliment you with a gift.

mixed experience here's my story

When I came in, everything/everyone was cool, set-up was great, bud was good (especially for the price; had the Game Changer and Space Dream). First problem I had was the tax. Usually a dispensary would say something about the tax. Luckily, the prices were so good I still got a great deal, PLUS it was basically a one time fee (10% off every order after that).

BUT

Today, I placed a delivery order for the first time and everything was cool dude on phone was cool/polite. They told me 30 mins, I'm like sweet. Nearly 30 mins later, I get a call. I'm like sweet, the bud's here. Nope. Instead, they tell me it's a 50 dollar limit (my order was 46). so i'm like ?? ok guess I'll get a pre-roll. Now my order is 52 (keep in mind I'm only trying to spend 50 bucks here). Dude puts me on hold again like "I'll try to work something out for you". Sweet. Comes back and tells me it's actually a 100 dollar limit. Very disappointed they made me wait for nothing. Told me the delivery service is new and confusing. Understandable. Told me they could hold it for me instead. Appreciated the sentiment but I was using the delivery service for a reason.

All in all, okay place. Just okay. Good buds and good people. Would I recommend going? Not sure. The place has it's perks, but I've been to a few dispensaries and this is one of the first to disappoint in some way. Kind of a deal breaker for me.

Great a location abd great prices

This club is un a calm area and always has the best quailty for your money. Definitely witth cbecking out. And their edible selection has stepped way up.

This is a must visit. RHC always has a great selection of herb. You have to try their edible selection, its legit
